Despite being… late. The food was worth the wait. The chicken was incredible

Shocking, food was cold and delivery driver didn’t ring to say food was here. I had to ring the restaurant to ask where it was

first place I've been able to get a bolanaise pizza. absolutely beautiful. highly recommend.

what a place to eat best fast food meal I have had in a long time, got a pizza which was perfect, got a milkshake this was a really thick milkshake hit the right spot, thank you burger shack

I waited over 20 mins for my food to arrive and I live a 4 minute drive away from the restaurant

why did it not specify that chips would come with different cheese to the fries???

Food arrived late, when I got my food (Pizza) it had been squashed into one side of the box.

like I don't leave reviews but this is just mad my pizza came and half the dough was uncooked the peppers where hard and crunchy that's my only issue with it rlly bit painful when am wanting summet to eat and I get a half cooked pizza like cmon

Ruined the ice cream by putting squirty cream on them. I hate cream. It didn't even give an option for no cream or show that it came with cream. shocking.

when it was late I tried to phone them n every time they ignored my call, this was 20 mins after the time. I spoke to the shop at first n they said "they are on their way" n 25 minutes later still waiting. Do not order from them.

they used to deliver really quickly and now you're waiting 1.5-2 hours. I probably won't order anymore. i understand they may be busy but if this is the case, don't accept the order.

brilliant food ordered here loads 😀 always happy and understanding on rare occasions it's a little late what counts is it gets here and always tastes amazing

pizza's we're really tasty, milkshakes were yummy. will definitely order from burgers hack again.

Horrible delivery time, got told it was going to be 25 -45 minutes and was waiting over 2 hours

Ordered food when said food was out for delivery it never turned up phone restaurant to be told it will be arriving in next few minutes.. Nothing turn up checked back on just eat jut for it to say food was delivered when it wasn't. Tried phoning back but said takeaway as now closed. Usually have no issue from ordering from here in past but not first takeaway to not turn up (always just eat drivers) be careful when ordering food with a just eat as there drivers just take the food!!

The skin on the chicken and hot wings were burnt and the chips were barely cooked. The delivery driver was nice though.

First delivery two items were covered in cheese despite us adding to notes no cheese and ringing to confirm. A second order was sent out that we had to wait 40 minutes+ for for it to turn up with cheese on it again!! It's a joke! Burger shack has always been our go to but we absolutely won't be ordering again!

Second time I've ordered bbq base and got tomato, why even offer a choice, other then that pizzas ain't bad

food we ordered and received was fine but we got a beef burger with mayo rather then a chicken burger., not quite sure how that can be mixed up so not happy overall

None of the additions to items that I payed for were actually added to the dishes(which were payed for!) :-No grated cheese on the chilli, no cheese bites on the chicken tikka, no caramel sauce on all 4 milkshakes. That is £6.20 that you ripped us off. Then you send an incompetent driver that can’t even read clear, precise delivery instructions……he only had one job! Ridiculous service, you don’t get what you pay for. Better off going somewhere else.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza with a garlic tomato base, added pineapple and black olives which were £1 each. No olives on the pizza and the pizza had a very strange, bitter taste with each bite. It looked good, but the taste didn't match and that's a shame as I was looking forward to my meal.

put the wrong sauce on the cheeseburger asked for barbecue got mayonnaise. My partner will not touch the burger. We have tried contacting them and it’s just constantly beeping and going to voicemail. My burger was fine but my partners wasn’t usually the food is perfect but don’t know what’s going on today can’t even get hold of them.

Got fried chicken bucket was dry on the inside soggy on the out side ,it's meant to be crispy hense fried chicken ,Unedible muck missed a load of items came back with more inedible muck avoid these people don't know how to cook

Wouldn’t not ring again really bad cold food nothing was correct everything was not nice at all and cold even the drinks was warm really wounding bother order from this place or you will be disappointed and they won’t do anything about it so honestly look for a bother one it’s not worth the time or money

Honestly foods good, only mainly order from here because I love the wings, they are another level, well worth the money

Ordered pizza and onion rings. Pizza was really nice- hot and crispy dough with a nice topping/cheese/sauce ratio, was incredibly nice. Onion rings were nice and moreish but not crispy (although I dont mind), will order again.... VERY IMPRESSED

personally burgers shack is a go to takeaway for me, the food is always good and still hot when it arrives, the pizza, chicken and burgers are always delicious with an extremely fair price and always have amazing meal deals. four stars.
