staff were lovely, service was fast and officiant. the restaurant itself was very clean and had a nice atmosphere compared to mcdonald’s.

This is my go to place for coffee and lunch but unfortunately since July this year till yesterday 23rd August you cannot get a coffee due to the coffee machine being out of action for the past 8 weeks Time Burger King resolves this issue very soon as people are going elsewhere and when that happens they normally don’t return

Joke of a place can’t sit in or go in to takeawayat 8pm and only take card at drive through so couldn’t order. 8pm and can’t get sit in to have a meal or get a takeout strange

Just called to collect food for my son he seemed to enjoy it that's what matters.

I used to love an XL bacon double cheeseburger but they served up a tepid offering! I don't know how they are prepared these days but it was Luke warm and tasteless and not worth over £10 for the meal!! Also the place is unclean and I overheard the manager shouting at staff to charge for condiments at the drive through!!

Food is great if you sit in we always seem to have problems with delivery they seem to get lost on there travels or don't receive our food.

Food was great and amazing service from the store.

Great quality fast food no question. Just got my order in from" just eat" Kids meal wasn't there, tried calling 6 times no answer. Got a receipt showing that the food was paid for. Understand that just eat drivers are not burger king employees, but the people who answer the phone are. Really disappointed in the way I have been treated. Thank you for me having to explain to a child their food did not arrive. McDonald's from now on.

Didn't even get as far as ordering. Got told I can't order at the counter but the machine wouldn't work.... Rediculous. The best thing about it is theres a greggs across the car park.

The food was nice but the only problem was the price an extra £2 for flavoured chips and a extra 50 p for cheese i understand living cost and all that but come on abit over the top but other than that was good

I was served by a lovely young women called Janet, she served me in such a polite manner , and ensured my needs were met well and truly. My partner and I don’t have much faith in fast food anymore due to previous bad experiences, but the young lady Janet took away all my worries. She was the most loveliest person and I cannot wait to Come back due to her amazing customer service skills. Thanks

I was in earlier today and was served by a lovely girl named Morgan she made sure I had everything I needed and when there wasn’t any vegan burgers ready she made sure I got one put on straight away. Lovely service would go again.

I swung by about 1ish to grab some lunch for myself and a friend, I picked up a whopper burger, and for the first time, I actually received a burger that was intact. The woman who served me was named Morgan, and it was extra nice and made sure the burger was in order before handing it over. She was really polite and welcoming as well as appeared to have an immaculate work station. Would absolutely eat here again. 10/10

Better than McDonalds, but more expensive.

Self service kiosks were malfunctioning, even with staff operating them. No Fanta at sof drinks machine & no flavour syrups at all (manager said the order hadn't arrived). One of our group of 11's orders (for 5 people) got cancelled without being served so had to be reordered. A screw came off the seat so the back rest fell off and 5 of the party had dodgy tummys soon afterwards. Apart from that it was fine

Not cheap but really tasty freshly cooked burgers.

Place is decent, staff are ok, toilets are a disgrace, no handwash and toilets have seen better days

I had a lovely experience in this store, the staff were so kind and really made the experience what it was, never mind the food being so great, I can’t wait to come back for the new promos and hope they bring back the 3 pepper angus. I love this place and would definitely recommend, great atmosphere in there.

I came in to buy some food on Wednesday and the staff were really busy got excellent service i have extreme anxiety around people and i dont know how but one of the workers must have seen this and came to talk to me and honesty made me feel a lot better as i was feeling down before hand i dont know the name of him but he had a lot of tattoos can you please thank him for me

I have just been refused access to the disabled toilet in this place! Why is it locked! Because I don't look disabled doesn't mean I don't have a disability! I am usually able to use the gents but it was closed. Absolutely disgraceful 😤

Foods good staff are ok but they always say the drive thru is down and to come in store and order , you wouldn’t mind if it’s a one off but it’s like more than half the times I’ve visited {a lot}, theres no way it’s down they just pick and choose when to serve at window and if it were down there should be a sign at the drive thru entrance so you don’t need drive thru the narrow bend and waste your time , also it’s card only at the drive through your money is no good there

Rough end of the scale Be in here more than a few times half the time there's no milkshakes for the kids and on a few occasions no salt ...generaly lools unkempt and could do with a good scrub (like the staff) ... for 10 quid a burger meal ... more like pauper patties than Burger King

Strange service, BK forgot my onion rings. I asked for them and the server proceeded to stare into my passenger seat like I was hiding them. Outrageous after spending 35 pounds

Excellent restaurant, clean with helpful and kind staff. Baby change facilities are spotless. A head and shoulders above their competitors (l mean the local McDonalds and Greggs).

The staff can be downright rude and miserable in here. Some are ok though. Depends what day you are in and who is on. The manager was very arrogant and couldn't admit to be being wrong. She told me not to come back and complain somewhere else. How about showing some humility and decency and apologise when you're wrong and smile.

When items missing from order only option is for just eat to give refund, I'm sorry but I want the food delivered that I've ordered without having to pay additional delivery charges, poor customer service, if mistakes are made then should be delivered free of charge without customers either having to do without or having to pay additional delivery charges and don't appreciate staff hanging up the phone when trying to explain compaint, also limited choices on feedback to make sure you don't get the full extent of bad customer service, maybe if management made better choices your staff wouldn't have to take the brunt of your bad decisions. Lazy customer service

I personally am not a fan of fast food I think it is a shame what people are forced to eat out of speed or necessity and a home cooked meal is always the best way (happy to share recipes for those on a budget) I did however need to visit the store as when out on a hike I found myself in need of the loo and was forced to pop in and was greeted by a very strapping man with similarities to Ben Kingsley he was extremely helpful and offered items that fitted my dietary requirements (I left with apple wedges and water either way great visit and kamran made it so if I am passing I will surely pop in for some more of those apples

Got a new plant based burger with fake bacon wasn't bad but not a patch on a real one. Young Lady who served me was helpful and polite and dealt with my order in a timely manner she apologised for my wait but it wasn't necessary and all in all I would come back again

Got a delivery all the stuff was there or they put stuff in I didn't order when I called the guy said that I have to go through just eat when I explained the driver doesn't make the orders up and put them in a bag but it was excuse after excuse he told me if I wanted the food I ordered I'd have to order and pay again what a check I eat there a lot but seriously considering going elsewhere

Though there was a mistake with the order. It was minor, food was nice and everything was labeled correctly, well cooked and we'll packed.

Faites bien attention a vos commandes. J ai commandé un jus d orange 33cl il m on mis un 20 cl. Je commande un king fusion mm's dinc les gros pots il me mette un petit pot. La boisson sans glaçon et bien sûr il mette des glaçons et quand vous écoutez les tables d a côté également pleins d erreurs sur la commande Comment gruger les clients.....

What a difference a year makes, went down to 3 stars from 5.. I’ve used drive thru past 3 times and it just gets worse from ordering, staff don’t listen and are rude, never give you bloody sauce or napkins… just renewed with extra star getting better
