Burger King in Glasgow City

Winning the manager was really helpful at the kiosk when placing my order her friendly approach made this experience most enjoyable food as great coffee was hot with a little extra hot water over all place was clean tidy & with a relaxed atmosphere.

What a great place to relax and have a great meal. So fresh

Went here for lunch today and it was delicious, the best customer service skills from all staff.

The food was absolutely delicious, especially the vegan burger, and Winne the Manager was very friendly and approachable, Great team spirit was evident in the staff and Winne the Manager :) 😄 handled a situation with a customer very professionally and she’s fantastic. They have done a lovely decoration today.

Popped through the drive-thru today 4.40pm for a quick burger and was met with a lovely girl who was very polite and courteous, top marks she should get a rise and a promotion!

Great service and the store team gave me my first Borrow Cup. So easy! Ate my food and took my cup with me and returned it to another store. Got my £1 coupon for my next purchase

So went in today to make an order, I was looking to change some of the fillings and stood at the till quickly, then this lady at the till so rudly barked at me in a hostilely fashion "want to be you want" in manner that was not the most welcoming, after I explained that the machines don't unfortunately do what I was looking for and that I would need to speak and pay at a till, I was then told "am far to busy to deal with you". I love BK and don't ever leave without buying a meal, but after that I sat with my friend as they had their meal. Worst experience ever at burger king, I mean ever The woman is a short round lady with blonde hair and glasses and very rude. Beware Burger king

What an amazing fast food experience. The food was so fresh and delicious, combined with the friendliest staff who are always willing to help out to make sure the order is made correctly. I would highly recommend this place over anything else in the retail park. It exceeds all expectations.

Burgers in Burger King are good and the salad in the bun is always super fresh. It's more expensive than its rival chain but the quality and presentation are obvious. The service here is so friendly and quick. The Atmosphere inside is quiet, maybe the price but there are queues inside its rival across the way and This BK is always quiet, which is great for quick and friendly service, you never really have to wait long at the drive through or inside but very quiet/empty if you want to eat in. Food is good service is fast and friendly

Excellent place to enjoy a freshly cooked meal. Staff were extremely helpful in using the kiosk equipment and made sure everything went through exactly how I wanted it, they were so fast and food was brilliant. Lovely atmosphere in a very clean and well presented shop. Would 10000% recommend to anyone

Absolutely awful! The member of staff, manager was extremely unhelpful and refusing to take an order at the till. It was without a bun. The machine does not have the option. We left and went to McDonald's. She still refused to help. Definitely won't be returning. Great way to lose customers.

This is my go to place for coffee and lunch but unfortunately since July this year till yesterday 23rd August you cannot get a coffee due to the coffee machine being out of action for the past 8 weeks Time Burger King resolves this issue very soon as people are going elsewhere and when that happens they normally don’t return

Just called to collect food for my son he seemed to enjoy it that's what matters.

I used to love an XL bacon double cheeseburger but they served up a tepid offering! I don't know how they are prepared these days but it was Luke warm and tasteless and not worth over £10 for the meal!! Also the place is unclean and I overheard the manager shouting at staff to charge for condiments at the drive through!!

Was in store and was served by a lovely young lady called Dionne and the service was good from helping us find deals on the touchscreen to handing us food at the counter! Very helpful lady. Will definitely be back

Food is great if you sit in we always seem to have problems with delivery they seem to get lost on there travels or don't receive our food.

Great quality fast food no question. Just got my order in from" just eat" Kids meal wasn't there, tried calling 6 times no answer. Got a receipt showing that the food was paid for. Understand that just eat drivers are not burger king employees, but the people who answer the phone are. Really disappointed in the way I have been treated. Thank you for me having to explain to a child their food did not arrive. McDonald's from now on.

Food was great and amazing service from the store.

Didn't even get as far as ordering. Got told I can't order at the counter but the machine wouldn't work.... Rediculous. The best thing about it is theres a greggs across the car park.

The food was nice but the only problem was the price an extra £2 for flavoured chips and a extra 50 p for cheese i understand living cost and all that but come on abit over the top but other than that was good

I was served by a lovely young women called Janet, she served me in such a polite manner , and ensured my needs were met well and truly. My partner and I don’t have much faith in fast food anymore due to previous bad experiences, but the young lady Janet took away all my worries. She was the most loveliest person and I cannot wait to Come back due to her amazing customer service skills. Thanks

I was in earlier today and was served by a lovely girl named Morgan she made sure I had everything I needed and when there wasn’t any vegan burgers ready she made sure I got one put on straight away. Lovely service would go again.

I swung by about 1ish to grab some lunch for myself and a friend, I picked up a whopper burger, and for the first time, I actually received a burger that was intact. The woman who served me was named Morgan, and it was extra nice and made sure the burger was in order before handing it over. She was really polite and welcoming as well as appeared to have an immaculate work station. Would absolutely eat here again. 10/10

Plenty parking and drive through

Self service kiosks were malfunctioning, even with staff operating them. No Fanta at sof drinks machine & no flavour syrups at all (manager said the order hadn't arrived). One of our group of 11's orders (for 5 people) got cancelled without being served so had to be reordered. A screw came off the seat so the back rest fell off and 5 of the party had dodgy tummys soon afterwards. Apart from that it was fine

I came in to buy some food on Wednesday and the staff were really busy got excellent service i have extreme anxiety around people and i dont know how but one of the workers must have seen this and came to talk to me and honesty made me feel a lot better as i was feeling down before hand i dont know the name of him but he had a lot of tattoos can you please thank him for me

Food always hot and tasty and toilets always clean

I have just been refused access to the disabled toilet in this place! Why is it locked! Because I don't look disabled doesn't mean I don't have a disability! I am usually able to use the gents but it was closed. Absolutely disgraceful 😤

Great food and friendly staff too. A pity BK are still operating in Russia and indirectly supporting the invasion of Ukraine. Very sad. However, no tarnish on this great restaurant!

Foods good staff are ok but they always say the drive thru is down and to come in store and order , you wouldn’t mind if it’s a one off but it’s like more than half the times I’ve visited {a lot}, theres no way it’s down they just pick and choose when to serve at window and if it were down there should be a sign at the drive thru entrance so you don’t need drive thru the narrow bend and waste your time , also it’s card only at the drive through your money is no good there

Rough end of the scale Be in here more than a few times half the time there's no milkshakes for the kids and on a few occasions no salt ...generaly lools unkempt and could do with a good scrub (like the staff) ... for 10 quid a burger meal ... more like pauper patties than Burger King
