Rude Staff!!!! No More comments

Staff needs to learn professionalism and customer service training. Specially shift manager. How rude he was absolutely unprofessional person. Don't want to mention his name that will be rude. But he have to learn customer service over the counter:(

what has happened to BK....whopper double with cheese so small 3 bites and it was gone patti like rubber...chicken royale was small inbetween two pieses of dry breaded bap.....didnt get anything on it it was awful table was dirty and place was run down £22 for whoper with cheese and piece of leather in bread two med cokes just disgrace

Food was piping hot and delicious. The staff are lovely and will go above and beyond to help you.

Alright. This is a management level issue I'm sure as staff seemed friendly just extremely busy. Arrived into the restaurant at around 3pm and fairly busy went to the till to order as my partner wanted a different sauce on her burger that wasn't available to alter on the kiosk and was told by staff that I needed to order in the kiosk and that they could not physically put our order through, I then asked how do i apply my blue light discount and was ignored and no options to apply it on checking out or through the bluelight app, for reference we've used a different store and they have never had an issue. After this we placed our order and I went to the bathroom, code for the bathroom so couldn't get access I asked the staff member after a few more minutes of waiting and he said the code was on the receipt the whole experience at this point was just frustrating, but oh boy I wish I never got the code as soon as I walked into that bathroom the smell of sour diarrhea was so pungent it made me nauseous. Facilities where also shoddy, one stall was missing a seat not that I dared use them. Did not expect such a bad experience from BK

Called in for lunch. Chose to eat in, tables were dirty and the place just looked muck. Food was ok. Need a code to access the toilets so don't be in a rush to go...

I am very upset about burger king service today. My husband Kazi valu ordered burger today evening from . Held was waited lot but burger have to delivery in wrong address. This delivery issue was too unprofessional. Burger King should be appointed professional delivery man.

Incorrect order twice in a row from Burger king in the Menai shopping centre Bangor. Incorrect burger the first time, someone else's order this time. Can't eat any of the burgers I've received, ketchup on every one of them. I'm FUMING! Not paying for this, better get refunded. Won't order from that Burger king again, go and get it myself from Llandygai Burger king 😤

Fantastic we drove a 40-mile round trip to visit this store, and it was well worth the visit. The food was amazing, and the staff Friendly my son, loved their fries and he's massively fussy We enjoyed it so much we drove there again 3 days later and experienced the same service and good food fresh and tasty well worth the trip

Absolutely awful. Food cold and stale, obviously been either reheated or just sat under hot lights for a while. Strawberry milkshake had no flavour to it whatsoever, just tasted like the plain base mix and the paper from the straw, which closed in on itself after 2 sips. Waste of money. Very disappointing

Well no comment on the burger, I enjoy the Angus steakhouse. The only thing here is that it says that they close at 22:00, but everytime we went by 20:00, we can’t sit as they tell us that it is take out only. First time we went close to 21:00, we couldn’t finish our burgers and were asked to leave. So, to the management, can you please change the closing time to be 9pm instead of 10pm? It is frustrating and misleading to be honest. We expect to sit and enjoy our time but it has been a pain so far. UPDATE: Went back another time at 7:45, more than an hour before closing, and they won’t let me sit again; take out only in the cold and the rain.

Literally the saddest and worst BK I’ve been to. It’s the only place open at this service station and took over 10 minutes to get our order and the place was empty. Staff seemed more interested in gossiping rather than people coming/ ordering.

3 stars only because you know what you're getting. Quick and easy to order. Short wait times for food. Food is hot and nice. Staff were polite and friendly. The main seating area was clean. I have no complaints, it is what it is, burger king food

I've not had a Burger King for ages. Freshly made, hot chips and friendly staff. The place itself needs a bit of tlc, but I was taking out, so it didn't affect my experience.

What a total fiasco at the restaurant today! Ordered a Whopper Meal, which, mind you, should be straightforward enough. There were only two orders being prepared – mine and, by the looks of it, a box of chicken nuggets for the lady behind me. The chap who served me – looked like he might be a supervisor, possibly the manager – asked for my order number not once, but twice, before handing me the takeaway bag. He even asked if I fancied any sauces, to which I said, "Ketchup and mayo, please." He kindly informed me that ketchup was on the house, but mayo would set me back 30p. So, off I go, back onto the A55, ready to tuck into my Whopper. Imagine my surprise when I open the bag to find... a box of chicken nuggets! I mean, seriously, mate? If you can't handle two orders properly, I dread to think what happens when your screen’s full of them. Thanks a bunch for ruining my one meal a day! God help anyone who orders during rush hour.

I ordered a chicken burger for myself and a vegetarian burger for my sister. When we got back to our house, we checked our food. I got my chicken burger and my sister also got a chicken burger. We checked the receipt and it shown the vegetarian burger and two chicken burgers. We didn’t order an extra chicken burger but they put it on our receipt and made us pay for it!!

Preferred the taste to Macdonalds and KFC. Chips much nicer.

Tried the new halloumi fries, really tasty and hot! Will come again

Food was fine, like any Burger King, but the service was very slow. Once we ordered via the self service screen, we wondered if anyone was actually working. Could hear voices round the back but didn’t see anyone front or house for a good few mins. Few other people waiting for their food looking around at each other wondering what’s going on

Toilets are scabby like the Welsh. So no surprise really.

Bit grubby. Food was as you would expect. Staff seemed pleasant enough. It was a services after all.

The men's toilets here are always a disgrace of late. No paper, no water in the flush, no signs of regular cleaning. The loos at the adjacent recently refurbished petrol station might be a better bet. No complaints about the burgers or the counter staff.

Nice burgers, but this has to be the most depressing place on the planet.

Too much mayo on my chicken royal!

Unlike the counter part within Bangor. This place is good. No gherkins, like a Burger King should be!

Charged 30p a sachet for sauce. Bread hard and dry. A few pieces of white iceberg lettuce in my burger. Fries cold and chilli cheese bites overcooked in what I assume was dirty oil. Food definitely on the decline won't be visiting again in a hurry.

Nous étions de passage. Nous avons été servis rapidement mais pas mal d'erreurs dans notre commande à emporter. Nous avons contrôlé rapidement à l'intérieur du restaurant et il nous manquait des onions rings. Il a fallu attendre 15min pour qu'on nous les change. Au moment de manger nous nous sommes aperçus qu'il nous manquait aussi des sauces que nous avions payées, et qu'un de nos sandwichs n'était pas le bon. Pas envie de revenir pour attendre 15min à nouveau... à éviter !

The restaurant was clean and the food was hot! Nothing overly fancy in the way of decor but I guess you don't expect anything fancy at fast food restaurants anyway! What did bemuse us was, randomly, there was a peacock just wondering around the carpark which the kids absolutely loved! Free entertainment!

Hot drinks didn't taste of anything. Toilets were disgusting. Definitely won't stop there again.

First time in the refurbished BK. Lots of space and excellent fast service - would recommend. Still a great a great place to eat.

This was a nice clean burger king. The seating was a little low but they where not too busy. The nellmenu was hard to follow and the staff where quiet polite maybe could have a little smile and thank you added but they weren't rude.

Staff were miserable but it’s burger king so to be expected. Food left much to be desired.

Food is always amazing but if you're making a large order or changes to your order I'd suggest to double check your food before leaving if you're eating out because if they are busy sometimes the order has been wrong or items missing. The staff has always been friendly and always corrected the meals when mistakes have happened

Best and cleanest bk I’ve ever been too

It's currently probably one of the quieter Burger Kings you'll visit, which is both a positive and a negative. You'll get served fast from a friendly crew, but the quality can be a little hit and miss for the same reason. There used to be benches to sit outside on on sunny days, but they were removed during covid and never came back. This is a huge shame given the amazing location. I'm sure if they came back, it would become more of a destination BK and the atmosphere and consistency would improve.

My expectations were pretty low when I stopped here but the whole experience was excellent. The burger and fries were great and the service excellent.

Was impressive to have three new experiences all at once, the worst, coldest and most expensive burger king I've ever eaten, not particularly clean either...

Very friendly staff and ok food. However I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the place. The actual car park was enough to put me off with all the rubbish. The toilets were dirty and the actual cafe needed a good clean. Maybe lack of employers. Will not be going again

Really enjoyed our meal here came out very quickly and very hot so much better than Mcdonalds would eat here more often but it's quite a drive from home

The staff look so sad and miserable working there. They have no desire to help and when they do agree to help they are given no flexibility by the management for change. All I asked was to remove the runny cheese, they said I'd have to order a different burger if I don't want the cheese. The flame grill taste is nice but when you compare company for company mcdonalds are exceeding at customer service and smiley staff. Not sure if its just this burger King but its by far the worst service around locally I found. You can tell they don't want to be working there. A staff moral boost may reflect well on customer experience too in long run.

Went to burger King only to be greeted with a sign of sorry we have no beef, sorry for the inconvenience, so we just left as that's why we went to a place called Burger King

Ordered two cheese burgers each with bacon. On arrival the bacon on both burgers was cold. Took back to the counter and both were microwaved for about 30 seconds. Ate burger but threw bacon away, cold and limp. Dull, dreary establishment. Disinterested staff

If you force customers to ONLY use the kiosks to order you MUST ensure ALL Kiosks are working. 33% of kiosks NOT WORKING Queue for kiosks queue again for food PATHETIC

Ordered plain double cheese burger, but they gave me a cold bacon double cheese burger. The bacon didn't even looked cooked properly, complained and they where not interested, nor changed my burger. Very poor Burger King.

Came in to buy and have food in store yesterday 3rd April 2023 before closing time I.e. eat in and was told there were no beef burgers but only chicken and vegan burgers. Almost felt like they were trying to get rid of customers with the shortages of burgers??? What we saw was the woman who seems to be in charge was extremely rude and talking about us to other staff’s perhaps we ordered such a big order last minute or perhaps we sat down to take a sit ??? We saw or heard talks and staff staring at us.. how rude!!! We were told there was no eat in and only take only when called to pick up order and they was told they r closed now!!!! The person on tills on who was nice enough to change our drinks needs praise because the woman can learn a lot from him! Burger King staffs you have let down your staffs yet again! I have given you a star for the food we received but please treat your customers with respect and dignity.

Travelled out of my way tonight to find the staff refusing entry at 21:10 hours despite advertised 22:00 hours closing. I'm livid.

Food was nice , hot & freshly cooked. Nice chips compared to other similar establishments. The young man who took our order was very pleasant & helpful however low rating for service as we were wrongly given the vegetarian option instead of the chicken we ordered . Also wrong sauces given so we had to return the food incorrectly given which resulted in our fries going cold ! I will return however as they normally serve a decent meal & special offers are available via their app.

I'm not a huge fast food lover but this place we stopped at was ok. The food I could have left but the service was excellent

I pride myself on the triple whoppers and it’s not joke when I say this is by far the best one I’ve ever had. Wasn’t expecting it, 100% the best Burger King around.

Very helpful and obliging staff, order arrived very quickly and food was tasty and presentable. Plenty of available tables and seating and everywhere was clean and tidy. Only gripe on our last visit was the uncomfortable air conditioning pumping out cold air - never had a problem on past visits though!

Not been to Burger King for a few years. This was a pleasant surprise. Burger and milkshake was much tastier than Mc Donald's.
