Burger King in Salford

I was served today and catered for by mason in the Lowry store, and I must say he’s work ethic and passion towards the job is absolutely amazing!! He’s customer service was on point and the food was cooked and ready within around 2-3 minutes!! Would definitely recommend this store just off that one staff member alone👌

I recently visited this store, and I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the exceptional service provided by the manager, Shayne. From the moment I walked in, Shayne made sure that my experience was top-notch. She greeted me with a warm smile and ensured that my order was taken promptly. What stood out most was Shayne's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. She went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct, fresh, and served quickly. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, a testament to Shayne's strong leadership. She clearly fosters a positive work environment, as the staff were friendly, efficient, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. In a fast-food setting, it's rare to find a manager who takes such pride in their work and ensures that every customer leaves happy. I can’t comment on the food or the service as I haven’t tried it. I was there to refurb the front counter adding a new Coca Cola machine. What I can say is I have worked on many Burger King behind the counter. This is the cleanest one by far.

Very expensive for an average meal, I have been to cheaper cafes nearby which serve larger portions of food for less than half of what I paid here! Food wasn't great, service was very poor, the attendant on the till understood virtually nothing I said and had to point/hand gesture to what I was asking for to confirm.

Definitely the worse burger King in the UK. No hygiene what so ever i mean who gives people food from the floor?. Racist management also. Creepy staff and their attitude is disgusting, few good ones but nothing compared to the rude ones.

Don’t come here if you want a drink. The coke machines (yes both of them) have been broken for months and it’s highly hit and miss if the coffee machine is working. You have to settle for either bottled Coke or Capri sun

Went for a burger before going to the cinema, ordered a whopper meal. There were 3 staff on, 1 on till and 2 in preparation, took 20 minutes to get my food. A queue of other customers started to appear shortly after I ordered and all were still waiting when I left.

There is a girl called Marie who works there she works so hard while all the young ones stand still she is a good nice hardworking person Burger King need people like her

The worst Burger King I’ve ever visited. The young staff are kind and helpful but the managers/supervisors are very rude and disrespectful. The burger (double melt) I got from here was awful, super greasy (could literally squeeze the oil out), and gave me food poisoning. Will never be returning

The food is cold and dry. The staff doesnt seem to be able to follow the simpliest instructions or are they not english speeking?!

Terrible disappointment and dirty place.The food cold chips and buger , drink from a bottle fizzed all over no take out cup no ice ,no napkin .Just awful.

I don't know if this is typical of all BKs, since I don't usually eat at BK, but my experience was a poor one. I asked for a Bacon Double Cheeseburger with no bun, as I'm gluten-intolerant and it's the only way I get to enjoy fast food at these kinds of places. Done it at McDonald's plenty of times with no problem. The cashier went to tell the kitchen staff, in plain view of me. The kitchen staff seemed gobsmacked by this request and mouthed "No BUN?!" with the most stunned expression. I honestly got the impression I was being judged. When the cashier returned I explained it was because I was gluten-intolerant, which she said was fine - was it? Anyway, the actual meal was thoroughly disappointing. The fizzy drink machine was broken so I paid £7.99 for a bottle of water, fries, and two tiny patties with two slices of cheese and two bacon strips. No sauce or anything else. This burger is £5.99 if you order it alone! My partner had the same thing with the bun, and said his bun was cold. McDonald's isn't gourmet by any stretch of the imagination but at least I get some onions, sauce and pickles with my patties. Not eating here again and probably not at another BK for a long time.

Genuinely the most unpleasant and disappointing "meal" I've had for years. The burger was dry as a bone, the bun was cold, the cheese was cold - I took two bites and gave up. The fries were...okay, but they could not salvage the burger. There were no sodas available so you got to pick between water and Capri Sun. The service was about what you'd expect from dead-eyed underpaid teenagers. If you find yourself in the Lowry outlet mall food court, go literally anywhere but here.

Haven't had fizzy drinks for weeks if not months. Only go if you want burger and fries with water or juice.

Gave up waiting after 50 mins. Felt bad for the young team, they clearly couldn't cope with the demand and all the orders were being mixed up.

Even 1 star is too much for that place. I have ordered chicken strips ended up with chicken burger, don’t know why. Chips were cold and soggy, same for onion rings. Coffee tastes like watery milk. £14 for 2 portions of chips, coffee and chicken strips, which were chicken burger. Please avoid that place.

I honestly didn't think it was possible for there to be a worse BK than the one in Fallowfield, but wow here we are. If you can get past being routinely ignored by staff, whether they are just stood on their phones in the kitchen or actually stood at the tills staring into the middle distance as if in a trance; you may gain the chance to order. Good luck trying to order anything here. Absolutely every machine is broken and try don't even have half of the items they are advertising for you to buy. Close this place down, replace it with a McDonalds or even bring Wimpy back, literally anything but this.

Had to give it a star but would have preferred 0. Managed to get 5 drinks wrong. 2 coffees came as hot water as there was no coffee in the machine. What a performance to make them understand. Finally spoke to someone who was supposed to be in charge when she got off her backside and phone and came to the counter. Worst service ever!

Absolute shambles we paid for 5 meals what you could call 5 anyway 2 kids meals yeah great for kids,I had a crispy chicken meal the bun fell apart the chicken could bounce off a wall it was that dry,the missis had a whopper clearly the cow the slaughtered for the meat was a vegan or seriously under weight,but double melt meal wow was literally bite size absolutely depressing and disappointing kids are still moaning their hungry and for that money I'd be full at McDonald's or kfc,I wouldn't winge or be a 'Karen' if it was busy but Jesus christ it was dead.

Used to look forward to my Wednesday BK in Salford. But no longer until BK pull out of Russia.

BK has improved a lot since I last had a meal from them, about 10 years ago. The burgers are better constructed and have better flavour, the fries are thicker and not as salty. BK is better and tastier than McD's

HORRIBLE customer service. They guy at the till (name Leighton) was really rude. Asked to upgrade the menu and told us not possible. After giving the tray with the food I asked him to give me some ketchup and just gave me 1 (we were 4) asked him again and gave 1 again and throw it to me. I don’t know what that guy is doing there. He should be playing ps4 and not working in customer service. The appearance of this guy was so nasty, amazing Burger King couldn’t find a better working. Order an ice cream and tasted like SHIT. never coming back

Worst service I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant in my life. 15 minutes to get served (3 people in the queue) 20 minutes to get the food once ordered. I Asked for the bacon double burger with no cheese. "But it is a cheeseburger!" Says the server. "I know" I said "but I dont want cheese" "But it comes with cheese". "Dont put it on it saves you a job". Not sure we can do that, i will have a go". OMG. Spoke to the manager just before the order arrived and said I have been waiting nearly 20 minutes what is happening. She looked at me for what seemed like an eternity, did not speak and just walked away. You should be so proud of your service. Truly dreadful

I was pleased with the staff because they didn't have any sachets of mustard so the guy gave me a pot from the mustard intended for burgers. Somehow you don't expect this from a Burger King.

Having just moved in to the area we were stuck with somewhere to eat. We saw the Burger King when filling up with fuel and went in. The reviews made us think twice but glad we didn’t listen to them.The food was amazing (for a Burger King) the staff were friendly and helpful, the place was empty but the staff had a chat while our food was cooking. Our food came out correct and hot. Went to the bathroom and it was clean and functional.Yes the inside is dated but it’s a Burger King not the ritz!Will definitely be coming back

Quick service and the Whopper really was the size of a Whopper.

Can be a little confusing where to order with the layout of the order counter and because of this people do tend to push in line regularly with is frustrating especially when you have been waiting your turn in line and then someone just arrives and pushed in and orders before you when it gets busy. Also service is slow here. Even when there is only 4 people in front of you it can take up to 15 minutes to get served.

Overpriced bland '' food '' from another American tax dodging corporation. Try one of the other food places in the outlet instead.

Not the fastest service in the world! I'm glad it wasn't busy otherwise the queue would have been out of the door! Thats what letnit down for me. Food however made up for it. Piping hot and the best fast food chips I've had in a while - lights, crispy and hot.
