Burger King in Belfast

Probably the cleanest BK I've ever been in

What can I say about Burger King other than their Burgers are delicious. I'm a big fan of the Whopper Burger. The reason I dropped a star is the service is alot slower compared to the 'almost instant' service I get when visiting a McDonald's Drive Thru.

Delivery time kept changing. Husband has to take insulin prior to eating so couldnt guage timing of injection. . Expensive for 2 luke warm burgers. 2nd time of ordering. disappointed on both occasions. Will never use again. KFC deliver in good time with hot food. Ask them how they do it and perhaps learn.

Cold and stacked orders so was sitting before delivery

Delivery was very slow and the food was barely warm. Very disappointing.

Great staff, great service and great food, got served by a excellent member of staff called Ben who was very friendly and knowledgeable

Did not receive order ,wrong address

I didn’t receive all of my order and A completely different burger came to the one I ordered

Food cold on delivery, times kept changing for delivery. Store only 3/4 mile away but from placing order until delivery was 1.5 hours

delivery pushed back three times from 10 minutes to 40

Burgers are very small. Very expensive

Order was correct, driver was in wrong location but correctly fixed it. Google maps directs them the wrong way every time.

Delivery time was absolutely abominable, ordered before 11am for delivery by 2pm arrived 14.21, disgraceful and food was cold

Delivery driver was unable to communicate due to lack of English skills, food was subsequently never delivered. I believe they frauded the system by giving the code which I did not provide because they did not arrive. Very disappointed.

This delivery never arrived at my address and I was charged for it, the driver clearly went to the wrong address he was even parked in the next street from mine before it was marked as delivered, I also even text him to say that this was the case he was in wrong place. I would like a full refund as this is unacceptable I am not paying for someone else to have a free meal. £50 on food delivery for it not to come is a bit of a joke the driver has failed at his job big time

Cold food - cheese barely melted and chips were tasteless

Burger was slapped together and cold along with the fries and nuggets which was also freezing unacceptable!!!

There weren't any chicken nuggets in the bag.

The food was delivered cold and inedible and it went into the food waste bin so had to start cooking my self a meal from scratch.

great branch, pity google won't change their opening hours as they close at 8pm. got caught out with that one recently.

We had an amazing drive through experience. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The food was ready quickly, it was so hot and fresh. They were generous with their fries portions (highly appreciated). Thank you to the wonderful workers at Burger King Holywood Exchange Branch. This is by far the best Burger King and take away experience I've had in Northern Ireland.

Ordered 20 onion rings got 17. Gotta love the ones that can't put 10 onion rings in each bag, guess they won't let them take their shoes off in the kitchen so they can count to 10?

Absolutely pointless leaving delivery instructions I asked for the delivery person not to knock the door he did so repeatedly driving my dog mental. Waste of time leaving any messages

Has drive thru, generally decent pace. Would advise if driving up and at least 3 vehicles in drive thru.. go inside and order to go.

It' a good place only thing is I'm vegan and the last three or four times I went there they seem to always be out of it. I found out with one of the employees the manager can't be bothered ordering in in. Not sure if it's true but the never seem to have my vegan royal.

I would inform anyone going to this Burger King that IT WAS CLOSED!!! IT CLEARLY SAID OPEN 11PM and we arrived at 8:30 and nobody was there 🤷‍♀️thank you for reading 🫶

food was descent enough but all dips missing

Food was served quickly. Have to say the seated area was spotless I have never witnessed such attention paid to cleaning,the staff member was cleaning the legs of tables and chairs. Such a high level of cleanliness needs to be commended

Food was pre-ordered and still arrived 20 minutes late, from somewhere 1.5 miles away. Was ordered for a meeting and the long delay would mean I wouldn’t again.

Nuggets where rock hard and butter was missing cheese

Absolute shocker, they say they are opened up until 11pm, I came at 8pm and told us they are closed.

The two old men running the shop are very friendly, nice to hear staff laughing whilst still working, gives the place a nice vibe, food was piping hot too and the seating area was incredibly clean

Poor phone reception so difficult to open app for offers.

2nd unsuccessful just eat order, no loaded fries or Dorito bites.

We had to wait ages for our order, because they were doing the drive through, then when we were just finishing off our meal they were turning the lights off and on to let us know they were closing. When we went in, we had plenty of time to eat our meal, it was because we had to wait 30 mins or more on getting served 🙃

didn't deliver chilli cheese bites or nugguts but charged for everything food cold abs disgusted,delivery driver girl was so lovely too wish I had opened the bag and explained as I couldn't ring to explain afterwards as annoyed

Was very specific and asked for plain burger, ticked all boxes for no pickles, sauces etc yet it still came covered in ketchup and mayonnaise

Didn't get any soft drinks or any fries which I have been charged for £23 rip off for 2 burgers and 1 fries

Staff member was happy and courteous but got order wrong asked for beef angus chimichurri got the chicken one, asked for sweet chilli dips and got 2 spicy mayo dips, still nice food but wasnt what i actually ordered or had in mind, its not good sure its not.

Burger 🍔 kind experience was good. The food was tasty and warm.

Fries were warm, burger was cold. After 1st bite of burger, bun fell apart.

Beyond a joke, took the order and the cash next thing the app is saying it's been delivered, tried calling but number doesn't work. And app is now saying restaurant is closed

Popped in for a quick bite and used the drive thru. Friendly service. Had the XXL Bacon Cheeseburger meal and a side of cheesy jalapeno bites. The bites were delicious and still steaming after a bite. Right balance of cheese and peppers. The burger was just as delicious and was not messy. Good service and well priced. Always better the Macca Ds

My husband had to walk to meet the courier as he couldn’t find our house.

Both burgers with nothing on them!!! Was very clear that 1 burger was just cheese! But £22 for 2 plain, dry burgers? Waste!!!

Great service from this Burger King, hot & fresh food which is a rarity in fast food throughout. Staff there were top performers, would recommend highly. Location is a bit out of the road but the overall quality makes up for it!

I paid extra for coca cola original and coca cola zero was delivered, why charge extra for normal coke and then deliver the wrong one!!!

Only delivered 2 of the 3 meals!! Ridiculous.

The food was as expected. BK never fails me on that regard. The lady serving though didn't look happy at all. What happened to service with a smile? After having to replace the wrong drink and giving me the extra portion of chips that was paid for that I had to ask for again, I finally got the right order.

I will never order again from Burger King order loaded cheese bacon fries and get cheese only on 2 fries literally shame on them

In general, Burgerking is quite underrated. The food is vegan friendly and tasty. Chips are crunchy and tasty. It is not healthy, though, like any such food joint. But I like the food here better than McD

I ordered 9 onion rings and got given 6. Not happy at all. Would like the difference in price returned to me.
