Burger King in Birmingham

Esta tienda está parada Barr una parada y es lento! Muchas veces he dejado la cola, el personal parece triste y no se molesta, ¡hay una cola! Deprimente

No está mal en comparación con otros Burger Kings, podría hacer con la aceptación de cupones a través de la aplicación que no pueden, ya que son franquicias Servicio rápido y bueno para algo rápido

As I was placing my order I asked for the meals to take away, usually entailing having the meal in paper bags to take away. The employee serving me at the time did not pay attention whilst taking my order then proceeded to place my order loose on a tray. When I mentioned that I had asked for the food to take away she then roller her eyes, went and got some paper bags, placed two of the burgers into the bag then just tipped the tray into the bag before placing the bag on the counter without a word said. Other customers at the time laughed at the actions of the employee but I felt that the actions were rude and disrespectful as I had shown nothing but politeness to the member of staff.

Hoy fui a Burger King, aunque el lugar estaba lleno, el servicio era excelente, especialmente un joven llamado (onyo no recuerdo el resto de su nombre no disculpó). Esta señora que observar que entró a comprar su comida y empujando un walkie posees. El caballero joven dije para sentarse y me trajo la comida para ella. Eso es lo que yo llamo servicio

Ambos hambrientos y ambos nos apetecía una hamburguesa, tuve el Angus comida esposa tenía el pollo Royal tanto bien contento difícil de superar una hamburguesa con patatas fritas

burger king have great food to eat an d its better than mcdonalds. the seats are a little bit old and broke and the boys toilet smelt that bad.

Stressed girl at the counter having to keep an eye on cooking staff, customers & other counter staff isn't a good combination. Used for convenience but would look elsewhere next time. Not the standard of Burger King I usually have.

I'm big fan of junk food and mcdonalds so decided to try burger king which was fairly close to my work place. I have tried it a few times before, but always preffered mcdonalds. it was a lunch time and there was massive queue inside waiting for ordering their meals. Had to wait like 10-15mins. Staff not even bothering to rush, I've even seen someone on the phone?? Even after placing my order (whopper) had to wait for more than 5 minutes and you call yourself a fast food chain? And even my whopper burger was a disaster, fries tasted horrible. Can't say anything positive about this place. If you have a chance choose macdonalds or love chicken restaraunt which is opposite street.

Called in for a snack whilst working nearby - burger was ok nothing special tasty once the gurkins were removed - service fine no problem here got what i asked for a reasonable burger

Uking opened on HIgh St I tthought I would check it out. It is a bug spacious place on the site of ChelseGirl where I bought my clothes in the 70's. At first the staff had to be asked for the receipt. Though there was a special offer on receipt they kept them thus denying customers the opiportunity to get a free whopper when they buy a meal. When I got a receipt I had to go on internet to get a code for the free whopper. A member of staff every time I am served by her tells me whilst I am holding the receipt and money and giving her my order that it's not free as I have to buy something first. Each time I tell her I know that and she should let me finish speaking before she assumes that I don't Want to pay. She that some people think that giving up the tget a free meal. The staff are never sure which drink to serve withtables are usually dirty and I have ,before I can eat. I sinaounderstand the logic behind the two One for men and the other shared between disabled, baby free wifuand women. These toilets are in use after six. Always filthy with overflow from bins, sanitary towels, nappies, toilet paper. The doors didn't fit at first and you could see into room but they've fixed that now. The door handle needs fixing as it doesn't clothes properly. Prices are reasonable. Good choice. Friendly staff. Free wifi. Sockets for phones and laptops. Pleasant atmosphere. Comfy seats.

I am Vegetarian and was happy to get an vegetarian burger and the test was so good and the quantity was just enough and stomach full

Used the survey and got a free meal, excellent. Good service, nice location and friendly staff. Recommend.

Typical standard BK - food was fine ordered an Aberdeen Angus meal, burger was good but they never look like the pictures do they. Only annoyance was someone cleaning right next to me... Can you not wait till I'm finished? I'll be done in 10 mins lol other than that was fine.

I hope this is the right place for this one. We flew out of Birmingham Airport and decided to get a Burger before flying. I really wish we hadn't. The service was appalling - and that's being kind!! The staff couldn't have cared less that there were customers. As for calling this a fast food restaurant- hah!! - forget it, you will wait ages. IF you are lucky you MIGHT get what you asked for. 2 families in front of us, and us didn't get what we asked for by a long long way. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN??????? It is all computerised and they even repeat what you order when you order it. I also have a problem with my food being cooked by a person with a large untidy beard. There are proper hygienic covers for beards in the same fashion as there are for hair. Wear them please. Value for money it definitely isn't, The taste was awful, the quality rubbish and the overall experience was disastrous. Don't go there. About 10 paces away is a Witherspoons restaurant - go there, the service alone will be 100% better.

today, we went to burger king, Birmingham airport on a nice day out however we were treated as if we had just done something wrong. The wait for food was about 15 mins, the staff had no rush about them, very, very slow service. When I sat down I noticed a disgusting mess on the table and even worse there was mess on every table, not just our one, and not once in about 45 minuets did I see a cleaner (from 12:15 till 13:00) the most busy time of the day it wasn't just on the table it was on the floor too! (not very good food hygiene then)! I ordered the Adult cheese burger (£3.49) and my Nan who wasn't very hungry ordered a kids hamburger (£2.99). Now when the meal come I discovered that the two burgers were exactly the same size! Both portions of chips were exactly the same size too, there was only one difference; the kids meal (the cheaper one) came with a toy! so if you are going to go here then get a kids meal, you get more!
