Burger King in Redcar and Cleveland

If you're fond of the odd BK as a treat then this is a hidden jem. It's easy to get parked and custom is steady so getting served is no problem. It's bright, clean, spacious and peaceful (for a BK).

Fast, Kind and Delicious!! Everything is Fine.

A lot of times food can be warm or cold not hot staff dont really interact but that's the same all over the fast food industry, place is usually clean and tidy but I have problem with the size of some of the burgers way too small compared to other options on same menu

Fed up with the app not working 20 mins to place an order, then it gave the order number, but apparently, the order had not gone through. What is the point of apps, I like this.place most use the drive through so quiet inside, some drinks were not working in the machines

Went in to order food and was told I wasn't allowed to order food at the counter, dispite it saying order here ON THE COUNTER. Was told I have to use the self service screens behind me. When I asked why I was told, DON'T KNOW THAT'S JUST WHAT WE BEEN TOLD. Walked out and went to McDonald's at the next junction. Won't be back ever, no wonder BK was virtually empty and McDonald's was packed, they know about customer service.

Came here just before closing - great service, high quality food - can't speak to the atmosphere because of the closing.

Can't fault it really. Very clean, staff seemed to be "standing around" but can't blame them wasn't busy at all.

The good always seems to be cold from here even when you sit down as soon as they give you your order. Yet I still find myself going with it been an easy to access.

This is my first visit there, yet it feels eerily reminiscent of visiting McDonald's or KFC. Despite the lack of customers, the wait for service extends to a frustrating 10 minutes. Oddly enough, they seem to prioritize orders from Just Eat over attending to dine-in patrons. While their burgers are undeniably delicious, it's a stretch to label them as a fast-food establishment for those seeking quick service.

Took longer than expected, drove away and they had forgotten to put cheese on the burger!!!

Food was fresh and hot when i arrived at 9pm, excellent service and easy to use systems. Would recommend going back.

Drinks are always flat and taste funny buns are always stale and they never ever give you the sauces that you pay for I’d give this Burger King a miss try a different one

It's burger king food, one of the people Jonny was really kind and helpful to sort a request out for my son. Food was made fresh and quickly. Enjoyed my time there.

Miserable staff staff serving miserable cold food!

We got burger king delivered the driver asked us for a pin/code so we could get our food but it didn't show up to our house they either ate it or gave it to a wrong house not impressed and we never got a refund 😡😡😡😡😡

Been to the drive through on the a66, after what can only be described as an ordeal to put my order in £31 later. I then get told 10-20 minute wait for food, bare in mind theres like 4 people in the place. 2 people behind me in the queue they served immediately. Staff are an absolute joke

Enjoyed the burger, staff were young and very quiet. No hello or any kind of welcome, a very cold atmosphere. Good price, perfect portion size.

First time here. First time on ANY Burger King for years. Helpful staff. There was an offer on Double Burger, Fries, drink & Doritos chicken fries. Meh. This was 6pm on a Thursday and we were almost the only customers. We'll try Taco Bell (next door) next time.

Stone cold, asked for sauce, seemingly got the full bottle on it, not an overly pleasant experience.

Jonny and the team were excellent didn't wait long for food the food was hot and fresh. We've been there a few times and all positive so far.

20 minute wait for 'fast food'. Place was empty, but seemed mote interested in putting deliveries together than serving those in the restaurant.

Deserted at lunchtime. Really dry burger, bun was stale. Self service drink, but wasn't told so. I was here on a work trip, so won't be back anytime soon, thankfully.

Service ok just ... Messy tables one girl busy lads doing the odd thing but bare minimum & every table was dirty,cleaned my own with a wipe I had with me 😔

Delicious food cooked lovely recommend and i will be coming back here.

Woeful. They leave you in the drive thru for ages, eventually take your order, then send you round to wait in the car park. They prioritise delivery drivers at the expense of regular customers. To top it off after 30 minutes waiting food was cold. No response from complaints.

Great size portions but at around a tenner for a fast food takeaway meal it's really expensive.

Burger King. King of burgers. Massive poo closets. Lovely.

Three times I have ordered from here First time, didn't have the items I wanted Second time, waited ages and was given the wrong burger. Third time, wrong burger and the fries were stone cold. It may be relatively new but it's expensive and my experience has not been good so far. Won't be going back. Sorry.

Expect to be blocked from entering at peak times due to there only being one way in for multiple fast food outlets. Otherwise quite good.

Just went to the drive thru to be told that they could "only serve us chicken products". Left immediately and went to McDonalds instead.

Arrived and there were only 2 people in front of us in the queue. Still took 30 minutes to get our food. Delivery people walked in, got served straight away and left. Bunch of young lads sat shouting and swearing near a family with a small child, no one told them to quieten down. Young blonde girl stood rubbing her eyes, hair, hat while gossiping about a customer giving her change, then started handling food without washing her hands. Mainly just walking round. 3 meals and one kids meal all put in one bag (looked like it had been put in by a catapult. Drive home was less than 5 minutes, and had to microwave the food. As a treat for the kids. Don't think I'll be in a rush to come back.

Food left uncleared on tables for the entire duration of my visit. Didn't feel hygienic. I won't be going back.

Went to the drive-thru ........what a nightmare. Ordered food the told to go and park up and they would bring the food to us, every car that went to the drive-thru was told the same, there were cars all over the place, wated over half a hour for food WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN

Amazing food and great customer service, we went in for a double melt box which was amazing for its value as it offered sides and a main for such a cheap price. Me and my husband loved it. Thank you Burger King you can expect us again!

I think this needs some retraining! Food was absolutely piping cold! Went back through to the window to be told by the staff members it felt okay and that they wouldn't replace it!

Cold food for £15 for two burgers and one chips. Won’t be going back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Went to Burger King. Chaos on Middlesbrough Rd as traffic queued on the drive throughs. Looks like the Taco Bell drive through passes in front of the entrance to the Burger King drive through, consequently if Taco Bell is busy then access to Burger King is denied. Needs sorting asap. Otherwise service and food good.

Ordered to eat in at self serve pont. Only to be barked at by some sour faced lass that we can't eat in and it states so on the door. (My apologies I missed that sign) Whilst waiting for our underwhelming food to be served, the same girl barked at a young lad that they don't take cash as he was trying to place his money into the self serve point. Very poor customer service. Why open a new restaurant that's isn't fully ready to operate at full capacity. Won't be returning. Pay peanuts, you get..........

No cash no food never open, place has been open over a month...... Its Waste of space if I'm honest

Went to the restaurant to be told didn't open till 2pm so at 1pm decided to wait, went back only to be told the card machine wasn't working so they weren't taking orders all together. So didn't get any lunch and won't be returning absolute joke of a restaurant. Good start burger King, stay clear if you want to be hungry for the rest of the day 😡😠🤬 Update went to mcdonalds had great service and was no longer hungry 👌
