When I received my food, it was hot, fresh, and exactly how I ordered it. No mistakes, no delays—just solid, reliable service. In a fast food world where things can often feel rushed or careless, Golge stood out for doing the job right. It wasn’t flashy, but it mattered. Good service like that sticks with you. Kudos to Golge—you made a regular day just a little bit better.

store front was absolutely vile. food and rubbish everywhere, not that i blame people for leaving when the food wasn’t even good anyway - think i saw one of the cooks cough into their hands and then touch the food. bathrooms were also very unclean and smelled awful. don’t even bother

What a disappointment that was. Me and my partner decided we would order from Uber one of their family meals as a treat and boy. What an unexpected treat that turned out. After over an hour of the delivery going from its on the way to we are looking for another rider it finaly arrived. The delivery guy refused to deliver the food to my door, calling me asking be to go to meet him at the roadside as his bike was broke and couldn't be turned off. The food turned up stone cold a tub of ice cream shuved in the same bag as the food, with might as well acted as a freezer to preserve the food for the next month. We looked past this and tried to salvage what we could out of the meal as now it was almost 8 pm, and being a work night, the tune was running out. I tried to call the restaurant, but of cause they were allergic to their phone and won't answer it as the full inbox would imply, i would imagine from other disgruntled customers with similar problems. To top of the burgerking night in. We both work up in the morning feeling ill, and my partner has now spent the day of being violently sick in the bathroom most of the .morning. many thanks for such an eventful unwaged experience from this place but I warn all thoigjs before you buy check the reviews, I should of done this. As this isn't the first time this chain has been called out on this.

whoever was working at burger king today forgot to put the actual beef Burger in the bap. Only cheese in the kids cheese burger. Not happy.

Order took almost an hour and a half, when delivered there were items missing and the whole order was freezing cold.

They never get the order right! Was missing one item and received 3 items I didn't order! How thick have you got to be to mess up a simple order!

I have been coming here regularly 3-4 times every month. Food is always fresh and the chicken nuggets is really tasty and memphis limited edition burger beef/ chicken is so lovely- really recommend Always queue but cashier is quick. I sometimes do take away too. Shenindja the cashier and the south east asia manager lady with glasses is very helpful amd quick too. This burger king taste is nicer than Lewisham, Surrey Quay and Bromley. I do recommend and dine in is better please bear in mind is quite full during lunch time in weekend

If you ask for something extra in your burger, rather than putting more of it, they don’t put it at all! I don’t know if they do this because they can’t understand basic instructions, their English isn’t very good, or they think it’s funny. Plus, it’s expensive - £9 for a meal, and this was with a ‘voucher’. Every little extra you have to pay for, even a sachet of sauce.

I went to the restaurant around 8:20. I kmow this because I checked the time before entering, and after I placed my order, explicitly to dine in, I noticed they were closing the seating area. I asked one of the women working there if the seating area was closed, and she said yes. I asked her where I was supposed to eat, and she asked me, "Oh, do you want to eat here?" I said yes, that I wanted to eat there, and she pointed me to a counter by the windows with no chairs. I asked her if she expected me to eat there while standing. Then one of her coworkers quickly brought two chairs. My question is, if they are supposed to close at 11 p.m., why were they closing the seating area at 8:20? When I go to a restaurant, I want to feel comfortable, sit down, and enjoy my meal—not be given my food in a paper bag as if I had ordered takeaway, which was not the case. For any customers planning to visit this place, keep in mind that if you want to eat in the seating area, you might need to arrive two or three hours earlier because otherwise, they’ll close it, and you’ll have to take your food as takeaway

Strawberry milkshake was nice but that’s the only part of the order that was. Fries were stale & the chicken royale was cold. No idea how the double whopper was as they missed it off the order.

20 minutes late. Called branch goes unanswered time and again. Food finally arrives dead cold. Milkshake with no straw! all the fries and burgers jumbled up together. Will most definitely not order online. Either go there physically or DO NOT do online.

The meat is indigestible, the day after i am still burping it. Unbelievable the garbage they sell.

Went there for lunch today. The food was good but the tables need a staff member to look after them. We had to clean the table ourself & noticed other customers doing the same? The bins were full & we never saw a staff member on the lobby when we were there? The toilets also need looking after more regularly.

5 stars i always order at the last minute before they close and they have always been so friendly and helpful and never a complaint from them ever that I order when they are trying to close in fact they give me extra chips and are always so nice !

The food delivered was cold. And the drinks fizzed everywhere including on the food when opened. Not impressed.

I consistently order the same items, but recently they have started sending warm drinks with my order. They claim it's because the food makes them warm, but that's absurd—how can you send boiling Coke? The people who work here are terrible and don't care about anything.

Ordered burger king via deliveroo. Our order's receipt was on the bag but 95% was missing. Double whopper meal (whopper, fries, fanta) was completely missing, vegan royal was mainly missing (royal arrived but not fries or coca cola), all chilli cheese bites missing (1 order of 9, and 1 order of 6). The only thing that arrived that we ordered was the vegan royal sandwich, we had a random loaded fries and halloumi fries chucked in, and everything was stone cold. If a deliveroo order cannot be fulfilled then it shouldn't be accepted. If it was down to a staff member not being able to read and pack an order correctly, i think Stevie Wonder would have done a better job.

Work round the corner from here staff are always very friendly and helpful when I needed help food is tasty and warm can get quite busy due to delivery service but when it’s not manic you can’t fault them they follow procedures and the restaurant is clean

Feeling hungry, so i ordered triple bacon cheeseburger, onion rings and capri sun for 15 pounds. " Don't understand why its so expensive." Only waited eight minutes, but when it arrived and i looked at the packaging, it was very small. Eating the burger was very bland and tasteless, bacon wasn't cooked and bun was soggy. The onion rings were very dry. I was disappointed after finishing my meal how overpriced it was for small portion of food that was'nt good quality. Could of spent something better with my money and i defintely not going again as i realised all fast food shops are like this....

Fast food has reach the enshittification end game. It is no longer fast nor cheap and neither quality nor quantity have improved enough to keep pace. Standing and waiting 30 minutes for worse food than a proper burger chain with a only marginally lower price tag is not good enough. Stop spending money at burger king, mc donalds and other old chains, it isnt worth it.
