Burger King in Greenwich

Work round the corner from here staff are always very friendly and helpful when I needed help food is tasty and warm can get quite busy due to delivery service but when it’s not manic you can’t fault them they follow procedures and the restaurant is clean

So slow. Workers stood around doing absolutely nothing. I waited 20 minutes for a packet of chips and onion rings. Food was cold bland and unsalted. Absolute joke.

Feeling hungry, so i ordered triple bacon cheeseburger, onion rings and capri sun for 15 pounds. " Don't understand why its so expensive." Only waited eight minutes, but when it arrived and i looked at the packaging, it was very small. Eating the burger was very bland and tasteless, bacon wasn't cooked and bun was soggy. The onion rings were very dry. I was disappointed after finishing my meal how overpriced it was for small portion of food that was'nt good quality. Could of spent something better with my money and i defintely not going again as i realised all fast food shops are like this....

They used a recall function on their call forward display. For orders, they say they've already seved

Fast food has reach the enshittification end game. It is no longer fast nor cheap and neither quality nor quantity have improved enough to keep pace. Standing and waiting 30 minutes for worse food than a proper burger chain with a only marginally lower price tag is not good enough. Stop spending money at burger king, mc donalds and other old chains, it isnt worth it.

I have not received my food at all driver didn’t know English and was clearly a language barrier so much so he hung up on me and didn’t deliver the food

The only reason I said it was alright is because the food wasn’t hot it was almost cold. I still enjoyed it though and the Driver was lovely. I’m on crutches and he helped me shut my front door. It would’ve been nice for me to leave him a tip I was really grateful for that gesture.

considering we live 0.3 miles away from the restaurant he made a round trip of approximately 5 miles via new cross and Lewisham. the food is stone cold. I understand he has more than one delivery but we are very close and his route makes no sense. and when he finally got here he was ringing the bell and knocking on the door like he was in a hurry and we were the problem.

I was with my family this afternoon and it was my worst experience at Burger King. First I paid for my food and I was waiting a long time for them to give me my food, then I asked why it was taking so long and they told me because the payment had not been made correctly when I already had the ticket with my waiting number, and I showed them my bank account that Burger King had already charged me for for the food but they said no, that I had to call my bank because there was a problem with the payment, that stressed me out because I had to pay for my food for the second time. okay. I paid for my meal for the second time, then we were eating and a cleaning person was sweeping, and while we were eating she swept us under the table and swept my feet too. It was very unpleasant. very unprofessionalism. I WILL NEVER GO AGAIN 😡😠

Took very long time to be finally delivered and when it was delivered there was no cheese on the melt just the burger pattys and sauce very disappointing

It was very late and the food was very cold. Fries were soggy and tasteless and I could not eat them.

Can’t even give 1 star, food stone cold after courier made THREE stops before my delivery. When I mentioned the food was stone cold he had already left my front garden and could not care any less.

Had missing items from my order, some of what I actually ordered came but was the wrong product such as the loaded cheesy bacon fries but was given peppercorn instead which couldn’t have due to an allergy. My food was also a bit cold of what did get delivered. Tried calling to resolve this but no answer after 5 attempts ,isn’t good at all!

Next to the bus stop, it pulled me in for a quick burger. They currently had any melt burger and fries for £2.99. Too good to turn down. I ordered on the self order screen and it was tricky to find this deal but got there in the end. Once ordered it took about three minutes for the burger to be prepared and handed over but note there was only one other order they were handling at the time. They could probably work on n their customer service politeness. The burger tasted ok. Great deal though, so I was happy enough.

Putting cold drinks in with hot food meant cold food delivered and luke warn drinks. Surely these should be separated abd not in the same bag, tried to reheat but not very nice waste of money going in the bin!!!!
