Missing drink cold chips,call the place and got hung up on not happy with it

Missing items for my child meal not resolved or refunded. Very poor service from both the shop and just eat

Meal was okay but I must say i did receive some great service from the blonde girl think her name was Becky? maybe Ellie? Would maybe go again? we shall see :)

food never turned up. I called them to inquire where it was an they said it was still on route despite the fact it had been checked off as delivered on my justeat. Avoid this place.

Paid extra for normal coke with my food , they sent a zero coke & cant claim the extra paid money as part of a deal.

(So to start off my review was accidentally tagged at one of the kfc's.😅) This is the best Burger King in leeds, and i literally mean it too. The staff are amazing and ive never encountered any issues with the food. The restaurant floor and tables are perfectly fine unlike most places, and the toilets are in better condition than most other fast food joints. Also thanks to my wonderful friend Ellie and her co-workers too.

I recently visited the Burger King at Leeds Merrion store and had an outstanding experience! The service provided by Taylor was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, Taylor was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly attentive to every detail. The food was impressively fresh and delicious. The burgers were cooked to perfection, and the ingredients tasted like they had just been prepared. It's rare to find fast food that feels this wholesome and satisfying. Taylor's excellent service truly made my visit memorable. I'll definitely be returning and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great meal and top-notch customer service.

Somehow, EVERY time I order from here they mess it up. Last time I was sent someone else's food. This time they forgot the cheese I paid extra for. Why even give me the option?

It's a rubbish place. The ice cream I ordered was gone and the clerk asked me if I wanted a refund or another one. I said refund and the clerk said ok, but the damn clerk didn't do anything. I questioned it and they refunded it, but I still haven't received my refund. This female clerk, I think your family must have died last night and that's why your attitude is bad. But it doesn't matter. I forgive you. I hope you can meet your family and reunite with them soon.

There were burgers. No kings. Slight disappointment.

The courier initially didn't seem to know where he or I was when delivering but he eventually made it without much issue.

Always serve cold burgers, no matter how quiet it is. They never ask if you're sitting in or takeout, so they give you the cold food in a bag, so they don't have to clean the trays. I've tried this establishment a few times in the past six months, and the experience is always the same.

Food was cold on arrival. Order notes were ignored.I will be requesting a full refund and will definitely NOT use this restaurant again.

Everything was dry and over cooked, I paid for cheese on my burger but arrived without, even the loaded fries there was barely any cheese sauce on, was very disappointing

The lady that served me today ( 25/04/04 ) was excellent, very helpful & excellent people skills. Another staff member was also helpful. I would definitely recommend this Burger King because of how good the staff were to me. The food was of a good standard & I will be returning soon. If you haven’t got the Burger King app then get it because you can make savings.

I really enjoyed the burger I got really well made and tasty. I don't know if ownership has changed since the other reviews but excellent service and well made food. Even helped me out with the app as I was having issues.

Driver delivered and ignored delivery instructions. Customer is disabled and driver left food on the gate at the bottom of the garden so putting her at risk due to limited mobility. Obviously the food was cold and wet when retrieved. Could not get in touch with delivery driver either.

Delivery was perfect, it came right about the earliest estimate. The food was still hot and tasted nice. I'm only dropping one star because there was barely any bacon on the loaded fries and some were a bit hard rather than crispy.

I have called many times nobody is answering or it's line busy. Poor customer service. Finally after many, many attempts of calling their finally answered. Who ever is in charge of answering calls needs to get their P45! Not all of us can just pop in and ask. I don't drive and have disabilities and mental health!

Absolutely ridiculous spent £43 to be sent 3 portions of fries and 3 drinks, driver was rude, food was stone cold and were missing every other item, our daughter in in the hospital and now can’t eat tonight because of your incompetence

Terrible experience. Food took nearly 30 minutes and as there was a long list of outstanding orders the staff should have notified customers of the wait. They also continually got orders wrong although they had the tickets to read from. No idea what was going on here today.

From outside, I saw a cheap menu but I cannot find it inside the shop. Well, I tried the expensive one and to me the price is not so much worth as I expected. I think the problem is the quality of it is the same as the quality of a meal deal in grocery shop. I suggest making the food production process transparent to customers may help. It may be just the simple feeling of a customer made-to-order. Or change it to a simple sandwich shop for reheating but cheaper please.

Don’t get to Burger King as often as I’d like. Visited the one at Elland Road today as a Sunday treat on my way home. Used the drive through which was quick and easy.

The restaurant was clean and it had refillable drink machines which is why I came. The other burgerkings in town do not have this and to me its a big benefit over competitors. The quee was a bit long as they where a bit short staffed but that could be down to chance. The food was good but sadly I couldn't get the king meal £4.99 without having the app what a shame.

The food was 30 minutes late and cold when it arrived

Surprised how easy it turned out to be given I only had an international mobile phone. But email option to verify worked smoothly and delivery was well ahead of initial estimate. Given we ordered for delivery ASAP that was perfect.
