Burger King in Camden

Got robbed in here, literally this is not a joke about prices. Broken CCTV so good luck if you are also targeted while eating here. Police were unable to pursue my case and others have been robbed less than a week later. The layout of the building also makes it easier for a thief to walk in through one door and escape out the other side because of the two customer entrances. Manager was pretty rude when I asked about their cctv immediately after being robbed and told me to get the police.

It’s my first visit and i loved it .I came with my friends and finished our day with good food. Even all staff is very friendly and place is clean

Normally: historically I’ve always preferred a good Burger King burger to a McDonald, finding them – in the past at least – bigger & tastier than the McDonald equivalent. …Not this time I’m afraid! I was staying in a hotel nearby and having travelled all day I was quite hungry by the time I got to the Euston Road BK at 7pm so ordered 2 double-melts and fries to eat in my hotel room. First the double-melts were tiny – which after trying a bite was actually probably not such a bad thing – because – not only were they very small – they were also pretty gross as well, managing the improbable feat of being both cold and overcooked at the same time! As for the fries, they were just undercooked. I would have thought that if you’re in the business of selling burgers and fries then you may as well do your best to do a decent job at it but not for this lot it seems. I appreciate Burger King is a franchise so this probably a case of the franchisee not giving a damn about the food quality – plus the kitchen is pretty manky as well which is unusual for these restaurants – because he’s got 3 major train stations on his door-step so he’s more or less guaranteed a steady stream of clueless & hungry mugs walking in for burgers & fries regardless of what he serves them and he doesn’t expect to see them ever again – neither should he! I so happen to regularly stay in London for work myself so as for this one, I guess it’s going to a case of ‘no, no never again!’ Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice etc… In short: give it a wide berth! This is one you can most definitely do without!

Filthy place, ordered 2 meals, both were wrong, pathetic staff who don't understand plain English. Tables weren't cleared. seats dirty, impatient staff, No wonder Burger King have lost so many customers and have been closing restaurants down, they used to be so good... what's happened? Also, the chips were dry and undercooked and the burger was warm... Never again.

Antes de empezar. ¡El personal de la cocina no llevaba redecillas! Eso es un peligro para la salud en sí mismo. . . Así que abro mi caja de compartir y encuentro un pelo largo en ella. Obviamente no es mío y no es mi color. Subí al mostrador y me hicieron uno nuevo. Pero eso no es lo que me molestó. Lo manejaron como si se miraran el uno al otro, ese no es mi cabello. SIN DISCULPAS NUNCA. Es un servicio al cliente repugnante. Yo mismo trabajo en hostelería y nunca trataría a un cliente de esta manera. Si fuera alguien de salud ambiental, estaría en problemas. Quiero sentirme seguro cuando voy a comer y esa falta de cuidado, etc., no me hace sentir así en absoluto (solo porque lleves una mascarilla, no significa que sigas las pautas, etc.)

For a place that is supposed to be ‘fast food’ it’s a disgrace. I had 30 minutes before I had to get on the train, thinking this would be a perfect place to get a quick bit of food before the journey. I ordered a bacon double cheese burger, not as a meal. After ordering I stood for a while and after 5 minutes had gone by I looked up to see the laziest group of staff I’ve ever seen, no communication or organisation and my burger still wasn’t ready. Another 5 minutes went by so I asked for a refund as I needed to leave to get my train. This then took another few minutes for them to say ‘Your burger will be quicker’ so I waited for another few minutes and still not being served my burger, I left for my train.. an absolute disgrace of service, there was only me and one other person in the queue so it wasn’t even busy! You need to hire some new staff.. extremely appalling. Just off my two hour train journey.. wonder if they’ve figured out how to make my burger yet..

Desperate for a quick fill before an evening meeting, we entered the Burger King opposite Kings Cross and St Pancras... and found it to be decidedly average. The security is very visible, but the attitude of everyone behind the counter is offhand and chilly. We began queueing where several people were standing, and were told by a security heavy to go to a different spot to queue. The order was taken without a word, and processed, and we just felt like statistics rather than customers. The food was filling (which was required), fairly cheap but ultimately average. Very average. I won't be rushing back to Burger King. Everyone there - staff, customers, security - looked bored and listless. A rather sad place.

Before walking from Kings Cross to Charing Cross we stopped in here for lunch. Food was fresh and hot and just what we were looking for. Use the offers in the BK app for great value.

Burger king is Burger king I had a Double whopper with cheese , I was staying in a B+B round the corner & called in. The restaurant was clean & tidy , service quick & friendly . the food was fresh , hot & tasty.
