This place is horrendous, I tried to order some onion rings with my meal and they refused and then proceded to kick me out of the Just Eat app and when I tried to ring them they did not pick up, when they did 3 calls later and 10 minutes worth of ringing later I was told to sod off and go away. I then decided to drive up the motorway and get my meal in-person only to be given an almost raw, disgusting and sad looking chicken burger which was disgraceful. I would recommend driving up to Glasgow instead and getting a Burger King there as apparently they don't serve good food down in England. Thank you very much from the Sheeb.

Staff had back door open & were smoking & vaping. Didn’t seem interested in customers wanting help at front of desk.

Firstly I waited at the drive-through for some time but was ignored so drove round to be told, you will have to go round again and I will send someone. The whopper burger, I later discovered. consisted of only a bun and burger, no salad or filling. Will not visit again. Second and last chance. Will try the Wendy’s next door or use the McDonalds in future. Head office need to take note of the reviews and feedback as they ignored mine.

Did not visit on this occasion. Delivery from Deliveroo. My partner was eating his burger and pulled the long black hair that was in the burger out of his mouth, revolting 🤮 He has short grey hair and I’m blonde, by the way. No refund offered from Deliveroo and a token, free whopper, was all Burger King were willing to give as compensation. Obviously declined!

All the burger were cold got them changed and the bread rolls were stale. I will 100% not be coming back here.

Came here sunday evening on my way home - was looking forward to a nice snack and a break after a long drive. Order taker clearly didn't want to be on shift and it showed. Had a few issues with the quality of the food here and before you ask - I do know what I'm talking about. I managed a BK company owned restaurant at Thurrock Lakeside as one of many Restaurant management positions and if my staff treated my customers the way I experienced, they'd be gone. Shakes have absolutely no flavour at all, your syrup needs calibrating. Onion rings were soggy - either not cooked frozen or oil not at temp Burger was great. I asked for Eat In and had my order bagged. I asked for a tray and just got the bag thrown on the tray. Nice. Chips on the meal were missing, when I went back to the counter to ask for them, she checked the order, bagged them and threw them on the counter. I apologised for putting her out and got a 'sorry?' response - question, not statement. I repeated it much to her and her colleagues disgust. Note to staff here - Hospitality. the clue is in the name. If you don't want to do the job, leave. Your attitude and dirty looks are an embarrassment to this site. We couldn't get out of here quick enough.

We dont have a burger King where we live so always nice to have one near where we stay for a bit of a pig out,restaursant was closed but open for drive through,everything was great with the order and was consumed by us all

Since the place has been open we've been here a few times, they have forgotten a few of our items sometimes which has been swiftly sorted. The only issue we had was we had a staff member once laugh and take the Mickey out of us once, still unsure why

This is a fairly quite modern restaurant which is in a very good location. The place is clean and tidy and the staff are professional and friendly. The burger I had tasted good but thought it needed more lettuce and tomato to it. Wouldn’t mind coming back here again.
