We went through the drive thru and was excited to order a plant based whopper but they get cooked and made with the meat so I had to order a burger I hate. My worst burger king experience.👎👎👎👎👎

No cleanliness whatsoever. Walked in at 7:30pm and none of the tables were clean. All of them had left over crumbs / marks / sauces on top and floors, so clearly hadn't been sanitised. We were the only people in the restaurant so it wasn’t as if they were busy. We actually asked the 1 member of staff at the till for a clean cloth and spray so we could clean our own table. There was only 1 other member of staff who was sat in the corner eating, presumably on his break. He did not wipe his table down once he finished, even after he’d watched us wipe ours . No such thing as customer service exists in the restaurant. The toilet is is a whole league of its own! The photos show it all. No lock on the door. Door to the cleaning cupboard unlocked so mooching young children can get access. Hand dryer way past PAT test date. Toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for years (but if 2 small children have got to go, then they have got to go). Besides that, the food was actually nice and didn’t take long to come. I dread to think what the kitchen was like but I put that to the back of my mind. Also, never have a delivery from this restaurant. I have had deliveries previously to sitting in that day and each time the food was cold and the order wrong. Try to call the restaurant and told to go through Uber. Yes, maybe I should of took one look at the cleanliness and walk out, but I generally like Burger King and wanted to document everything for others. Will absolutely not be using this branch ever again!

Customer service by staff is none existent, have to wait 10 minutes to even be acknowledged, staff don't know what they have and what they don't. Staff have long hair hanging all over peoples food. Shocking. Im glad i just walked back out.

ordered the double xl with extra bacon what a rip off came with a choice of chips or onion rings we opted for the rings .these where not very warm and where soggy and had a slight burnt taste the extra bacon witch we paid 70p for well you couldn't see the bacon till you lifted the top part of the bun and if that bun had got extra bacon on i dread to think what they are like normally as they bear no resemblance to the photo on the wall these show the bacon hanging over the side of the burger before the extra has been added contacted the supplier was told that there burgers do not look like the photos i could not believe that counter staff would make a statement like that i would not recommend burger king and it needs moor people to complain about how we are being ripped off yet again buy these large franchise outlets because at the end of the day these meals are not cheep and not really value for money as i think £19.38 for this meal expensive so the quality should be A1

Food was good but had food missing in the order ,ordered again and had the wrong food delivered didnt bother ringing and complain again the second time as basically it was a waste of time the first time not helpful at all .

I have never in my life been so annoyed missing half the order when I spoke to a member of staff they refused to do anything about it the attitude was disgusting of the staff and I will go there again

Sorry, when you ask for kebab and chips with salad, that's what I want. Not, kebab meat in separate container, a bag of chips and no salad and be charged an extra £1. When I ask for salad, I was told 'it was late, so we haven't got any salad'. It was 8.30! To add further disappointment, the food was cold on my return home. It's not often I have chippy, but I definitely will not spend my hard-earned money at 'Spires' again Cutting costs and reducing your standards will see you out of business mate.

the food is OK. but the curry has way to much oil in it. it's need to be more curry sauce than oil. i do think that curry should have a bit of oil on but this is pure oil and doesn't have that curry taste sorry.
