Burger King in Monmouthshire

Been back and forth to these services for quite some time. They really need to employ some cleaners as the dining tables are dirty, the floors are dirty to the point you feel like wiping your feet on the way out. Even if there were cleaning products there so you could clean the tables down would be a start. The Staff are like zombies and don't have the initiative to think for themselves and actually do some manual labour which shows to me poor leadership from above ! Please Burger King do some random checks and sort it out and make it a more pleasurable place to sit down and enjoy your great menu.

Went in ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, £4.49 burger only as I was just trying to get home after nearly 12hrs working. Had the burger in my hand in less than a minute, burgers weren't even warm enough to melt the cheese and the bacon was stone cold. I can't post a picture because despite how miserable my burger was ,I was bloody starving. Seriously skip this one, if I'd known that there was a drive through at Ross on Wye I would have stopped there 1st, can't possibly be worse than Monmouth.

Absolutely disgusting, orders wrong, food overcooked, and then cold. One person working who was slow and rude. Save your money.

Only one person on staff, who told us she couldn't take our order for 10 minutes because she had somebody collecting a delivery. No other customers or staff around.

We arrived to stay at the Raglan Hotel which is on the same site. Hoping to get some food at teatime (5pm) there was no one about. We asked at SubWay next door (they shut an hour and half before hand!) they said someone should be there. We had a walk round then went back. One person was then there and said they had a problem with the fryer. I know this can’t be helped but maybe just put a notice up to say so? Luckily the Spar shop provided a pasty to keep us going! Wouldn’t recommend this Burger King!
