Burger King in Cambridge

The service here is top notch food was delivered very fast. Would highly recommend. I also want to thank Aaron, Sid and Johnson for their amazing hospitality. Johnson’s royale was perfect and Aaron put my fries in the bag like a good boy ensuring they were all fresh.

Waited more than 30minutes in a queue which was half of my break time just to be informed that they are only accepting physical card. They could have informed us or put a sign ahead of time.

Very good experience, especially with customer service food was good and tasty. Had a nice conversation with Sid who served me and was patient with me aswell. Would definitely come again. Could do with more options other than zero sugar drinks tho

Chips were cold and burger tasted funny. Staff were not friendly. Seemed like I was bothering them when ordering food. No other customers...only me. When telling them my chips were cold they weren't happy and snatched it out of my hands and gave me the same chips thinking I wasn't literally watching

Why advertise a meal when you don't have it in stock? Food is like plastic.

Came in around at 3.30pm and although there was a queue we were dealt with quickly and the food came out quick aswell. The chicken nuggets were very crispy and the chips were delicious. Would do 5 stars however the ice cream and milkshake machine was broken 😩

I meant to give them a good review on the phone app I ordered from, but something went wrong and I only managed to type one star before it went off the screen!! Sorry BK - I didn’t mean it - good food and fast delivery!! I will order from them again.

The good point about this branch is that all the drinks are zero sugar. Since they are based in Addenbrookes Hospital they must follow the hospital rules and regulations when serving drinks and food. They must make sure everything is healthy according to hospital health and safety regulations and they are always been checked to make sure they are following the hospital rules and policies. So they don't serve any normal drinks in this branch.

Amazing experience, food was very quick and tasty. Good workers, especially albin and rui good attitude served with excellent care. 10/10 will come back again on skibidi

Had to go to Addenbrookes for a Diabetes appointment and then visited Burger King to get a DIET Coke. Thanks to whoever served me with a NORMAL coke to rocket my blood sugar up to 14.6 and excess amounts of insulin to return it back to normal. Thanks.

Only place open in the hospital, and they say it's "not allowed" to order a burger without a bun. Only with a bun. They said it was not safe to provide the burger without the bun. Ridiculous.

I recently got 100 quid from streaming fortnite to kiddies (depending on the stability of my 4G) I had a little extra so i went to go on a lunch date with Eddeh and my cucked husband Tom Miniatureson. We both live on benefits and Tom has special needs. There was a rude chubby man in line in front of me. I hadnt seen him for 15 years when i went to south end council and he was eating a dominos and doing the much anticipated vape stream. He took hours, and he started crying about nobody liking his merch. The lady behind the till (Mrs Chewer) was eating a dominos too and there was liquid coming out of it (Out of Mrs Chewer). When it was our turn, she made innappropriate comments about my head (it is normal! it is a nice head!) and other gross things, lets just say the strawberry sundae wasnt strawberry :( I will not be returning to this burger king, i will be afraid to stream on twitch because she knows my twitch name and said she will donate. Everything was fine but when it comes to health and safety it was horrible. One of the staff was wearing gloves and touching the food and scratching his hair/ neck. The whole place looks messy and dirty. And oh I received a raw uncooked chicken in my burger.

Ate there once and once too many

Waited for them to open at 10.00 on sat 24th, ordered food, sat to eat, burgers cold, took them back to counter, got replacements, not that hot either. Very poor standard of workmanship. There needs to be a massive upgrade here. Cant recommend this B.K

The service was A1 -quick, friendly. But for the first time ever in decades of using BK the food and drink was utter rubbish. The Whopper was cold, not even lukewarm. So we're the fries. And the hot chocolate was like drinking water, very thin and devoid of taste. I'd had a long and tiring day taking my wife for surgery at 7 a.m. and she didn't go until 5 p.m. so I was tired and hungry. Should have complained and thrown it back at them but could not be bothered with the hassle. Needs fixing, it can't just be me.

They only serve the cheap processed burgers

Great service and excellent food. I was served by a worker called Adorn and he was fantastic and extremely friendly which meant I could easily get my order through. I would definitely recommend to everyone who loves a cheeky Burger King.

Nice and friendly Staff working very efficient and good teamwork taking place and try to get orders taken fast and the orders are given out quick. Busy around 12-2 as college near by so have to wait in the queue for abit

What good is a burger king with no whopper on a sat afternoon. The burger I got was warm at best and bacon was so small it might have well not been there.

i used to love burger king, now put off forever whopper dripping in fat absolute disgusting, what happened to flame grilled this was microwaved. get better food from that caravan at side of road and cheaper.never again.1 star.addenbrookes

Worst burger from any Burger King outlet. Wet and soggy.. It would be a good idea to put the burger on the grill, not to keep it in the wet Bain Marie…

A huge improvement from last time I ordered. The food came with quality and great portion for fries. The burger was fresh and delicious. I will order again in a few months to update my review and see if this improvement remains!

The Burger King in Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge was where I normally go in between my appointments and I've always thought their food was good but a little on the pricy side. There is a couple of power outlets here and free wifi but one of the problems I have with this place is that there is no digital way to notify people when their order is ready and I have to often stand and lipread them. Otherwise, it's a great place with very comfortable seats.

Terrible service with no safety/ hygiene measures. The manager looks like the greasiest man alive so no wonder the staff are so incompetent with leadership like that. The sweet irony being that none of the staff look like they should be allowed within 10 feet of a food preparation area.

Typical BK. Covid measures observed, staff polite. Only thing to criticise - my Whopper with cheese wasn't very warm which it should have been as they were cooking to order. Otherwise it would be 5*. Hopefully just an off day as I've been to this BK many times and they are usually pretty good. Hopefully a hot burger next time. Still tasty though.

The service is slow. The staff are not welcoming, customer service is poor. The food is often cool. The last two times, items have been missed from the order and there's no apology and hardly any acnowledgement. Bearing in mind there's a captive audience it is sad that this outlet drift.

It was okay, but when you work in the hospital surely you should not close so early, nurses work 24-7, so if they are on nights something in the food side should be opened, true or false.

Quick and easy food. Really delicious. Magnificent. I had it after waking up from surgery and the people treating me after the surgery queried ''Do you want any hospital food?'' I responded, ''Could I please have the Burger King?'' Who wouldn't? It was delicious. Friendly staff also!

Cold food staff arguing behind counter

Always waiting for over 30 minutes in the queue because only 1 person is on the tills. Never get the right order and very slow service.

It's like every other burger king, really expensive for an average burger. However, I haven't had the whopper in a long time and having it in this location made me realise that it's still a nice burger despite the price

My husband had vegan burger in the evening from Burger King addenbrook and now he have food poisoning. My son is in picu and husband is badly sick. Quiet upset with there service !!!!

Not my usual choice for food but nice to have a hot meal from the limited options available. Partners aren't offered food by the hospital so this was a nice option for a hot meal. Friendly staff and quick turnaround. Downside is the early closing time of 7pm, all hot food options stopped at this time.

I walked 2 miles to have chicken royal when I reached their at 7 PM and manager told me that they are closed , but on web side its say that you close at 10pm, he replied due to short of staff we are closing early since last two weeks. But they never updated on the web site. Very poor management.

Burger King in Addenbrokes. Not a good vibe obviously. Dark restaurant area which has various food points to cater for most peoples taste. TV on mute. Not sure how you can improve on the experience. It is what it is...

Burger King at Addenbrooks Hospital is possibly the worst fast food burger place ever! Despite a queue and what looked like constant turn over of food my burger was cold, tasteless, the bun stale and dry and the fries tastes either very odd/horrible or of nothing - if I'd not been in a rush I'd would have complained, my fault, but to be honest it is representative of Burger Kings and the country over! Where is McDonald's when you need it!

spent 3 days at addenbrooks Burger King there are so attentive. very friendly even if you can't make your mind up.very fast and their vanilla milkshakes are to die for.
