Burger House in Merton

Absolute rubbish the food is burnt and cold especially the chicken popcorn! One burger is wrapped in oily burger and other is not! They are still using foam boxes which is effected by the only hot item, fries which has burnt holes into the box!

First off, the delivery service was amazing. In fact it came early and the delivery man was nice. The cheesy chips were cold and soggy, I ordered salad in my burger and got tomato and onion only and I couldn't feel the burger sauce in the burger. Wouldn't order again.

So it's just a little after 3:30am in the morning and I know what your thinking, "oh it must be a quick eat, easy peasy." Which is true although in the best way possible. I've ordered from Burger House for 2 years maybe? Me and my mum's go to. She passed away not long along. Despite so, I still order their hot food consistently. Respectful staff, on time and always good after a shift of cooking also. Thanks for the service guys 👍

What I love about this restaurant is that their food always come so hot and fresh like straight from the hob and portion is big enough and very good for the price. Even the chips are NEVER soggy from this restaurant! I love to order from them, thumps up! Keep the great work!

Fish and Chips was very greasy, horrible taste.

Food was delivered early which was great. My meal however was very disappointing, I ordered the peri peri burger meal. The burger was very sour and did not taste like peri chicken at all, there was too much sauce the bun was too big and chicken too small but the overall marinade of chicken was very bad and sour. Will not try again.

Honestly, the peri peri chicken wrap was ....! The sauce was gooey, which I don’t know if it was meant to but I personally wasn’t a fan. And the pizza was worse, even the cheese was hard. All in all I am disappointed that the best part was the nibble on the non peri peri wrap. So I will give you 1 star. Otherwise, service was good!

No popadums such a shame would expect at least 1 on a big order, biryani was dry even with a dry aloo gobi....... second chance ordering but can’t recommend sorry guys but up ya customer service skills and offer some kinda sweetener! Don’t think will work for me but for future reference oh and also note When a female lives on their own down a public walk way which you already know don’t ask them to walk down a dark Street to pick their order up

The food came messed up, packaging broken and everything fell everywhere. It came let and cold. When I contacted the restaurant the man told me I was lying and refused to help me. Wouldnt answer any of my calls after that. Appalling service, 100% would not recommend. Do Not Waste Your Time.

Half pounder was fully burned and was smelling they didn’t even change the kebab and send me as it is I can’t believe rent should change their staff First they check their CCTV camera recording they would know how burned was the kebab was black

Terrible food - lamb kofte wrap had just lettuce and the wrap was stall. Chicken was a funny texture and mostly dry.

The restaurant times are different on Google so I thought they were closed after I'd placed my order (after midnight) and it was a glitch. When I tried to call it went to voicemail so I had no idea if I was actually getting food until the driver rang my bell. It would be helpful if their online details were consistent &they answered the phone.

Chips were really nice. The peri peri chicken had a soir taste and was not as requested (requested 2 side breasts and received 1 side breast and 1 leg). The peri peri burger was okayish but only had 1 sauces and did not have other sauces I had requested.

From the pictures and prices you think your getting a good quality burger..... WRONG !! I PAID £8 for one of those £2 burgers you get at greasy takeaways and literally a hand full of chips. My partner had a even more expensive burger and he said the hash brown was soggy

Ordered from here last night. Wrote a review on just eat which they took out because they sold me gone off peri peri chicken and they obviously removed my comment which implies that they was aware and did not care that they had sold me expired chicken. The smell and the texture was horrendous! The fact that would sell me GONE OFF CHICKEN is a major red flag because that is unacceptable on every single level. & My stomach hasn't been okay ever since eating it. Do not order from here.

I always forget to leave a review for this place, but my food always comes as if they cooked it right outside my front door. It's early basically every time by about 15 minutes, and it's f*#!ing delicious. On top of that, the staff are great and all work fast.

Poor food, opened the bag and it spilt everywhere. The chicken wing bad was ripped when I took it out the bag and it went everywhere.

Food was pretty good, better than I expected it to be. Burger was pretty tasty and wings were decent. Chips were a little under cooked but all in all pretty good.

It was soo yummy finger licking good... meat done nicely and properly and crispy on outside ... everything was awesome now they have a new loyal customers in me and my son 😉.. long time I had not enjoyed burger like I did yesterday from these guys. Well done!!!

Been ordering here for the last week and it's been consistently good quality. The burger tastes good, the chips taste good and the staff are great.

Delivery driver was helpful and friendly, even offered to carry up to my door incase it was too heavy (ordered for whole family) Food was hot, tasty and perfectly cooked.

Burger had patty with cheese. Absolutely no garnish. Tomato onion or lettuce. Ver poor.

Nothing was fresh. Never again.
