Burger Base in Luton

Just had a delivery and oh my the food was unbelievable really really nice and affordable for what it was think I found my new restaurant

Haven’t even eaten at the store but what on earth is that burger, looks like a mini kebab. Outrageously. Abysmal.

Great friendly and fast service from sneha. I asked about the best burger and was advised for the triple smash burger which did not dissapoint. I also ordered the loaded blazing chicken fries which were really nice and came in a good size portion. Nice clean and hygienic place to gran a quick lunch or dinner.

Food was not that great, no parking around so you either park in the shopping mall or pay and Display Car park. Also more expensive than other similar fast food around.

Got served by Iqra today and everything was perfect. The service was quick and easy and as always, the food is brilliant.

Horrible salty food. They refused to change the saltiness and rejected to change order to buy something else bad customer service. I went forat time go try it. Il wont be going anymore. Waste of money i had two spoons of it and i left it for them without having it anymore due to customer service

The food was so delicious. I had their loaded box meal with chicken blazer fries it was so yummy…This is the best smash burger place in London. Very good quality of meat. And they have different flavour of smash burger including chicken smash burger ( never had before). The service was really great.

A couple months ago I went, the food was excellent, however the last two times I have visited the standards have dropped. The food was mediocre.The chicken patty in the burger was so thin , taste was meh. For what you are paying it is extremely disappointing .... Dont think il ever be going back.

The best thing this place brings is diarrhoea. The service was so incredibly bad and there were literally two people behind the counter, only one was serving. The table, the seats, the floor and the walls were all filthy so anywhere I looked I was disgusted. The food took so long to make, that I could have literally cooked it faster myself. And the food was actually appalling. This was a last resort for us and once upon a time, the food was quite good but I have no idea what’s gone wrong now; I had a cheeseburger and the beef smelt very strange, but I still ate it. It was generally disgusting and tasted like there was mold growing inside it. We had already had problems with the lettuce in burgerbase but honestly, the lettuce just didn’t even seem like it was a vegetable. It tasted and looked like it was made by chemicals and I had to scrape it all off. I asked for some 7up free and they gave me a whole can instead of using their drink machine which was really strange. I had diarrhoea for the next two days and we were driving home, talking about what a waste of money that was. We will NOT be returning and i think this food will only exist within my nightmares- even then, I think it will give me diarrhoea. The best thing about this place, was the fact everyone was disgusted by this food. Everyone was in the same boat (which I could have built in the time they made the food) and we all hated the food.

5/5. Every time we attend burger base, Mohammed’s customer service and hospitality is unmatched. Alongside the food being decent, staff like Mohammed are the reason me and my family have wanted to return as they play a crucial part in any food establishment. I hope this review is acknowledged and Mohammed’s friendly nature is taken into consideration by management for any future reviews/acknowledgements because you’ve hired a top top individual. Only a few customers in the restaurant during lunch time. Rice was bland and lacking flavour.. chicken cooked to perfection and the hot sauce was poky and left a fiery after taste which is spot on.

Everything about this place is nice... I have only had the rice lunch box and it is very nice.... Portion wise for me I think it's ok for lunch depending on your hunger 😂..... Great customer service Clean environment........ Might be a bit spicy for someone who doesn't eat 🔥 hot..

Awesome. The food was soooo good . Should have went to this place way sooner. The seating is soo good with A/C on aswell so you are not melting away in the summer heat. Service was decent. Well priced aswell , not robbing us. All in all great experience.

Food took way too long. Only two pple seem to be running the show. Supposed to be fast food but service was taking forever. Quality food nothing special. Place was nicely setup but dead.

The services quite slow but I think that's due to the fact that they didn't have many staff in and it was quite busy day. Could do with small Self serving counters. Food was good. And restaurant itself is very clean.

To be honest, I just like the food, and especially, when I asked to Nusrath to suggest me to choose the food then she suggested me for the burgers and wraps and be frankly it’s the best one in Luton. I have eaten so many times in Luton’s restaurant but this times I felt good to eat there. Thanksss to Burger Base and thanksss to Nusrath.

Burger base is an awesome food venue with excellent customer service. I love going in the evenings where I was served by a lady called Nusrath. Every time she makes sure my order is packed to cater my needs and is kind, welcoming and polite 5/5! Food quality is good value.

Been a vegetarian for 30 years and Nusyatb was the first person who could tell me straight away without running off to find out lol. I had the vegetarian beef burger without onions and it was lovely. 6 out of 10. Chips were amazing 10 out of 10(Just like the old burger King chips) Capachino was banging too.

I really enjoyed their burgers especially mexican chicken and the chicken blazzer. More over their spicy sauce is super tastey. Smash burgers are definetly the one burgers one should try. shakes are also delicious. Customer friendly.

Ordered food from here was disgusting... Bone in chicken burger, beef was too small for the bun. Beef was off both of us puked it all out never again.

I and my wife had the best experience in customer service @Burger Base, the sales representative we met on the 16th of March @10:20pm are by far the best individuals I have ever come across, they both Deserve a pay raise asap. Mohammed and Nusrat thanks for making the experience worthwhile.

If there was an option for 0 stars I would put that up! Stale and disgusting. Had the double burger. Chicken burger and mince and chips. Everyone who had it got sick!

One of the best hunger spot in Luton!!! I would also like to mention about the friendly staffs, they explained the menu very well that I was not confused on what to choose.
