I would personally never eat here again! also I've had better meals in prison for free! No jokes hands down the food at this place is actually horrible. Well maybe not that horrible but still pritty bad. 😂

First time trying the wings were pink and still had blood in what was meant to be a chicken burger looked like it had no meat init font know what the chips were fried in but they tasted awful

Completely dead, nobody in there and only 1 member of staff working. Bought a Wowcher that said the only thing excluded was 3 burgers so when I got to the till I ordered and tried to order milkshakes to be told that we could only have normal drinks, drinks that they don't even have on their menu baring in mind. Received my food burger was great no complaints but the loaded fries were atrocious, the cheese sauce itself tastes like sick. Not impressed especially for our first time and we travelled 25 miles just to try it.

Buns has really gone down hill, food was cold and very cheap tasting. Found a piece what looked like plastic in one of our burgers. All our drinks were wrong and no communication of this. Won’t be ordering again!! Very disappointing.

Food was disgusting dirty fries were swimming im sauce really soggy chicken burger was supper fin and frezze burnt was difficult to eat and the beef was so try and tasted of nothing but salt and greese the onions were not peeled still had skin on the lettuce was brown all round one of the worst takeaways I’ve ever had and it was 30 something quid

It's really good I've had buns food lots of times and they never disappoint

Never tried before so thought I would give it ago ! Would not order again! chip's were swimming in cheese sauce so much they were soggy and horrible burgers looked delicious unfortunately that was not the case wife threw up after only eating half the burger.

Bad experience. Will not be ordering again! Food cold when it eventually arrived 45 minutes late. Rang twice chasing order told different things on both occasions. Ordered milkshakes x4 told machine was broken. Very poor would not recommend. Better burger places around - avoid Buns Burgers

Still got 5 stars. As I’m sure that without the delays due to weather it would have been on time. Everything was spot on, still warm, and delicious. Would most definitely order again.

Buns burgers is great! It is amazing to have high quality burgers in the local area. The meat is always succulent and the presentation and packaging is high quality. The rustic chips are best chips ever, especially with the added cheese sauce. This is the place to get your burger hit!

Absolutely appalling! Was told to be there for 6 for collection got there for 6 still had to wait another 20 minutes(ordered at 5.30) the food was very sloppy and all over the place did not look nice at all. Tried to not give us drinks we had paid for. Stapled the bag closed so we couldn’t check our order. Got all the way home opened the bag and half the meals was missing so had to drive all the way back down to get the rest of our food. The staff was very slow and not apologetic. I definitely will not be going here again just a waste of money and time.

Absolutely lush food and milkshake

Absolutely amazing food, and the chips brought back memories of Croatia, simply the best chips to go with the best burgers. A free milkshake with our order, was a nice touch.

The milkshakes are top tier from here unlike most the places that do “milkshakes” (milky ice water)

Wonderful they make amazing burgers it's all bang on!

My children went for burgers after a long tiring martial arts training session. They were very pleased with their burgers and chips. They all ordered different things and enjoyed the food so much that it disappeared in a few minutes. They were even offered free drinks while they waited for their food. We will go there again as the menu is quite extensive and we'd like to try more items on the menu. Buns in Stapleford is very clean, and the staff are very friendly. Definitely worth a visit.

Absolutely delicious! Fresh and very tasty, best takeaway chips I've had. The hot sauce is actually really really hot, don't take it lightly!

Food is gorgeous only thing I’d be mindful of is the drivers not paying attention to the number on the doors as my delivery nearly became my next door neighbours if I hadn’t gone out when I heard the car door..

Me and my partner have been coming here for months now, quite regularly, and we have never have a bad burger or a bad meal. the most unreal dirty fries we’ve ever tasted! And the burgers; out of this world!

Was impressed by the playful menu and gave it a go. Glad i did. Gourmet burgers are grilled just right and they have got the balance right with the flavours. Nothing overbearing, everything complimenting

Expected better for the money. The chips were okay but the chicken burger was sloppy. The chicken was tasteless Wish I'd just gone Burger King

The buffalo chicken wings were incredible! Delivery driver polite and on time! May have to be my regular Saturday treat

Fresh ingredients and quality meat gives you the ultimate meal. I even spoke to the restaurant and had top customer service. Everything is kept hot, wrapped in foil and even if you leave it for half hour, your still eating hot food. The food quality is 10 out of 10. I'm a fussy eater and these ticked every box and that is very hard to achieve with me. The food is very filling and your left totally satisfied.

Over £20 for 2 burgers, the size you get at McDonald's, is a bit expensive, although they were tasty, and not greasy. I did have to pay £1 extra for carelamised onions on one of the burgers, which I didn't get. I don't think I'll be ordering again at those prices.

Incredible as always. These burgers are the best by far. The chicken strips and chicken pops are out if this world. If you want a proper burger with all the extras, this is the place to come. They never fail.

Used to be incredible.. But now looking at £30 for two burgers and fries.. You must be smoking crack, you can go to Annie's and get a 2 pint Stien and a superior burger meal that will bloat you out for £20.. Good luck to you.

As a fan of the nottingham buns burgers me and my partner thought we'd get a burger as this one was more local, both burgers tasted like nothing but salt....we both ended up throwing them away. We won't be coming back here in a hurry. Disappointing.

Best burger I have had and it’s not even close. Loaded fries were amazing. Sent a extra can of Fanta for free. Absolutely amazing

All of their food is FRESH .I could see them hand ~Cut their lettuce and Even gave my family FREE fries and FREE capri-suns for my kids . I definetely Would RECOMMEND this place if your looking for a natural Not too heavy meal. Hope any of you guys enjoy your time there.!!

Burgers pretty good - chips amazing!

Burgers are bland. Not an ounce of seasoning on them. They don’t use proper pork bacon instead it’s that halal rubbish but that’s a debate for another day. Milkshakes are nice but way too expensive for what you get.

This is my second visit to this Gem of a place, the burgers are absolute top quality and they custom made my burger to what I wanted. The service was exceptional and I would certainly recommend this place to anyone. One of Stapleford's little secrets, that needs sharing, I cannot fault the staff and their attention to detail, a nice meaty proper burger makes a welcome change to the usual take away foods.

Review 2 - 17th Dec 2022 Never ever again. The wings were soggy the coating was sloppy and pooled at the bottom of the box. Could not eat these as they were vile. Review 1 Chips were lovely. The shape of the chips make them really crisp. Burger was fantastic too; authentic, full of flavour and fresh! Will certainly be ordering again! (I gave a 5star and ordered a few more times and got a bit addicted to the Wings.)

By far the worst food I've ever eaten. Our oldest lad had been raving about it so we ordered Friday. Cost me 98 quid for 6 meals.. Loaded fries were fowl, burgers soggy, sloppy, greasy and bland, Chicken tenders were soggy and sweaty like rheud been re-heated. Save your money and buy a burger King. So much nicer

I've ordered from here twice for delivery. The first time when they recently opened my burger took a while to arrive and when the driver got here he didn't have my milkshake. I called the restaurant and they sent out another driver and it arrived within 10 minutes. The burger & shake were tasty so I let it go. However I ordered again yesterday and estimated delivery time was 7pm. It got to 7.45pm and still no sign so I called and spoke to a very unenthusiastic girl who said the driver was 10 minutes away. 15 mins later no sign, called again and she said 5 minutes. I could practically hear her rolling her eyes over the phone. It got to 8pm and I called and she said the same thing so I cancelled the order. I live 2 minutes away from the restaurant so I don't understand how it could possibly take so long for the driver to arrive. It's a shame because the food is good (hence 2 stars) but the customer service and delivery time ruin it.

My order didn’t show, however I called the store and spoke with a very lovely guy who apologised and sent me out a fresh order. He definitely turned it around great customer service. The best burger and Ferraro Roche shake ever and 2 burgers for one.

Ordered Via Just eat app. These burgers were phenomenal !!! I had the double up burger (beef and chicken) and it was so so good !!! The missis had the bbq chicken burger and she loved it. Great prices , food arrived quickly and still piping hot. Great service.

It was already pricey to begin with, now it’s more overpriced, think burger went up by a pound and milkshake is £6.50 seriously?

Milkshakes were nice, Burgers were ok, Dirty fries were meh (the chips were fine quality but the sauce wasn't great and was way too spicy, no warning was given). Added 2 onion rings to my burger for a pound, they added the tiniest, low quality rings which barely added to the flavour. I got 2 burgers, 2 Dirty fries and 2 milkshakes, it ended up being over £40. I would rather go to spoons.

Food arrived cold, spent like 20 mins on the phone to the driver telling them how to find the house when it's easy to find on Google maps. Burger was awful, fries were really good, nuggets decent too. For a place named after burgers though it falls extremely short of boo, ohannes, red dog, etc in Nottingham which are insanely better.

Used to be amazing, burgers were the best ive had around here. Ive since noticed they have increased the price but the quality had declined. I do not like the cheaper quality beef they are now using and if i wanted crinkle cut oven chips! id go to Iceland and get some. Disappointing.

I would have given this 5 stars if it wasnt priced as though it were in central london. Ive never in my life been charged so much for a burger, infact I’ve actually bought all 5 of us a meal in a pub for the same value it costs to buy 2 burgers and dirty fries. The good is very good the burgers are top notch but your paying gordon ramsey prices in a burger place in stapleford lol they have just recently put the prices up as well. Portions are always good cant ever complain apart from the cost

Took ages to deliver (1 hour late) and wasn't worth waiting for.

food is ok but order 2 hours in advance because you have to wait along time .. and even longer if it's on urber eats ...by the time its arrive the wait was not worth it.... we waited for over a hour for 2 burgers

Waited over an hour for delivery (live 2 mins away) messed up the order... My Philly cheese steak looked like it had already been digested! The steak was chewy and bland. But.... I would rate the buffalo wings.
