I ordered Philly cheese steak which was juicy and delicious and it was served in a really nice way

Really disappointed on last visit. Couldn't finish burgers as had been heavily peppered. Milkshakes were great as usual

Food use to amazing but they’ve changed the seasoning on the chicken and it’s awful Plus no mention of the change on the website which is not good especially if people have allergies

Completely dead, nobody in there and only 1 member of staff working. Bought a Wowcher that said the only thing excluded was 3 burgers so when I got to the till I ordered and tried to order milkshakes to be told that we could only have normal drinks, drinks that they don't even have on their menu baring in mind. Received my food burger was great no complaints but the loaded fries were atrocious, the cheese sauce itself tastes like sick. Not impressed especially for our first time and we travelled 25 miles just to try it.

Food was disgusting dirty fries were swimming im sauce really soggy chicken burger was supper fin and frezze burnt was difficult to eat and the beef was so try and tasted of nothing but salt and greese the onions were not peeled still had skin on the lettuce was brown all round one of the worst takeaways I’ve ever had and it was 30 something quid

My children went for burgers after a long tiring martial arts training session. They were very pleased with their burgers and chips. They all ordered different things and enjoyed the food so much that it disappeared in a few minutes. They were even offered free drinks while they waited for their food. We will go there again as the menu is quite extensive and we'd like to try more items on the menu. Buns in Stapleford is very clean, and the staff are very friendly. Definitely worth a visit.

Me and my partner have been coming here for months now, quite regularly, and we have never have a bad burger or a bad meal. the most unreal dirty fries we’ve ever tasted! And the burgers; out of this world!

Was impressed by the playful menu and gave it a go. Glad i did. Gourmet burgers are grilled just right and they have got the balance right with the flavours. Nothing overbearing, everything complimenting

Expected better for the money. The chips were okay but the chicken burger was sloppy. The chicken was tasteless Wish I'd just gone Burger King

Used to be incredible.. But now looking at £30 for two burgers and fries.. You must be smoking crack, you can go to Annie's and get a 2 pint Stien and a superior burger meal that will bloat you out for £20.. Good luck to you.

As a fan of the nottingham buns burgers me and my partner thought we'd get a burger as this one was more local, both burgers tasted like nothing but salt....we both ended up throwing them away. We won't be coming back here in a hurry. Disappointing.

All of their food is FRESH .I could see them hand ~Cut their lettuce and Even gave my family FREE fries and FREE capri-suns for my kids . I definetely Would RECOMMEND this place if your looking for a natural Not too heavy meal. Hope any of you guys enjoy your time there.!!

Burgers are bland. Not an ounce of seasoning on them. They don’t use proper pork bacon instead it’s that halal rubbish but that’s a debate for another day. Milkshakes are nice but way too expensive for what you get.

This is my second visit to this Gem of a place, the burgers are absolute top quality and they custom made my burger to what I wanted. The service was exceptional and I would certainly recommend this place to anyone. One of Stapleford's little secrets, that needs sharing, I cannot fault the staff and their attention to detail, a nice meaty proper burger makes a welcome change to the usual take away foods.

Review 2 - 17th Dec 2022 Never ever again. The wings were soggy the coating was sloppy and pooled at the bottom of the box. Could not eat these as they were vile. Review 1 Chips were lovely. The shape of the chips make them really crisp. Burger was fantastic too; authentic, full of flavour and fresh! Will certainly be ordering again! (I gave a 5star and ordered a few more times and got a bit addicted to the Wings.)

By far the worst food I've ever eaten. Our oldest lad had been raving about it so we ordered Friday. Cost me 98 quid for 6 meals.. Loaded fries were fowl, burgers soggy, sloppy, greasy and bland, Chicken tenders were soggy and sweaty like rheud been re-heated. Save your money and buy a burger King. So much nicer

I've ordered from here twice for delivery. The first time when they recently opened my burger took a while to arrive and when the driver got here he didn't have my milkshake. I called the restaurant and they sent out another driver and it arrived within 10 minutes. The burger & shake were tasty so I let it go. However I ordered again yesterday and estimated delivery time was 7pm. It got to 7.45pm and still no sign so I called and spoke to a very unenthusiastic girl who said the driver was 10 minutes away. 15 mins later no sign, called again and she said 5 minutes. I could practically hear her rolling her eyes over the phone. It got to 8pm and I called and she said the same thing so I cancelled the order. I live 2 minutes away from the restaurant so I don't understand how it could possibly take so long for the driver to arrive. It's a shame because the food is good (hence 2 stars) but the customer service and delivery time ruin it.

My order didn’t show, however I called the store and spoke with a very lovely guy who apologised and sent me out a fresh order. He definitely turned it around great customer service. The best burger and Ferraro Roche shake ever and 2 burgers for one.

Ordered Via Just eat app. These burgers were phenomenal !!! I had the double up burger (beef and chicken) and it was so so good !!! The missis had the bbq chicken burger and she loved it. Great prices , food arrived quickly and still piping hot. Great service.

It was already pricey to begin with, now it’s more overpriced, think burger went up by a pound and milkshake is £6.50 seriously?

Milkshakes were nice, Burgers were ok, Dirty fries were meh (the chips were fine quality but the sauce wasn't great and was way too spicy, no warning was given). Added 2 onion rings to my burger for a pound, they added the tiniest, low quality rings which barely added to the flavour. I got 2 burgers, 2 Dirty fries and 2 milkshakes, it ended up being over £40. I would rather go to spoons.

Food arrived cold, spent like 20 mins on the phone to the driver telling them how to find the house when it's easy to find on Google maps. Burger was awful, fries were really good, nuggets decent too. For a place named after burgers though it falls extremely short of boo, ohannes, red dog, etc in Nottingham which are insanely better.

Used to be amazing, burgers were the best ive had around here. Ive since noticed they have increased the price but the quality had declined. I do not like the cheaper quality beef they are now using and if i wanted crinkle cut oven chips! id go to Iceland and get some. Disappointing.

I would have given this 5 stars if it wasnt priced as though it were in central london. Ive never in my life been charged so much for a burger, infact I’ve actually bought all 5 of us a meal in a pub for the same value it costs to buy 2 burgers and dirty fries. The good is very good the burgers are top notch but your paying gordon ramsey prices in a burger place in stapleford lol they have just recently put the prices up as well. Portions are always good cant ever complain apart from the cost

There's a lot of these burger places around now but buns tops the list for me in the local area .. Burgers are on point the dirty fries are awesome and the Premium Shakes wash it all down nicely 😋

Took ages to deliver (1 hour late) and wasn't worth waiting for.

food is ok but order 2 hours in advance because you have to wait along time .. and even longer if it's on urber eats ...by the time its arrive the wait was not worth it.... we waited for over a hour for 2 burgers

Waited over an hour for delivery (live 2 mins away) messed up the order... My Philly cheese steak looked like it had already been digested! The steak was chewy and bland. But.... I would rate the buffalo wings.

I’ve had the Jammie Dodger milkshake which was deliciously tasty. I regularly order the classic burger without fries (fries aren’t to my liking hence the 4stars) and it’s pretty tasty. The place is clean, friendly staff and food has remained pretty warm considering I live 20mins away. This place offers halal food.

Bit pricey, but your paying for absolute quality, perfect burgers. The dirty fries are the best fries iv ever had, out of this world. The wings are big and juicy aswell. Very worth the price. Well done guys

Ordered from here, ordered dirty fries which as always where nice, ordered a milkshake too, was half way down when I started to choke on something. A thick bit of rubber! Was mortified. Complained to the store. Waiting on a reply!

Absolutely ridiculous pre ordered milkshakes never arrived on time turned up 45 MINS late called the restaurant twice all they could say it's another 15min wait still nothing when our order finally arrived it came with a cheese burger and dirty fries not our meal and we DO NOT EAT BEEF IN OUR RELIGION what is this nonsense surely someone is missing a meal called them again they said we will re send the order it's so late just dont bother next time!

Gave 1 star because wasn't an option to give less. Was probably the worst thing I've ever eaten. The burger was no where near worth £6.95. And £2.95 for cold undercooked oven chips is total robbery. I think they got the oven chips from lidl fir £1 a kilo then don't cook them right and charge a fortune fir a very small portion.

Lovely burgers, much better than expected... Photos don't do it justice (i tipped my dirty chips out upside down). I had the triple burger and it was lovely and filling. I added 1.50 for another burger to make a quad (my son never eats the bread) and he shared some of my fries, was plenty for a 4yo! He loved it. Only criticism would be no sliced tomato.. Really expected that, would be nice to add or a free option to add. Will be ordering again. Delivery was done within 30min of ordering.

Chinese, Indian, kebab, fish and chips and nothing else but we have always watched American TV and seen the burgers and meat they cook, tenderloin, brisket and so on, and always felt we are behind regarding meat, there burger is the best I have ever eaten and philly steak is phenomenal, dirty fries, dirty, I enjoy food again.

Really good burger, dirty fries were a but disappointing for the price but still tasted good, milkshake was nice but and this is nitpicking didn't think it was Milkybar but just generic white chocolate buttons (could totally be wrong) Burger was juicy, cooked well and tasted great. My one complaint was a lack of bacon as an option? It's crying out for it on all burgers but isn't a choice. This could be as I think is not halal which I understand but if not would improve the burgers tenfold. Dirty fries were nice but lacking something I couldn't but my finger on. It is supposed to come with spring onions which weren't on mine for some reason. Milkshake was decent and felt proper made with ice-cream, nice and thick. Really solid and will try again. Far above any fast food and above more premium options like Five Guys. Would be a 4.5 in but google won't allow it. Would be 5 if bacon was an option.

Finally found a place, where the burgers and fries look as amazing as their pictures and at a reasonable price. Set the standards so high, that's it makes it difficult to go back to Mcdonalds or Burger King. Good portions, 10/15 min wait.

The best burger I have ever had EVER! Big statement but so true. The whole family was amazed. They have it nailed (packaging, presentation and definitely the food) if you have not had one don’t hesitate get one NOW!!! Totally recommend

Amazing fresh food. A lot of effort has gone in to this place and it shows, from the packaging to the menu and the high quality of food. The staff are super friendly, one of the staff that prepared our food came to hand it to us and apologised for the wait - it was only 10 minutes! The "Nice two Meats you" burger and the dirty fries were so good and prices are reasonable. Will be ordering again.

Pleasant staff efficient service i initially went to buy a milk shake which was delicious and reasonably priced. I tried the burger and dirty fries 🍟 and let me tell u this reasonably priced meal including a drink was delicious and after eating I consider calling bk for more dirty fries. That's how good !
