Delicious! The coating on the chicken is to die for. I will travel for nice food and I think it’s the nicest chicken burger I’ve tried. The chips are very fresh and good portion sizes. Amazing value for money. 100% reccomend. The owner is so nice and friendly.

i ordered online 10 minutes before opening (3:30) and selected the time slot 3:40-3:50 when we arrived at 3:40 was still unopened and said was going to be another twenty minutes in a very aggressive tone we were lfurther stated we already made an order and he cheekily said i know i saw it, we waited in the rain for a few minutes and decided to cancel our order. He must not care about business as he’s willing to lose costumers just over his unwelcoming costumer service, and have previously experienced just plain rudeness when trying to make an order, which is unfortunate as the food is above average.

Got kids meals that turned out grand and buffalo burger was good, I ordered classic burger meal that was supposed to come with super chip and I ordered chunky fries and got plain skinny fries with no super sauce and the luxury coleslaw was either off or just tasted off

Absolutely shocking food from this place got a feed from there pop up shop in Crossmaglen tonight no flavour at all dripping in grease small portion cheap ingredients frozen chips and onion rings expected a lot better for the price they charge

Ordered a delivery on a quiet day. Half the things on our order was missing. No sauce. No burger toppings that are meant to come on the burger and the drinks were wrong. We had phoned before the delivery was sent out and didn't get told anything was missing. Just trying to pull a fly move to keep our money when we did not get what we ordered. Absolute joke.

Great burger, but always a little uncertain if you get the right order served to you or someone else's. Either way it's worth it as the food is top class.

Just visited for the first time, good overall food, tasty and good quality. Only problem was we did not get the curry or super chip promised with the triple burger meal and chicken burger meal respectively. However, I would come back and id recommend to anyone in the area that’s looking good food for a decent price

Oh my god what a mouthwatering burger!!! We got the chefs burger meal and it was so tasty with a massive onion ring and pulled pork on the juicy beef burger. The chunky chips in the sauce was just delish too. Enjoyed every last bite. We will definitely be back to try more on the menu

Crispy on the outside and lovely and fluffy in the middle, they were practically potato perfection! For those with a monstrous appetite, the B234 is a must-try. Priced at £15.95, this 12oz monster burger topped with cheese, bacon, and their signature burger sauce will leave you licking your lips and reaching for more... To round this off Bunreal isn't just the best burger joint in Newry... it's definitely one of the top three burger places in Co Down 100% and If you're a street food enthusiast like myself, do yourself a favor and pay them a visit. You won't be disappointed!

Got food here the other day, food was absolutely top notch some of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Customer service wasn’t great, a staff member cooked all the food for her friends before we got ours. The friends had come in about 10 minutes after us and got their food in 10 minutes and we ended up having to wait for 30 minutes. I doubt this reflects the actual experience itself, but was the experience myself and my partner had.

Had visited this place a few years ago and the burgers were good. Visited again a few days ago and the burgers were VERY GOOD, unreal even🤣. The whole place has been changed since I was last in, you can now see the food being prepared which I think is a nice touch as nothing is hidden, I could see that the kitchen was very clean. The food was prepared very fast. The staff were very friendly and should be recognised for their customer service. The burger was very tasty I forget the name but I got the double burger with bbq bacon and onion rings and it was very good indeed. Definitely would recommend this place. Keep in mind this place had/has weird opening hours and cash is preferred payment here. This Is in the top 10 for sure and quite high up the list. It's worth a try

Travelled from Kildare for other business, but had seen this place on tik tok so I had to check it out. Very friendly gentleman greeted us and made us welcome. Cash only spot, which is great for a local business. Food did not take long and was certainly worth the trip. The cheese burger, franks chicken burger and chunky chips, were incredibly tasty. Would highly recommend this spot and look forward to returning soon.

Travelled from lisburn asked for normal cheese on my burger instead of the cheese sauce burger was far to cheesy flavoured chips were OK mozzarella sticks were the best part my partners burger was nice as we tried eachothers aswell

Saw their video on TikTok at 2pm, reached from Dublin to Newry at 4 pm and was blown away. Amazing burgers, even kids who only want McDonald’s like their burgers.

Had the cheeseburger meal today with the skinny fries . Absolutely gorgeous. Couldn't fault anything. Definitely should look into opening up a sit down restaurant. Will definitely be back.

Got a Philly burger and honestly it was horrendous, brisket should melt in your mouth but unfortunately the brisket on top of the burger was awful just full of fat and tough to chew so not a pleasant experience on this visit 😞

Incredible burgers! Would definitely recommend to go for the Bunreal fries, which are also a part of the chefs burger meal deal - unreal flavour! The only downside of this place is that they only accept cash, so be prepared not to get more hangry while searching for an ATM

I’m in heaven!! The skinny chips are just like American french fries from Chilis or Applebees. Had a cheeseburger and it was fantastic!! Just DELICIOUS!! Got delivery and it was very fast! ❤️❤️🍔🍔🍔🍟🍟🍟❤️❤️

First time trying it and I don't think I've ever been as disappointed in a takeaway, super chip tray squashed into a half a tray, 1tiny piece of pulled pork on the chief special burger, and their wings where like eating cardboard with sauce(definitely microwaved), definitely never going back

Fabulous gluten free burgers, usually there isn’t much of an option to order gluten free food in takeaway, really tasty food and very helpful staff.

Not sure what happened? I entered stood patiently to place my order but no staff acknowledged me so i just walked out and went to friar tucks a couple of doors up instantly welcomed swiftly placed my order and received my food forthwith (was just happy to know i wasn't invisible)

Fantastic burgers. I don’t normally order burgers as I can’t abide dried out cardboard patties, this was definitely not one of those. Ribs were also outstanding. Reasonably priced for the quality and portion size. We will be back

Atmosphere was a bit bland. The menu is basic enough along with the drink options. The food is nice... On a promise of fries with skin.... Got "normal" fries. But the burger patties were lovely... A bit expensive for what it is but nice food, clean environment, pleasant staff couldn't give less than 4 stars!

Have to say I can't fault this place. Maybe open a bit later but if it works for them in a small city/town who have a Chinese Restaurant Syndrome epidemic or like it with plenty, fair play to them. The food literally is Bunreal, whether the Burgers, Chips or Wings etc... No denying the William Baird's Quality Beef, the best in the Country!!! However as much as I am a fan of the build your own burger menu, sometimes after a hard day's work I couldn't be arsed to have to work out a decent burger combination. So you end up getting a cheese burger with onions and red. Wasted opportunity!!! I watch Bob's Burgers and they could do with some inspiration from the Belcher's. Put up at least One Special. And Challenge your customers to tackle their taste buds. Bunreal gets 10/10 from me and comes highly recommended. If you haven't tried it get down there ASAP.

Burger and milkshakes are delicious. Great choice of fries, sauces and sides. The hot wings are super hot, defo need a milkshake with them. Love the app for easy orders.

Really had high hopes, as we were in it when it was newly opened and it was great! The staff were very rude. They sat and played videos on their phone. The food was extremely greasy and was unpleasant. Really bad experince, doubt I will be back. Wasnt worth the money. Sad to see it like this.
