Dear Bubbleology Customer Service, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your store located in the Bluewater Shopping Complex in London on Friday, 17th November 2023. My wife and I had a highly unpleasant experience that tarnished what would have otherwise been a lovely day out. We arrived at your store at 8 pm and patiently waited in line for 45 minutes, expecting to be served until your posted closing time of 9 pm. However, our experience took a turn for the worse due to the irresponsible behavior of one of your employees, Mary. The situation unfolded as follows: Alex, who was the only person handling both the till and drink production, informed us that the store was closed annd cant take any more orders even though there was more than 15 minutes left before the scheduled closing time. Throughout our wait in the queue, we observed that Alex was diligently working to manage the entire crowd single-handedly. To our surprise, we later discovered that Mary, another employee, was either on break or neglecting her duties during this peak time. Not only did she fail to assist her colleague and customers, but we also observed that she was in the queue with us, seemingly to stop further customers from joining, despite the fact that she could have managed this while being at the till and helping Alex. Mary was in the queue for this whole time and only joined the conversation with customers like me when the situation started to go south for poor Alex. This lack of support for her colleague and customers was both disappointing and infuriating. Adding to the frustration, there were only 4 other customers in front of us, yet we had to wait for 45 minutes as Alex was working alone to handle both the till and drink production. Upon questioning, Mary informed us that the store was not closed but rather the system was frozen. Her attitude during this interaction was exceptionally rude, and she displayed a complete disregard for the time and inconvenience faced by both her colleague and the customers waiting in line. It was disheartening to witness her apathy and lack of professionalism. This entire episode has left us with a bitter taste and significantly marred what should have been an enjoyable outing. I demand a thorough investigation into this matter, an explanation for the misleading information provided by your staff, and appropriate action taken against Mary for her irresponsible behavior and disrespectful attitude towards customers and her colleague. As a loyal customer who has previously enjoyed your products and service, I believe it is crucial for Bubbleology to address and rectify such incidents promptly to maintain the trust and satisfaction of your customer base. Visited Millbrook garden centre today and feel totally robbed on arrival cakes in the open food fridge uncovered with a fly sat on one.staff seem very run down and unenthusiastic food was poor and very over priced.how do the old folk in the area afford these prices will not be returning.

Worst Chinese ever! If you want a one-way ticket to the toilet, be my guest. Do not recommend me and my partner ordered from here two days ago and have since got severe diarrhoea. The food was very stale and hard especially the Hong Kong chicken style and the chicken balls were overcooked and when I put my mouth through one of the chicken style dishes it I had tasted like it was badly burnt. The food was done pretty much instantly, which is very unusual for any takeaway. if I could give this no stars I would but I don’t have that option to do so but if you fancy going to eat your food here, I would think again you can clearly see by all the other reviews. I kind of wish I saw the reviews before. i’m surprised this Chinese has not been shut down.

Went yesterday to find the place is all boarded up. I don't know if it is shut for refurbishment or if it has shut down permanently. This is the second coffee shop I used that has been closed. My favourite was Costa in Waterstones. That's gone too.
