Amazing food if and when you can get served. Been in over 10 times to get food and been served 2 times as the staff just hide in the back ignoring people. Also close whenever they want to. Meant to be open until 10 they just closed at 5 ABSOLUTE JOKE!!

THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDEE BUT CALLED AND IT WAS SORTED NO PROBS, Would recommend 👍

2 hour delivery, burnt pizza and some sort of blue soft plastic thing in crepe. went I'm bin not safe for kids to eat.

Food was dreadful, cheep ingredients and put together poorly. Got 3 separate dishes and were all cold and put together very poorly. No effort in any way!!!

Since being under new management it is so much better. Food great prices, tasty and arrived piping hot. Better selection now too.

Ordered nacho chilli chips which is meant to include chips, beef chilli, cheese, salsa, jalapeño, crushed nachos and sour cream what's on the menu and received chips what aren't even cooked proper and a tiny bit of chilli.

Didn’t ask for these ingredients on my food was given a milkshake all melted and had no flavouring

Order never came, tried phoning about 100 times and no answer

I'm still waiting for my order. I ordered at 12:30 for work break. we're still waiting 2 hours later. still not arrived. very unhappy. don't think we'll be ordering again. especially for work.

both chips in the meals tasted burnt and looked like they had been cooked and cooked again. Hardly any cheese on both meals. The chips cheese and beans were so dry and the bag had clearly been battered about for the state they arrived in (I have pictures to clarify) ice cream was also chocolate and not kinder. Only thing edible was the donut

No issue with the quality of the food. Ordered at 11.30 and didn’t arrive until 2. Chips missing and food was cold. Usually decent though

Food took 2.5 hours to arrive. Half my order was missing and the food that did arrive was saturated in grease. Sausage roll was soggy like it had been microwaved. Panini brick hard and burnt. Didn’t deliver slushies or icecream at first driver said he would be back and didn’t turn up until 5 hours after I had ordered and once arrived slushies were totally melted and my 3 seperate individual scoops of ice cream were not the flavours ordered and all melted together in a big cup. Disappointing

Chips were soft and floppy with no taste! The baguettes were solid I couldn’t eat them😮 the cakes were hard and the caramel square was melted!! Only good thing was the delivery driver, he was lovely and very apologetic as the crepe was a mess and leaked everywhere! Never again

the 5 item breakfast was soggy and disgusting and the salt & pepper chips and chicken didn't even come with curry sauce like it states on the menu 😑 dry chicken and chips taste like a welly. very disappointed and you also gave me the wrong cake when I asked for Mars bar cake specifically. I won't be back. just eat have been informed...

It was very late things were watery

Food took almost 2 hours to get here, panini, chips & cheese, and chips with chicken mayo were cold (no onions on the chicken mayo or on the panini) egg baguette squashed at the bottom of the bag with all other food on top of it. Wrong flavour of Slush aswell.

Have a look at the just eat reviews and they'll tell you all you need to know. 2 plus hours average for an order to be delivered. Place is a joke, they either don't care or are just at that shop to hang out with their mates and have a laugh it seems like

Waited 2 hours for a very simple small order and ended up having to cancel. They're decent enough to phone and say they never had an item but an absolute joke of a wait time for an order this size and no apology saying so. Should of looked at the reviews before ordering because it seems to be a recurring problem here.

The salsa on chips tasted a bit weird not for my liking

food was burnt and looked basically a dogs dinner. very little steak, quantity poor, it's very much a hit or a miss with this place

Food was honestly fantastic was really impressed, delivery time of an hour and a half for two items that was then extended to two hours seemed a bit much but in fairness it was worth the wait in the end

waited almost 2 hours for our order, when we finally got it macaroni was very dry and no taste at all, the mince and chips had some chips that were freezing mixed in with the warm chips disappointed after waiting 2 hours

main food was good although churros were burnt and chocolate dip was missing. Dissappointed.

food was delicious the donuts are so good ten out of ten

I feel there was more macaroni in the kids meal than the normal macaroni meal. I didn’t get the kids meal this time as you get sweets and drink free but didn’t receive the drink the other day and the sweets were extremely hard so I ended up throwing them out. I got curry chips and onions, it came minus the onions, the curry looked more like particles of dots, I struggled to see proper bits of chicken, also looked as if the curry had been grated far too much. Macaroni and curry both tasted ok.

Amazing food, I’ll be ordering again soon.

Don’t normally leave reviews but c/s was cold not even warm cold same with the hot roll and no custard with the cake we ordered

i ordered a portion of chips with curry sauce and cheese. The container they came in was less than half full. Very miserable of the shop or they just don't care 😞.

My order was for 15:10 and I didn't receive it untill 16:10 But the deliverer was very kind.

Food has not been delivered to my house yet says it’s been delivered when it’s not I would want a full refund and I don’t recommend ordering from here.

Ordered a breakfast and was lovely still nice and hot and received it 15 minutes earlier than estimated, which was even better.

Phoned up several times and the girl on the phone says the driver has went away, and I’ll get my order in 20 minutes it has now been another 40 minutes and it still has not arrived

Food was ready earlier than expected, was cooked well. Polony was top notch. Really enjoyed it will be back.

Terrible was late and when i got my food and drink smelled like cigarette smoke. even managed to get my slushy wrong. phoned up to see what was taking so long person on the other end of the phone quite cheeky.

Gutted , steak came with gravy instead of peppercorn sauce and no cheese. No fond of gravy. But what I did eat the steak was good

The sauces they use on their donuts are absolutely superb.

Wasn’t salt and pepper loaded chips more like plain chips with some chilli flakes and normal strips of chicken and curry sauce. When brunch first opened I had this it was salt and pepper chips with salt and pepper chicken with curry sauce and cheese tasted amazing but this time was not good at all.

Took nearly 2 hrs for the order to come

Milkshake was awesome, very well flavoured and just the right thickness! Wrap was pretty good, but a little burnt on the outside, still nice overall. The donut was lovely, light, fluffy, and delicious!

Ordered at 1:36pm and it arrived at 4:16pm. Food was cold and had leaked everywhere.

Churros were burnt and no chocolate dip bairn was gutted

Bacon roll had 1 slice of bacon 😳

Just wanna say a massive thank you to the team as Just eat doesn't say if its a roll or baguette but was easily fixed with a call

Really impressed with the food from here, ordered for collection food was ready within 20 minutes and piping hot. Ice cream sundae was delicious and the loaded chips were on point. Will be back 5*!

Wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered! Ordered a cheese and ham baguette and a steak baguette-the cheese and ham was tasteless and the baguette was bland and pale? Threw it in the bin and the steak one had barely any steak, again bland and tasteless and the baguette wasn’t even toasted? Definitely wouldn’t recommend ordering from here.

Partner went in yesterday for a lorne roll and an all day breakfast but clearly the guy had other things on his mind and didn't listen to her order, instead she received a box of food that cost £20, twice the price of what she actually asked for, as for the food inside the box the sausages were overcooked, black pudding burnt to a crisp, lorne brick hard, polony burnt, egg absolutely disgusting and burnt, tattie scones tasted like an old tea towel, hash browns overcooked, beans overcooked and dry, tomatoes all four slices were soggy and the mushrooms once again overcooked, can't say what the bacon was like because he clearly forgot to add it. Thankfully my bin eats anything because that's where it went.

Food was rubbish. Three bits of chicken on the chicken curry and chips? Really? Ice cream came wrapped in town foil.and was melted and leaking over the bag. Waste of money and waste of time

This place is a joke, ordered my food at 2pm and still hadn't arrived by half 4, when I called for an update they lied about not receiving my order and then proceeded to change that and say my food had already been delivered, all in all never got my food, the people that work here are absolutely useless I would recommend going anywhere else than here :)

Absolutely shocking service. Food was an hour late. Missing items. Warm milkshake. Unable to speak to anyone as they constantly hung up the phone on us. Can’t even request any compensation as just eat keeps telling us to phone the place instead of logging the missing items. Never using here again. Absolutely abysmal attitudes and service.

Got three meals delivered today I wouldn't feed to a dog. The mince and chips from kids meal had some pink and light coloured undercooked mince . Had no colour to it you'd expect mince to have just mince and water disgusting!. Phoned about it to be told by a girl on the phone " I didn't have any gravy or anything to put In it and there's nothing she can do "why serve it to people then .also came with no drink or sweets as it said on just eat.Steak was that hard you couldn't even bite through it. Attitude you get as well when you phone is shocking can hear people giggling at what you say. I used this place all the time before for years with no problems but would seriously avoid it now !!

Very disappointed, placed an order, app updated showing a delay which was fine, but when we called after an hour and a half they insisted that the order had been delivered nearly an hour before and that all we could do was request a refund through JustEat.

delicious fresh salad box, slush was melted (but it is very hot)....still cold and tasty though. maybe need to think how to transport slush etc in the extreme heat....
