Kismat Fast Food Takeaway in Dundee City

Been here multiple times now and it's my go-to spot. The portions are always really generous, fresh and hot and the couple are so sweet! Fantastic service every time

Ordered from here loads through JustEat for delivery or over the phone for collection, never had any issues.

Popped in for a Donner with salad n garlic mayo. Hot and tasty. Good price at £6.49 including seperate mayo. But most of all.. 11/10 for the nicest couple who always give U a big cheeky smile and great service. Excellent. And a can of irn bru as an extra. Thanx Kismat....Ill be back again. 🙂

First mixed kebab I've finished in a while, great quality chicken, chili sauce was fresh and salad had mint through, nice touch. 😋

Passing through dundee... I received excellent service so surprised at other reviews. The pizza was lovely. 3 toppings. Chicken tikka, donner and green chilli's BEAUTIFUL.

Used to order from here without issue but today the delivery driver could not find the building despite clear instructions that were left with the order and when he called me. After I had become annoyed but never raised my voice or spoke badly he tried to threaten to withhold the food. I told him I would just get a refund via the service I ordered from and this set him off to become verbally abusive with shouting and swearing while also trying to threaten me physically(Good luck you'd need to find the building first).

First time with them.Bad customer service, food is not edible at all. Not recommend anyone. Waste of money.

We used to love this place, but our last experience was surprising. We ordered via just eat for collection. According to justeat the restaurant was open and we received the confirmation email from the restaurant that food will be ready by 2.20. We went to collect and the owner was very rude and told us, they are not open until 3 and we should have checked the opening times. At least they should have called and informed us. It is not my fault that they didn't update their opening times on just eat. The way the owner talked to us was very unprofessional and rude, so we are not gonna eat here anymore.

Food 9 times out of 10 amazing but the 1 time they got it wrong I called to just give feedback on it and the person on the phone thought it was funny and was condescending and rude. No issues with bad food occasionally it happens but I will not stand for rubbish rude service ever and it is a shame as the delivery drivers and whenever I have phoned previously was always friendly and chatty so no idea what was going on tonight.

Fantastic place. Nice people the food is generous and really tasty. Love the chicken tikka hoagie. Fully recommend for a different take away option to the normal kebab meat and chips!
