Brought a voucher which have used before paying 15 pound for and they saying they don't accept them the staff had no idea what they were doing, unprofessional do not go there . Saying they don't accept it no more when they should take it off

I would put 0 stars if I could. I went here 30 minuites ago with my son, I brought a wowcher deal which cost £14.99 for 2 people to have a meal and a drink. So we walked in sat at the table chose what we wanted. Went to the till to order showed the wowcher code, the lady behind the till said "so you want free food from us?" I said no I brought the wowcher deal this morning I am showing you the wowcher deal here....we stood there for 5 minuites whilst she tried to figure it out she didn't have a clue what she was doing. Wasn't very professional, blunt. There was no one in there when we walked in and im not surprised. I even told her we had this wowcher deal 4 months ago which we used in this restaurant. I would avoid this place! & now iv had to try contact wowcher to get my money back for the voucher that I cant even use!!! This place needs shutting down IMMEDIATELY! very very unhappy!

The food is well below average. Burgers dry, nacho box dry tough to eat, all I can taste is the oil it’s been cooked in. Chips were awful. Will not be ordering from here again. Ended up binning most of it.

Ordered 2 meals. They sent two burgers 1 chips and 1 drink. They took too long to bring complete order. The burgers were squashed and tasted bland. The meat was extra thin and only had cheese. Worst food I’ve ever eaten. Would not recommend.

Went for birthday meal waited 40 mims and still waiting disgusted each time we have how long keep getting told its getting papered wouldn't of complain but was only burger and fires then one meal Comes and we are still waiting for the rest to come will never use this place again and strongly recommend nobody eles does so rude and disrespectful no wonder i5

Horrendous experience. Ordered via Uber Eats, the order was accepted, and three different drivers attempted pickup. Food was never ready, and after 90 minutes, they just canceled. Total disrespect for customers.

delivery time was decent. the food on the other hand was really bad. The Mac and cheese fries was not nice at all. had a horrible taste, ended up throwing it in the bin. the beefy nachos was burnt, the beefeater fries were also burnt. won't be ordering here again

The food is very nice and the customer service is great even though I mostly get food delivered. We had a cute note from the staff on our last order which made me want to leave a review. Would definitely recommend to others, it's worth the price.

The service was terrible. We waited 1 hour for our food. When the food came half the order was missing. When they told us to wait for the other half of our food we decided to ask for a refund of the missing food as we no longer wanted to wait. The server said manager was not in and could not provide us a refund which we had to argue to get a refund. The staff blamed each other and showed no empathy. They evan smirked & laughed about the situation. We was the only table at the establishment imagine the chaos if they had 2 tables "/. The food was decent but the service was atrocious. Would never dine there again.

Had an amazing experience at Brrgrr Walsall! Ordered the New York Burger and Strips, and wow the strips were absolutely delicious, crispy, and full of flavour! The service from Jyoti was fantastic super friendly and made the whole visit even better. Definitely coming back! Highly recommend!

Freebie was missing with both meals which said free wings. the beef burger was not a smash burger it tasted like a frozen burger quality wasn’t great. Wings was ok but where was the Nashville flavour? Chicken burger was decent and fries was ok.

I ordered two fried chicken burgers and I was very disappointed with the quality of the food. The chicken was so hard that my husband and child couldn't even chew it. Even though they replaced the burgers the edges were still hard. I will not order from them again.

Ok at best. Food was alright burger was very small. Parmesan chicken was too thin and so was the fillet in the burger, fries were nice! Shop could have been warmer. Didn’t appreciate the embarrassing/cringeworthy promotional content that was being filmed, whilst I was trying to enjoy my food. Guys film this when the shop is closed, not when I’m with my family trying to eat 😔

Considering the food was delivered sliding early, the food was cold. The fries including the burger was extremely dry and the wings that we recieved free as part of the promotion were also dry and cold.

This place is very nice for food and the staff are very nice people I definitely recommend to eat here they have a unique taste in there food please go try this place as it’s one of a kind and like I said the staff are excellent great people very pleased with them

Absolutely abysmal . Food was extremely late due to the driver telling me his sat nav wasn’t working . I told him the food probably cold at this point to which her assured me it was hot and telling me to feel the bag . (Could not feel anything ) as he quickly made his exit and leaving me with said food . All the food was indeed freezing cold . The only items not cold was the icecream which were both tubs of liquid . Tried to call the restaurant 19 times in total to which it just says user busy

So gutted and disappointed placed an order over the phone for delivery as the website was not letting me called the restaurant at 19:06 and placed and order was for a classic burger as a meal was starving and food came at 20:21 and came very cold and disgusting had to throw the food in the bin so disappointed as it was my first time ordering from them and will definitely be the last time .

Christmas Day delivery, was served cold and missing 2 out of the 6 items we ordered. Tried ringing them just to no answer on the phone. Awful customer care and no refund.

Genuinely disappointed with the restaurant. The offer is Buy one get one free, yet they send just the burger. When phoned they blamed it on the user and the app and directed me to just eat. They do good food but the service is abysmal unfortunately.
