Terrible communication, arrived 2 hours late and a completely different order!

My order did not come! Absolutely disgusted with the service of this restaurant! Won’t be ordering again.

half the food was stone cold and drowned in sauce, everything was medicore at best. definitely not worth prices being charged, also didn't listen to instructions

Considering the food was delivered sliding early, the food was cold. The fries including the burger was extremely dry and the wings that we recieved free as part of the promotion were also dry and cold.

Absolutely abysmal . Food was extremely late due to the driver telling me his sat nav wasn’t working . I told him the food probably cold at this point to which her assured me it was hot and telling me to feel the bag . (Could not feel anything ) as he quickly made his exit and leaving me with said food . All the food was indeed freezing cold . The only items not cold was the icecream which were both tubs of liquid . Tried to call the restaurant 19 times in total to which it just says user busy

Did not get food even dropped to my door this morning i went to the shop and it was close i want my money back as u guys have left me starve in my sleep

3/5 for the food, very very average, prices like that you'll be expecting something better. But you can tell they use cheap ingredients as the quality is not there. Decent decor and enough space for seating. Customer service is excellent however.

I ordered a chicken burger but they gave me a beef burger I am very upset about it . I did not like the fact it was pricey took too long to get my food thr music was loud I hate this shop

We are a loyal customer and have ordered from here many times. We’ve had problems in the past with forgetting some items or late deliveries, but under new management they have been great and really care about their customers. So glad I found them!

So gutted and disappointed placed an order over the phone for delivery as the website was not letting me called the restaurant at 19:06 and placed and order was for a classic burger as a meal was starving and food came at 20:21 and came very cold and disgusting had to throw the food in the bin so disappointed as it was my first time ordering from them and will definitely be the last time .

Christmas Day delivery, was served cold and missing 2 out of the 6 items we ordered. Tried ringing them just to no answer on the phone. Awful customer care and no refund.

Amazing experience at BRRGRR! 🍔 This place has such a great vibe—really cool atmosphere and top-notch service. The *New Yorker Beef* burger is a standout with delicious smash patties and all the perfect fillings. Definitely a must-try! I also highly recommend the *loaded fries*—both the beef and chicken options are fantastic. To top it all off, the *ice cream* is the perfect way to end the meal—super delicious! Overall, a fantastic spot for a great meal. I’ll definitely be back!

Genuinely disappointed with the restaurant. The offer is Buy one get one free, yet they send just the burger. When phoned they blamed it on the user and the app and directed me to just eat. They do good food but the service is abysmal unfortunately.

Two high quality and tasty burgers, one chicken and one beef. The chips were on the cold side. The delivery time was around 45 mins and came on time.

I visited there last night and had a volcano parmesan and burger that was delicious......and I really like s buy one get one burger scheme we was 4 people and we payed for only two burgers and get two free and that burgers was too good as well and service was very friendly I highly recommend this place

So, let’s start. I’ve ordered food for home delivery around 7:30pm. Food arrived at 9:10pm, driver said sorry something happened on the road. Food was cold, drinks was missing. I’ve been trying to call to this horrible place, but surpriseeee the phone number not working!!!! Kids waiting for food as all of our company, as it was Friday. Then I’ve put comment on the website, and again surprise they call me to give me brownie as sorry and begging me to remove my comment, I said okay when I will have my all refund back. My kids didn’t eat this food, as all of us, it was horrible and cold. So we just threw everything in the bin. Then they send driver with cash, driver was crying and said they force him to give money from his pocked as it is his fault. JUST ONE QUESTION ARE YOU MAD THERE?????? You do your job, I’m doing my job. I’ve paid by card so give me refund legally . I didn’t except the cash and send them to give me refund back on my card. What they send: The restaurant isn't going to give you any money back. They say: "We're really sorry your order wasn't delivered on time. The driver was stuck in heavy traffic, sorry." EXTREMELY NOT RECOMMENDED TO ORDER DELIVERY FROM THEM. Guys u are horrible. Thank you for reading.

Waited a whole 2 hours for my food to be delivered. The displayed contact number could not be reached as it was switched off. I had ordered and eaten a different meal before their food reached me.

burgers are quite average nothing special. Fries are quite nicely seasoned but the wait was too long 45 minutes for loaded fries. Atmosphere has some seasonal decor.

I placed an order on UberEats and ordered 2 fried chick burger meals and the burgers and fries came cold. (to add, this was certainly not the drivers fault as he went and arrived quick for my delivery) The chicken was super hard and stringy to the point i couldn’t chew the burger. Really upset and will not be ordering from here again. - not usually the person to leave a bad review but this was saddening considering i spent £26😫

Never write a review, but this place is ridiculous. What kind of establishment has no working telephone.
