Ripped me off took money twice and will not refund

This is the first time I've visited, it won't be the last, the service was spot on, the food was delightful, freshly cooked in front of me,

Only 2 stars this time as all my curry had leaked out everywhere it was all messed up didn’t enjoy it at all after trying to salvage it , there wasn’t even a full meal there by the time I cleaned it all up ! I wasn’t happy!

Great food sides could have been crisper forgot chicken pakoras could have been hotter upon arrival

Food was cold.chips was soggy and poppadoms where dry like cardboard no crunch. The chicken tikka meal was small in a starter sized tray. Order arrived nearly 1 hour and 30 after ordering. Wont be ordering again.

Waited 3 hours for food, when we rang up they were rude over the phone, food turned up madras was freezing and the chips were too, donner meat was fine as it was in foil, disappointed as this is our favourite takeaway.

Great food quick delivery not amused at being called by restaurant and told next time if I want delivery order has to be over £20 don’t think so payed delivery charge.

When the food arrived it was cold!

Ordered food for the 1st time and will be the last! Expect some grease but my god it was dripping. The chips tasted like they had been cooked in oil that had been in the fryer for years! Poppadoms were like rubber no crunch to them at all they went in the bin. Had to scrape sauce off the kids meat even though we asked for nothing to be put on! What a waste of money!

I have sent emails to just eat they emailed me back and told me to reply with evidence and there email address wont even work .how do i get in touch

Always a thumbs up from me. Always delivered quicker than the time stated and tastes amazing. Never had a bad meal from here yet. The delivery drivers are all friendly too

This is the worse indian food restaurant takeaway in St Helens over a hour late promises food on the way stone cold when arrived , manager smirking at me saying it is normal ,new costumer and lost costumer . A disgrace to Indian restaurant s ,should be shamed but won’t bother him .theres other Indians restaurants that supplying better food costumer service and are more respectful I’ll use them in future

Food was simply delicious. Plenty of peppers and onions in the dishes and presented lovely. Will use again.

The delivery was delayed and then came up as delivered 5 minutes before it arrived (later than the new expected time). We love red kebab but cold, congealed kebab is not good.

Ordered via telephone, the mixed kebab was amazing! Would deffo order another. Great value for money.

First time ordering from here and won’t be the last the only thing was there wasn’t enough salad for our chicken kebab as we only got one small bag between us but other than that the food was lovely ☺️

Don’t think they’ve even drained the rice, there’s a big pool of water all along the bottom of my plate soaking into my naan bread🤔🥴

Korma was awful, massala wasn't anything like previously had, it had all kinds of veg in that was previous not there. Plus delivery took nearly 2 hours

Everything except the kurma was enjoyable. It seems like the kurma could have used a little more flavor. It was a bit disappointing. Perhaps it was prepared this way because it's considered a "plain" curry? Other restaurants I've been to have made it perfectly. Luckily, my wife still found the food enjoyable.

Lovely food that is great value for money. I highly recommend the meal deals, you get alot of nice food for an excellent price! My favourites here are the Sagwalla and the garlic tikka masala. Staff are lovely chaps too.

Absolutely shocking false advertising on their menu ordered shashlick kebab that's ment to come with lamb and states it in their actual website and when I rang they said they have changed it 3 years ago but yet doesn't update their menu, very rude on the phone with no apology or anything will never order from there again.

5 Star I cancelled my order after needing to find a phone number and seeing these reviews and a 3 star rating, despite seeing thousands of happy customers on Just Eat these put me off. The venue contacted me to make sure everything was ok, I explained why I cancelled and in the end reordered. Very pleasant people, and amazing food. They deserve this review to help others realise that actually just because a couple of people had a gripe I should have listened to the thousands on Just Eat who love the place. Thanks for a great experience. I will be back again for more.

I placed an order at 6pm and was told it would be delivered by 7:30pm. Just eat status says it has been delivered but still no food. I rang the reteraunt to say thay it was out with the driver and will be 10 minutes. 30 minutes later were still waiting after ringing up a second time to be told the same thing. Absolutely disgusted!!
