No way near enough bar staff on a busy bank holiday. Waited 4 deep at the bar for a poor pint. Quite worn and tired too.

The Curator at T3 provided a great English breakfast. Excellent double espresso. Really good service. And all done in 15 minutes. Just what’s needed at an airport. £14 including toast at at Heathrow is reasonable

Bridge Bar, Lounge & Dining is now called the Curator. This food outlet is now open and serves a good breakfast, tea and coffee. Staff were very friendly.

My grandson has asked that I write this review on his behalf as it is the first time he has travelled alone and thought it was great to eat out on his own. He said his burger was fab but also wanted to complement the waiters from Romania who he said were wonderful to you.

No es tan bueno como el puente. Siempre usamos el puente cuando vuela desde la Terminal 3. Fuimos allí antes de nuestro vuelo hace 2 semanas - muy ocupados, pero el personal rápido y eficiente. Menú parecía difícil de entender, pero dijeron que nos podíamos servidor "chop y cambio" - mi frase. Mi mujer pidió el salmón y huevos revueltos sin el salmón, pero con una parte de tocino. Pedí un tocino bloomer con una parte de los huevos fritos, bacon y huevos, llamado sandwich! ! Cuando la comida llegó, fue apenas tibia y mi sándwich faltaba el pan. Cuando vinieron, fue tostada. Nuestra cafetería supermercado local tiene "crear su propio" - no es una frase muy pegadizo pero muy sencillo de entender, vale la pena considerar? ? Esto, además de un té y un café costaba £21 - no muy buena relación calidad-precio. La próxima vez probaremos otros sitios para comer con el mismo tipo de menú en el mismo, si no más barato. Qué pena.

Muy decepcionado con esta visita. Su Steak & Ale tarta solía ser muy bueno porque estaba recién horneado y les distingue de otros restaurantes de Heathrow. Ahora que las tartas así el microondas es pasada y la repostería es). Al menos se ofrecieron a hornear uno para mí, pero yo no tengo el tiempo. Tenía una hamburguesa en vez de casa, que no era nada especial. Gerente agradables nos salvó el día.

We called in for a pre flight meal and drinks - we were seated at once, I had a pint of Scrum Ale, my wife had Prosecco. These were very nice.

I ordered a fish pie, which arrived lukewarm with some old, roasted and cold vegetables (limp cabbage, soggy dark brown carrot). I had asked for garlic bread, too- it consisted of three slices of white bread soaked in butter. I was hungry, so I ate some of it, then went to Eat! for another meal. Most disgusting lunch in my life!

You don't often find a really friendly and good bar with an excellent light meal menu in an airport. I recommend the open sandwiches of which Chicken and Chorizo or Crab are both good choices at around £9.50. I'll head for the Curator next time I'm at Terminal 3 - highly recommended.

As you wait for your flight, The Curator is a great place to hang out. You can get a meal or just have a drink. We managed to get a seat in the bar area and ordered drinks and pastries. It was extremely busy but had a good atmosphere. A good place to just while away the time. There are departure boards in the restaurant which is handy. They had a good selection of beers and wines but expect to pay Heathrow prices. 1 lager, 1 fruit cider and 2 danish pastries was just under £20.

In transito, nell'attesa dell'aereo, abbiamo cenato in questo bistrot. La cameriera dell'accoglienza ci ha fatto accomodare, cosa orrenda, è caduta una forchetta... ha finto di sostituirla...in realtà l'ha riportata. Poco astuta perchè io ho seguito, essendo vicina, i suoi movimenti. I cibi ordinati....hamburgher di pollo e bovino, niente di memorabile...anzi. Piatti di portata troppo piccoli per le dimensioni ( normali) dell'hamburger... Non ci tornerei.

Arrived to find no beers at all available on draft due to a gas problem. Selling bottles of beer only., which were expensive and the choice limited. It seemed full and busy never the less. As a good draft beer was what we wanted we left and went to Oriel across the lounge.

Have visited here several times before and got a reasonable breakfast for average cost but served quickly.

Fuimos allí para bebidas de camino a Praga. Un camarero nos recibió y nos dijo que le llevará a una mesa para comer y beber. Me dijo que no, que son sólo tener bebidas. Y él me dijo que este es eyeballed un tiempo muy ocupado para nosotros, sabes. Me lo dijo y volver eyeballed estás diciendo, no podemos simplemente tomar bebidas? ? Nos llevó a una mesa pequeña y estrecha. Nadie vino a tomar nuestro pedido, así que me fui al bar. Estábamos empezando nuestras bebidas cuando un asombrosamente ignorante joven mujer se acercó a nosotros y dijo que no se puede sentar aquí y simplemente tomar algo. Le dije que nos llevaron a esta mesa por parte del personal. Ella dijo que un anfitrión traer aquí? Le dije que sí. Ella no puede sentarse aquí repetidas. Me respondió que se puede y estamos. Tienes que ir lejos. Ella saliera. Mi marido pidió una ale para su segunda copa. Dijo que sabía ni real ni como ale.

Dans l'agitation et l'affluence de cet immense aéroport, nous avons trouvé un endroit sympathique "où se poser".

Ero in attesa del volo per rientrare a casa e sono stato attratto dal locale per il pranzo. Il personale ti accoglie e ti serve in maniera gentile che molto raramente si trova in giro. Ho ordinato fish & chips (siamo a Londra) e una birra tutto molto buono e abbondante. La spesa forse un po' alta ma nella media per Londra. Se mi ritroverò in attesa ad Heatrow sicuramente ci ritorno. Punto di forza la cortesia e la gentilezza del personale.

Una pequeña entrada conduce a un restaurante oscuro. Un servicio rápido, eficiente y amable. Nos allí para el desayuno y el desayuno inglés completo. Gran comida de calidad, bien servido y un precio razonable

Teníamos casi una hora antes de nuestro vuelo. Tengo una alergia a los alimentos, así que soy siempre miedo de comer en lugares concurridos pero tuvimos que comer antes de un largo vuelo de regreso a los Estados Unidos. Me acerqué al gerente puente trabajando, Susana, y le conté de mis alergias de la tuerca. Ella era muy amable y gentil. Volvió al chef y nos registramos en exactamente lo que utilizaban y me aseguró que sería muy cuidado con mi comida. Nuestra camarera, Susete también fue maravilloso. Fue muy paciente con el orden y expedita la comida así que teníamos un montón de tiempo para comer. Ella tenía una gran personalidad, era alegre y hicieron que nuestra comida (muy bueno) una experiencia encantadora. Este personal era tan bueno como cualquier Four Seasons Hotel en el que nos hemos alojado y encomiamos la gestión para contratar tales excelentes empleados.

Ordered the English breakfast. It was pretty tasty, but my fried eggs were overlooked. My wife had the ham and cheese omelette. It was delicious.

The Bridge Bar in Terminal 3 at London’s Heathrow Airport is a great place to have a pint while waiting for your flight. But you must look for it as it’s tucked away in the bottom right hand side of the service area after the duty free zone. Can recommend the Bridge Golden IPA and if that’s not to your liking of course Stella is Stella.Tip: The line is usually long for a table, but just ignore it and sit in the bar area.

The staff were lovely here. Drinks were expensive, but as a woman travelling on my own they were really helpful and polite.

This is my goto restaurant when passing through Heathrow terminal 3. I normally have the full english breakfast and a few beers, less the beans as that is not "flying friendly" food.It's normally pretty busy, but the food comes fast and they know their game, so things move nice and quickly. You can always ask the staff if you have enough time and they are pretty accurate based on how busy the kitchen is, but if you ordering eggs it'll come quick.

Average beer and food at average prices . . . poor service though. Will avoid this bar next time we fly from here.

The service was very quick and friendly. The ambiance is nice. The food is above average -- although my son loved the lamb burger. It's expensive, but so are all airport restaurants.

First time waiting for flight to Hong Kong. Wife had the bang bang chicken in pitta bread and the sweet potato fries. I had the garlic toast and avocado on toast. Fruit punch and lemonade to drink. Really good light lunch serve quick and food decent. Good staff. Would recommend.

Restaurant/pub très courtisé avec une belle queue aux heures de pointe.Juste pour prendre un burger ou un steak avant de prendre son vol.Déco sympa, personnel international mais bcp d'attente.Plats ok sans plus mais suffisant pour c type de restauration.Comme beaucoup d'endroits sur HEATHROW utilisez votre carte Rewards.Addition correcte pour 2 burgers ( Bœuf et agneau, frites bires et boissons ).Le burger spiced Lamb ne l'ai pas du tout.

Water or skimmed milk, honey, plain or banana/strawb/honey all the options with the calorie count and tasted good too! Well don Bridge Bar for keeping some of us healthy whilst some are getting stuck into massive full English breakfasts!

On the way from USA to Finland I had here a light lunch. I ordered a ham and cheddar sandwich with orange juice. Sandwich was quite basic, a bit too dry and not so tasty. Orange juice was, however, good.

Just been for brunch on our way to New York. Had the bang bang chicken pitta and the maple sausage sandwich. The service was quick and the food was fine. Vanessa our waitress was excellent, chatty, polite and good fun. She made the experience very enjoyable and she alone was worth a 5 star rating.

No complaints about the breakfast here. It's average though rather than awesome or amazing. Would use again.

I had the misfortune of eating here before departing and it was a miracle that I didn't miss my flight. It took almost an hour for my food to arrive and when it arrived it was the wrong order. I ordered a Vegetarian breakfast and got a not so veggie one instead. In addition to that I had requested that no mushrooms be added which they still added anyway. I will not be going there again and it was a waste of my money too.

Voor luchthavenbegrippen kan je hier voor een redelijke prijs prima eten. Uitgebreide keuze zowel qua ontbijt, lunch als diner en diverse dranken met veelal vriendelijk personeel met snelle en goede bediening.

In T3, needing to wait the time for our gate to show on the screen, walked in for drinks, and ended up ordering a plate of "fish & chips" to share. One last chance to try the area special! The first section of the pub was full, but staff asked if we wanted food too, so took us further into the restaurant to a more quieter area. A hopping place (like a fast food place, in and out quickly). Staff friendly. Thought the food was tasty too (not too sure about the smashed peas!)

I stopped by for a quick breakfast here. My choice of spinach and mushrooms on toast was not available early in the morning. I then opted for cheese and tomato sandwich with wedges. It was fresh, tasty and hot. I loved it and the coffee was wonderful. It kept me awake. I'd visit here again whenever I'd need to fuel myself on the airport. The staff was lovely and attentive.

Best full English and coffee I had in three months in the UK, offered at a price you’d expect to pay outside an airport. The real standout here is the management staff, though. Susana, the manager on duty, and her supervisor (friendly bloke whose name escapes me now) helped a harried traveler with a problem he presented them and earned gratitude points aplenty. Give them a try!

Stopped with the wife and kids for a quick breakfast before takeoff. Reasonably priced for the airport. Tasted fine. Would recommend.

J'aurais peu être dû lire les avis ici avant de rentrer, le service est rapide, mais la nourriture très moyenne.Le fish est bon, les frites sont moles, et le Eton Mess est servi dans un verre trop haut pour les tables et chaises, et trop étroit, difficile de manger et de prendre le dessert dans ce verre.Je cherche d'ailleurs toujours la chantilly et la meringue...À éviter et chercher ailleurs...PS: c'est toujours mieux que le sandwich de l'avion !

On my way to New Orleans via Terminal 3 at Heathrow Airport I opted to take breakfast here. I chose mushroom and spinach on sourdough toast. The service was quick....my tea had arrived in just a matter of moments whilst the food arrived a couple of minutes later. The dish certainly had all the advertised ingredients though the manner in which they had been assembled was a problem. The dishes was meant to be cooked in cream and there was evidence of cream encountering the other ingredients but sadly in insufficient volumes to affect either the taste or consistency of the dishes. A bit of seasoning during preparation would have embellished the bland spinach and mushrooms.

Cold chips, steak first overcooked (requested medium) and at the second attempt barely grilled. Personnel seems not to care. Avoid if you can, though the choice in this terminal of heathrow is rather limited.

Food was ok (I had a chicken salad, which was quite fresh but not the tastiest salad I ever had). The staff and speed of the service was very good. As for airport dining often is important.

Difficult one because the clientelle are transient by default but standards are low in this place. Beige experience all round, so if you're just looking for a place to sit and have a drink before take-off and dont expect any service levels, clean tables, bubbly bubbly .. come on in. Rubbish bins over fowing with staff standing next to them chatting, not caring particularly. Didnt try the food!

A very small bar area if you just want to have a drink, you have to wait to be seated for a table to eat. 4 pints of Aspall £18.60 with Nachos £7.95 and Beer Battered onion rings cost £30.00. The food took ages to arrive with small portions. I think that the food and drinks available at Terminal 3 airside is terrible and because most people are off on holiday they just ignore the price!. And its get them in and out like a conveyer belt with no thought about value for money or cutomer service.!!

I don't blame waitresses for poor service I blame poor training. And bar staff that can't mix a drink. Our waitress was overwhelmed by her full section and just couldn't keep up. The food was expensive but it is an airport so no surprise there. The dry scrambled eggs were just bad. The Bloody Mary was 20% Worcester sauce and frankly I drinkable. To cap it you get offered the credit card machine on the "gratuity" page. Well at least they have a sense of humour.

Stood at an empty bar and watched 6 staff walk past me so many times. One stopped after 5 minutes and asked why I looked so confused. When I told them it's because "you've got 5 people behind a bar and no one serving." She laughed and the manager who had been standing at the till in front of me counting the takings, agreed with me. Not sure why he didn't get someone to serve. Went back up for another drink at last orders and there's one person serving. 5 people cleaning! But they won't serve drinks. Cue a discussion with a busybody waiter who doesn't seem to get the concept of customer service and his get out is: "the manager said so."There's no competition and you've a captive market so I suppose you can treat people spending money (paying your wages) like sh1t. Aldo; sort it out. It's shocking.

Had breakfast here before flying out, great men and service , I ordered the bridge breakfast , it was really nice but didn't stay hot for long on a cold plate and had no toast with it, it was quiet expensive but was cooked nicely , would recommend xxx

Rude, unpleasant, ignoring and bad mannered staff. Upon being ignored for a few moments, we finally got seated. We popped in for a drink and something to eat. We were looking at the menu and decided to wait for a moment before ordering food. A waitress came to ask us what we would like, we said that we would finish our drinks first. Her response was that we had to leave the table and wait by the bar - no "unfortunately", no "sorry", just leave now. How bad was that!?

Nice staff. That's positive. Nothing else. Watery Guinness, cold soup, no spoon, oily calamari. There are some better alternatives at T3, however not many options for having a beer

We had breakfast here. Nice enough place and the staff are friendly. Service prompt. We ordered Classic Grand breakfast. The food arrived and the waiter told us to take care as the plates were hot. There were luke warm and the food was mostly cold. Clearly it was not cooked to order but kept under heat lamps or a Bain Marie. Disappointing.

It's called a bar, but unfortunately they don't let you sit and have a drink. I just wanted to sit and relax before my flight in one of the large number of empty tables, but because I didn't want to eat, they wouldn't let me. It was just my wife and I, so not even a large rowdy group. Very disappointed.

Uneatable piece of steak. You need a chainsaw to cut it. The waitresses are rude... Even for airport standards... Avoid.

We had a stop over at Heathrow airport. Went into bridge, my husband went for drinks.. Guiness, it was good. I went for a bottle of water and it was served with a glass but the glass was not clean, it had lipstick marks on it. Staff is nice courteous, breakfast looked good even though we dint have it. Customers seem to enjoy.

We decided to eat here as there weren't many other options and we fancied something quite simple and low cost. I decided to have the Bridge Burger with sweet potato fries and a coke...bad mistake.The burger was quite stodgy and hard and was probably the worst thing I could of had before a long haul flight as it made me feel nauseous and uncomfortable. It was advertised beautifully with salad, relish and tomatoes however when it arrived there was half a leaf of lettuce, a tiny drip of relish and quite a small slice of a tomato on top of a almost burnt beef burger. The service wasn't great, if anything most of the waiters were quite miserable and also seemed to constantly huddle together ignoring anyone who needed their assistance. Wouldn't go there again, especially at the start of a holiday!

Mon premier Fish and chips à l'aéroport un vrai délice, plat copieux et vraiment trés bon !!!! service rapide et un plat pour 2 serait suffisant .... en dessert le brownie aux pistaches avec boule de glace vanille servi chaud Miammm et aussi copieux !!!! j'y reviendrais c'est sûr !!!!! Seul petit bémol la serveuse qui réclame le pourboire !!!!!!

Very crowded place. Could use more staff for faster service. Food was ok, nothing special but definately not bad.

Spent my time here before my flight to back home. The pizza was terrible here, not balance dough too much sauce, os too weird to put this kind of pizza into the mouth!

This place looks like the biggest restaurant in terminal 3. It's also one of the first you come too so shop around first before you hit this place!We ordered the pitta pockets and a soft drink each. The food turned up luke warm and the price of the dish was exceptionally high, even if you're trapped in the departure lounge! There's a really nice brasserie on the way to the 35-45 gates and we wish we had gone in there as the prices looked fairly similar.Definitely wouldn't eat here again if I was flying out of this terminal.The staff were friendly enough which is why this review isn't a 1*.

Before catching my flight home, I decided to have a quick bite and decided for the English sweet chariot burger and a pint of beer. Not something I'll be repeating if I can help myself. A bit of a mushy burger and dito flavors. Did manage to finish most of it, but will definitely look around for an alternative next time.

We recently ate here and did not have a good experience. The pancakes were the worst I have ever eaten - avoid. Also, homemade lemonade was on the menu and advertised, yet it wasn't available. Service was okay,

This was before the main breakfast rush started, so we got served quickly, had space around us, and got tasty fresh food at a reasonable price - exactly what we wanted prior to our long haul flight.

Had lunch here a couple of weeks ago, whilst waiting for out flight. Although it was fairly busy, and obviously lunch time, there was no queue and we were quickly shown to the table and given menus. However we then had to wait for ages - to the point where we suddenly thought that maybe you had to go to the bar to order, so we went and checked and were told that somebody would take our order (lucky we were not in a hurry to catch our flight as I would have been getting stressed by then). However, once we ordered, have to say the food and drink did arrive very swiftly. I had a Bloody Mary to drink (which was nice, but there was no celery stick - which normally comes with this drink and which I actually enjoy). My partner and I both had burgers, which were tasty and I had chips, he had sweet potato chips - again both fine - nothing special. I then had another Bloody Mary (again no celery stick) - was only when we were leaving and I checked the menu that I noticed that the drink was described as having a celery stick and I wished i had queried it at the time (I know it's a small thing, but, to me, especially in holiday mode, this is part of the drink). Anyway, in summary, food came quickly once actual order taken, food was not bad, but price was rather hefty (but then, you're at an airport, so par for the course).

As with most airport restaurants everything is over-priced but as we were flying long haul, and didn't know when our next meal would be, we grabbed something from here. Even though it was really busy and we had to queue briefly, it was still a lot less busy than some other places. We had a very friendly waiter who was prompt and pleasant throughout the evening. We both had the mushrooms on toast and shared a portion of skin-on fries. The meals were ok, they weren't very warm and were lacking in flavour. The chips were good but you can't really go wrong with them. We also had a pint of cider each to celebrate our last meal in the UK. All in all just another place to grab a bite to eat, nothing special.

Went to this restaurant due to the reasonably cheap price. My pasta was nice but nothing special. The service was the best part however all the ingredients used were fresh.

Had one granola crunch and blueberry and banana pancakes one cappuccino and a cup of tea filled a hole total cost £17.60.When the server Gosia bought the card reader over to swipe husbands card,husband queried"why do I need to press the number one" to be told "its for the tip" which was £9.52 over 50% I don't think so.Just wondered how many people have fallen for this as its completely out of order.

i am happy with most things but this place was not one of them.. our server was not very nice the things i wanted were not in stock had to settle for a burger and i had a better one at mcdonalds in the train station. to get the bill to leave was hard to do i had to go and get her to get it .. menu looked great but they were busy and sold out of alot.. i am sure this would not be the case on a nother day but i wont try it again..

We opted to leave our hotel a bit earlier to eat at the airport rather than at the hotel. What a pleasant surprise ! It was in the morning and we had breakfast. It was top notch, actually equal to the best breakfasts ever in my life. Quality of the food was superb and the service was attentive and friendly.
