Love this coffeehouse it's kind of like a hidden treasure, tucked back in new town. They have some of the best coffee I can get in the area. Staff is always friendly and its a great place to study.

I’m not a coffee drinker and had picked this place for my wife. Staff member behind the counter was sweet, offered us snacks to go with our drinks, and made our orders super fast. My wife said her coffee was excellent, so I’m sure we’d come back. :)

Great place in the most amazing neighborhood. New Town is magical for sure. We came out last weekend with a local bike group called TwoWheelJava. We had about 20 people and let them know in advance. They were fast and accommodating. My drink order is pretty simple. Americano no cream or sugar, and it was very good. Every other person enjoyed their drinks and the experience as well. Looking forward to coming back!

Coffee is great! Monthly special flavors are available and delicious. Muffins can be a little dry. My daughter loves the donuts. Can't beat going for a nice walk around the neighborhood and grabbing some good coffee before heading back home to work.

The Toasted Pumpkin Latte was delicious, the Frozen Lemonade was refreshing. Wynn's friendly and efficient service was impeccable. And the quality and variety of Fair Trade crafts available for purchase was impressive - perfect gifts for a socially conscious friend.

This is definitely one of my favorite spots to come and study or have a meeting. It's a cute, little environment with a fair trade shop, a back room used for events and church services, and just enough chairs to work for everyone. The service is always spectacular and I always feel welcome and excited to get excellent coffee. Some of my favorite drinks are their white mocha and their plain coffees, however their best thing ever is their pumpkin chai latte that is spectacular (and I usually dislike pumpkin spice), and I hope they keep it year-round. I'm here about once a week and I love it.

Always a pleasure stopping by the Bridge! Not only do they have phenomenal drinks but the staff is top-notch as well. They go above and beyond to make each experience great for their customers whether they’re first timers or long standing regulars. The sense of community at the Bridge is extremely unique and each member of their team truly lives by their mission!

It was aight. The coffee was bad lol. But the store and the idea behind it was good. I really enjoy the fact that there's so many ethically sourced goods there, and it's in a super cute neighborhood.

One of my favorite study places! The staff is so friendly and courteous, and the quality of coffee is always phenomenal. Favorite drink of all time from here is the chai tea latte with shots of salted caramel added.

Service is always slow and I'm not sure if they know how to make half the menu. Shouldn't take 20 min to make a coffee and heat up a breakfast sandwich.Either need to train their staff better or step up their game.

The best coffee in St. Charles! I love the fact that it's a non-profit and focuses on doing good in the world. The staff know everyone by name and are so wonderful. Plus the Fair Trade store inside is great!

We were traveling on our boat and stoped for the night at the local mooring just over the road. The next day I just went for a walk and a look round and some milk for our breakfast on board and stumble on this place next to the bridge.

We had been driving for some time en route to Ely in heavy traffic and were looking for a coffee stop. We pulled up just before 3.00 pm which is closing time for them on a Friday as there is very little custom after then from passing traffic like us.

Called by on trip to the Fens from Thetford whilst on holiday. Very warm welcome, excellent food and lovely gifts. Could do with better signage as we almost missed it which would have been a shame. Highly recommended.

Cute little coffee shop, super friendly service and a decent selection of drinks and pastries. Everything we had was good (and we had a lot!). The space is a little cramped if you get more than a couple people waiting to order. We received one wrong item in our order but once we flagged down a barista they were happy to make it right. Really glad we stopped here when visiting friends in New Town.

As we live locally, we thought we should try The Bridge Coffee Shop and glad we did! Nice little find. Very welcoming even though the place was empty. The cakes looked delicious but we just had a light lunch. Would have been good if they had wholemeal bread. Coffee was excellent.
