Sadly serving a luke warm fry on cold plate is not to my taste.

Wasn't expecting to find a hipster coffee place this far out of a city! But I'm glad that we did, nice food and coffee, and everyone was friendly. Please note there are a few large steps to get in Edit to reply! The pickled sprouts were very nice and definitely not from Brussels. One can never be too cautious

Potatoes Rosti and fried pancetta with egg - do not pass it up! Maybe the nicest brunch dish i've ever had. I would have it every day if I could. Everything coming out of the kitchen looked great so I doubt you can go wrong. Great coffee too. Great spot.

Bridewell is always good. Very pleasant people, cooking and serving very good food from a varied and imaginative menu.

This wee place is an absolute find. Most delicious food, loveliest staff, great kids menu and they allow dogs 🐶 Sometimes there will be a little wait for a table, don’t be put off though, they always move through the queue quickly 😎 10/10 couldn’t recommend more ⚡️

First visit and had Rosti stack for breakfast. Really delicious and very good portion size. Lovely staff and I loved the atmosphere. Has a good buzz about it but still easily able to converse with my friend. Highly recommend and will return 😁

Decided to call in when visiting Donaghadee. We had coffee and cinnamon bun. Coffee tasted fine but tepid at best. Not sure when the bun was baked but definitely wasn't fresh, needed water to wash it down.

We went there were takeaway coffee and cake. I had the empire biscuit which delicious. Great customer service from 2 lovely lads and amazing coffee and cake. Definitely going there again, next time we visit Donaghadee.

This is a great spot for coffee and either breakfast, lunch or brunch. It's got a nice vibe and always a nice atmosphere. The food is great so definitely give it a visit. The staff are all friendly.

Never again all you can smell in it is dogs and I was in yesterday and it was full of dogs and there was a dog licking over the plates sitting on the shelf down low

Good food beautiful flavours & modern ambience.

I had the vegan hash browns with avocado and an array of accompaniments on the plate, I enjoyed every bit! The staff are lovely and very helpful, we will be back again soon, Thank you.

Lovely little place. Great coffee and excellent Carrot cake but limited opening times. There are power points at the seating area so you can charge your phone.Will definitely be back.

Hard not to fall in love with this spot! Everything is fantastic from the coffee, to the cinnamon buns, to the friendly service. You’re also just a short walk away from the harbour. Highly recommend.

A great little place to pop into for a snack and coffee. The old jail (or Bridewell) in Donaghadee. Very friendly - compact and pleasant.

Visited with my parents for breakfast. Good breakfast menu. Went for the Bridewell Breakfast, which is their version of an Ulster Fry with sourdough toast and chorizo jam. Delicious and good quality. Food was served quickly. Got there when it was relatively quiet but it filled up fast. Lovely looking cakes ang pastries available and there is takeaway as well. Must go back.

Lovely place to eat in Donaghadee. They have a frequently rotating menu of great brunch / lunch and breakfast options. With solid vegetarian and vegan options. The cakes and buns are top notch and they also sell a good sour dough loaf. They are passionate about good coffee too.

Love this place. Been several times visiting my daughter here in Donaghadee and Bridewell is always a favourite. The food is always super fresh and interesting, the cakes are great and coffee excellent.

Had a quick carrot cake and coffee with my mum. It was alot cheaper that I expected and the coffee and cake were excellent. The girl working there was super pleasant too. Overall a lovely experience and mum had no complaints for a change too 😁

Hot chocolate wasn't hot enough and I don't even like me hot drinks too warm. Disappointed, won't be back

Excellent coffee and food in a quaint town! We received a tip from a great coffee place in Belfast to try Bridewell. The pancakes were savory and sweet at the same time which was a delicious twist on the typical pancake. We also tried the blood pudding sandwich which was excellent. Will be coming back here!

Lovely cafe and coffee shop. The staff where fantastic couldn't do enough for you. The food was lovely and came pretty quickly. All local produce. Lovely cup of coffee also. I had the sweet hotcakes with bacon and maple syrup and they melted in your mouth! Would definitely recommend a visit if you find yourself down the peninsula and in Donaghadee

Rubbish, service very very slow, ordered 2 toasties but they'd no hock ham left, so we changed the order, then 10 minutes later there found the ham so we were able to have our original order. 30 minutes later we still hadn't got our toasties. Coffee was cold too and had to be sent back. £24 wasted, won't be back. Can't comment on the quality of the food as it STILL hasn't arrived 🙄 To be a bit more fair I have to say that when the food actually arrived it was very good so I've amended my rating accordingly.

First visit was very impressive. Coffee was excellent and the tray bake was lovely. Staff are young and good craic. Excellent service. Particularly liked the server who produced a 'bottle' of milk as if by magic.... highly recommened

Called today for coffee an hot chocolate with raspberry and coconut slice and white chocolate and coconut scone. Unfortunately the scone was undercooked and doughy in the top half. Nice coffee but unpleasant table service. ...disappointing 😕

Their coffee is second to none! The cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting are probably the best served anywhere in Northern Ireland !! The raspberry and coconut square are none to shabby either! We will most definitely be back!

Good spot in the lovely seaside town of Donaghadee. Pretty good filter brew from a V60 of a great Kenya Keini from The Coffee Collective. Great, friendly staff. Fair prices. Great location. Pretty good - but haven't tried the cakes or food!
