Brewery Field Street Food Restaurant in Bridgend

Exceeded all my expectations best nachos I've ever had. All 3 of us hourly enjoyed. we all had something different and the quality was very high. I had the Biryani Buritto and it was fab.

Had takeaway delivered from this place before, a wrap chick and chilli chicken that was delicious, decided to try a sunday afternoon sot down meal. Was not disappointed… the menu really needs to have the same pictures as the one online does… the food really does look and taste as good as the pictures suggest. That is my only recommendation to this place, make your menu less wordy… top marks on parmesan fries and chilli chicken epsecially

Well what can I say. WOW is a good start. This place is tucked away but an absolute gem to be found. We hadn’t booked but they got us in. We ordered drinks and food at the same time and boy how quick did the drinks come closely followed by the food. And I have to say very good portions (especially the fries not just a small basket of twelve fries and perfectly salted.) The burger that was ordered was amazing the veggie burger was very flavourful and the hallomi tacos so tasty. The service and staff are a credit to this restaurant. I will definitely recommend this place for service and value for money.

I ordered a takeaway via deliveroo. As I live some distance, I ordered two mains in order to freeze one. The lamb biriani was HUGE, easily enough for three meals for me. It was very tasty. The sauce it is served with is lovely too. I haven't eaten the chicken madras yet, though I did taste it with a bit of lovely porrota, madras tasty too. This is Indian food, so tastes different to your normal Indian takeaway, which tends to be food from Pakistan or Bangladesh. I'll definitively be visiting and eating from there again.

We have now been several times and can not recommend it any higher. The food is great and the staff can't do enough for you.

Excellent range of food offerings in one space. Great little lunch date spot which allowed us to indulge our individual tastes, onion bhajis and halloumi bites to start. Followed by parmesan and garlic chips and insanely sized burgers. Good portions of everything. A little pricey but all made freshly to order and is great for a grown up lunch out, especially with alcoholic options. Car park is pay and display and seems a bit steep, can imagine it would be busier if there was cheaper, or free, parking.

Out for a drive and decided to have something to eat. Friday night at 7pm and a very empty restaurant but we thought we would give it a go anyway. It did start to fill up within an hour. Only saw one member of staff waiting tables which didn’t seem an issue as it was so quiet. Have to give a big shout out to her, she was very knowledgeable on the menu and answered what we asked regarding the dishes. She was also super efficient and friendly. The menu covers Indian food, Mexican, British so you can mix and match. Some things seemed to be average prices and some things seemed overpriced Hubby ordered chicken strips to start and loved them, said they tasted great and the sauce was spicy too. I ordered a main of cauliflower in a bang bang sauce and dirty fries, garlic and Parmesan Hubby ordered burger with maple bacon and upgraded to dirty fries. (Burgers come with standard fries in price) he hates cheese so requested no cheese Our food arrived and the burger was dripping with melted cheese, called the server over and she immediately saw the cheese and confirmed she recalled he ordered with no cheese. No fuss at all, took it away and left him to carry on with his fries while he waited. Burger arrived for second time, this time no cheese. Initially he looked like he was enjoying it, 2 bites, then he put it down and covered it with a napkin and said he wanted to leave. Wasn’t hungry anymore and the starter and fries had filled him. We paid, just over £50 (this was for the food listed above, 1 pint shandy and 1 half shandy) In the car he explained the burger was not cooked. The centre was raw. He thinks this may have been because they were rushing to get it out to him. I asked why he didn’t say anything in there and he said he just felt a little queasy. My food, Bang bang cauliflower wings were nice but luke warm, would be nicer if they were served hot, the fries were good. Disappointing that the burger wasn’t cooked through but hubby said the starter and fries were nice Wasn’t the best experience of the food but we would give this place another chance, we think they panicked to rush the second burger out and we left without giving them a chance to rectify this (although it would have been a THIRD burger) Would love for them to move the smoking area from the entrance doors, you can smell cigarettes as you eat. This needs to be sorted, move the smokers to a designated area away from the windows and the diners

We went for the Indian buffet. The food was lovely but there wasn't a lot of choice. There were four curries on offer plus some plain rice and chicken wings. Maybe I'm expecting too much but at £19 a head I was disappointed. There were no naan breads, chips,etc and no other choice of rice. I'd visit again because I've seen rave reviews about the meals but I wouldn't go for the buffet again. It wasn't worth the money.

Superb find ! The menu was so exciting we did t know what to choose , opted for a beast box and it was really good , the taco was insanely good ! Staff friendly , nice atmosphere and the young woman in the kitchen clearly lead the team and made the magic happen. Will definitely be back

Really enjoyed the food here! Such a great selection - burgers, Mexican, Indian and wings 😍. Fast and friendly service, would highly recommend! Also a great location, a short walk from town centre!
