Staff very unhelpful more interested in chatting for long periods of time ignoring customers. No attention to customers seated outside. Long wait for an outside table to be cleared. Horrified that the Food arrived and table was still not wiped down pointed this out to the staff member who then proceeded to place our food on another table of dirty dishes while in search of a cloth. Have worked in hospitality myself and never experienced anything like this service ever. This establishment needs a manager at front of house and staff training.

Waitress talking over us with no mask on then moved on to sit with an older couple and talk closely with them. Avocado was so cold that I couldn't taste anything, egg was very nicely poached. Bread was very good so to the people that made it well done. Fry was mediocre. Waitress came back and talked again about coffee refills, then talked and laughed to friend near by. Not relaxing trying to avoid being breathed on and hearing waitress conversation instead of ours!

This has to be the best eatery in Holywood. Over the last 6 months they have adapted to everything that has been thrown their way. Food and coffee top class Staff and attitude of owners / management is just about as good as anyone would care for. These people can’t be praised enough for what they’ve done and how they have provided outstanding service to their customers. The unlimited top ups say it all- always provided with a smile😊 Through the current lockdown let’s support them as best we can. Scones to die for !

We arrived intending to have lunch. No one to greet so we took an empty table. We were told to get up and wait at door by a rude young man. We did then he called us back to the same table ! We decided not to stay.

Quite a small cafe, compared to its Bangor namesake. Had 2 x filter coffees and 2 x scones and it was good value at £7.60 in total. You can have the scones warmed if you prefer. Nice touch with the newspapers, especially if you fancy popping in on your own.

The other day, I had the rare joy of being able to meet up for lunch with my hubby as we both had business to attend to in Holywood. Brasilia provided pleasant surroundings and a very decent lunchtime menu. My hubby had the spicy chicken burger and I had a soda with bacon and egg. We did find some of the food and drink to be on the pricy side (a medium glass of raspberry soda was £2.30 - really?) but would otherwise be happy to return.

Called in here on Sunday as we were too early for Ikea. I had a hot chocolate and bagel with cream cheese and salmon. My husband had a latte and chilli burger. We could not fault a thing. Food was delicious and service quick. It was very busy so obviously popular.

Very disappointed in my first visit. Ordered the Brazilian brunch. Priced at £7.25 I had good expectations of the quality. Was served very fatty bacon on top of 2 small pancakes with an egg and half a tomato. No mushrooms as indicated on the menu. Spoke to the waitress who advised mushrooms weren't included, however she could get me some. Doubted myself but on checking the menu again mushrooms are pack of the package. Staff were lovely and attentitive, however the dish I got was by no means worth the money...even if the quality was better.

Popped in for coffee and a sandwich - lovely fresh bread, salad on the side was fresh as can be, the best BLT I have had in years! 10 out of 10.

Called in for Sunday brunch and it was certainly very busy. The other half ordered scrambled eggs with toast and I opted for the bacon or should I say fat sandwich. I’m not adverse to a bit of rind in my bacon sandwich but this was fat central. There was a long wait time by which we had finished our large pot of tea and a refresh wasn’t offered. Should have complained, couldn’t be bothered and won’t be back.

We visited Brazilia for breakfast and really enjoyed the experience. It is comfortable, nice decor, service was fast, friendly and efficient. Food came quickly and was excellent. Only criticism is that staff tend to gather behind counter, as many as 4 or 5, and chat...

Brazilia is on the High Street in Holywood with large windows looking onto the street. The cafe has a modern feel with really good food from an extensive menu. It also has menus for people with particular needs. It also serves an all day breakfast....

Maud's ice cream is delicious, however they have no menu outside so you need to go in to look at the flavours. My daughter is autistic and takes a while to make decisions, however despite wearing her sunflower lanyard there was no recognition of this, and she felt pressured to make a decision which left her (and me) feeling anxious. At the very least a smile would have eased the experience.

Went here as the cafe has a lovely setting but it is let down badly as it is extremely overpriced. One of us had soup and half a sandwich - small bowl of soup which tasted just OK and a sandwich which has to be the smallest I have ever seen with very little filling! Total rip off for the price. There is also no choice for gluten free customers. Such a pity as the cafe is pleasant to sit in.

Food very very average for an Indian . Better to go any Indian restaurant in India with a trip advisor rating of 2 !! Correlating !! It will be the best .i guess it’s best suited to the palette for the localities and not for Indian tourists . So let’s get that right. You will see a differentiation from the time you give the order to getting the table to getting billing on time - unfortunately Tourists from India will be treated differently bkz it’s business and one has to look at it who is the cash cow ? Tourist or the localities !! So I guess it’s the right thing to do !! Cheers !!! There are a few other restaurants in the area which are really really good !! Pls look up for my reviews !!

First of all the food was nice all organic, but there was no prices displayed, when we got the bill we nearly fainted. Very expensive I will not be back purely because of the prices.
