This was my second time here & it did not disappoint. The decor is lush, green & inviting. The waiting staff very friendly & the food choice is right up my street. Of you like truffle, you must order the truffle chips! My only dislike is that the coffee comes in a cup & not a mug but can easily be forgiven as the food is so nice. I’ve been with family & separately with friends and both times we all had a wonderful time. Price was average for the area too. Will definitely return!

Lack of options for vegetarians (unless you like eggs) and overpriced. I think they need to review their menu. Probably the least vegan / veggie friendly restaurant in Barnet. Restaurant itself is nicely decorated and the outside area is lovely. The (young) staff were pleasant and obliging, however I wouldn’t go back.

On a very hot day we were brought glasses of tepid water and when we asked for a jug of iced water we were told they didn’t have any jugs. My friend ordered a frittata with extra cheese but when it came it didn’t seem to have any cheese in it at all. My Caesar salad was literally drowned in dressing and inedible as a result. The service was ok and the staff young but helpful, but it didn’t make up for the poor quality of the food. We won’t be coming back.

Visited for anniversary brunch on a sunny June day. Managed to get one of the few outside tables with shady parasol. Excellent coffee and food, would highly recommend the wild mushroom dish.

Delicious food creative menu excellent service. Must try the sweetcorn pancakes. Nice private terrace. Neighbourhood social. Highly recommend

I ordered the Botannika "Stack", and to my surprise I received these 3, tiny thin pancakes. Straight away I assumed that this was just a mistake as the menu described 3 fluffy pancakes at a price tag of £12?? After questioning the wait staff and manager I was told this is how they make them. I returned my meal, asked for the bill and will never return again. Atmosphere average. Management and staff very young and immature. Won't return. P

We came for family lunch and the atmosphere is really great, the food is very tasty and the vegetarian options are very many, the service staff are very friendly and helpful, thank you very much for everything, see you again

I have wanted to leave this review for some time Overpriced, the worst ceaser salad I have ever eaten, didn’t actually eat it as it was so bad. Skin On fries had no skin on and the service staff argued that they did. Service staff inattentive and overly pleased with themselves. Prefer to go elsewhere. Lost our and everyone we knows custom for life. Paid way over the odds for a very poor meal.

Lush lunch for two on a return visit. The Mediterranean brunch and pancake stack were both delicious. The brunch was small, but delicious. And the waiting staff can't be faulted. But despite there being three WiFi options called Botannika, apparently not one of them is for customers. Considering how poor the Spires free WiFi is, this is a real shame. We are invited to take photos at the feature wall and to share them on Instagram. But only later, when we get home, apparently!

Absolutely brilliant restaurant in Barnet! This place just keeps getting better. We first visited when it opened just after lockdown restrictions were easing and although it was good then, it is now excellent. The quality of the food is impressive - innovative flavour combinations that work so well - the truffled scrambled egg on sourdough and sweetcorn pancakes with halloumi and chorizo are my personal favourites for brunch. The service is perfection, they go above and beyond everytime - making me feel relaxed when I’m with a bunch of friends of my 1 year old! The decor and ambience are great and I think the price point gives brilliant value for money. It had become a regular spot for us to visit most weeks now. Thank you so much to the entire Botanika team :).

Forget the impending heatwave - this is where you go if you want to feel chilled. Everything just seems right and in harmony with everything else: the decor, the food, the drinks, the music and the service. It's quite rare that I have to take so long to decide what to eat as I can normally see just one tempting choice on a menu - here there were several attractive dishes and I genuinely feel I need to go back to try some others. The food was very nicely done and you got the sense that there was care but there was no pretentiousness. The whole experience was extremely positive.

Absolutely fantastic breakfast here. The truffle scrambled eggs are great as was the Mediterranean breakfast . Slightly on the pricey side but absolutely worth it. The salads on display in the window looked lovely and fresh too . Will definitely be back !

Delicious Mediterranean breakfast! Pancakes were massive and Jasmine was lovely and super accommodating for our 18 month old. They cooked her egg on toast and reduced cost for small baby portion. Just what Barnet needs!

We went Botannika last weekend. It was %100 perfect. They have all kindly great staff. But the food was excellent quality. Even side dishes, dessert especially vanilla pannacotta die for it. They have most unique ambiance. You definitely don’t regret it, most recommended!!
