Really enjoyable experience eating dinner here on a Sunday. Very generous portion sizes (maybe a little too big for me but they helpfully packed up leftovers to go) and beautifully flavoured chicken & Lamb Shish mix Food also tasted fresh and I think it’s pretty healthy ~ most dishes served with fresh salad. Have visited twice and will be back again soon.

I only had a halloumi wrap but it was delicious. Looked like a good selection of fresh, tasty food. Staff were lovely

Until now almost every kebab shop we've been too have been more or less the same, yes some are a bit fresher than others but this place beats them all and il tell you why. Not only do they use a genuine charcoal bbq to cook their meats giving you that proper bbq flavour but the seasoning is on another level, very very tasty. The owner was very welcoming and friendly and recommended some dishes for us 😊 So glad i found this place as will be our new go to. Thanks guys!

The Botanik serves traditional Turkish kebabs cooked over barbecue coals. They are simply delicious. They are served with fresh salad and thick pitta bread. The restaurant is situated opposite the Playhouse in Grove Village. Highly recommended.

Certainly a spot worth stopping by, the food is awesome and well prepared, the costs are convenient and it is regularly well organized here. Keep up the good work. The Best in a Town, defnitly highly recomended!!!

Never received my order, when phoning up they claimed not to have received it and that it’s their problem it’s just eats. After contacting just eat they could not do anything either ‘shock’. So after two hours of waiting and trying to sort a refund or the order to be re done and sent, I am £20.30 down with nothing to show for it. Cheers

Food didn’t turn up. Rung them to ask why, for them to say they have no delivery drivers. Then as my partner got to the shop they shut the shop. Then rang back to say yeah someone came to the house, took a pic of your front door because no body answered. Funny how when I got the notification about the driver having the food I was at my front door. So did you have delivery drivers or not? Make your mind up 😂

I appreciate you may have been really busy last night it being Friday. But I didn’t even get an apology for being almost an hour late. I was still polite to the delivery man and he was so rude. Saying that people should cook and not order take away and that he didn’t need this job. There was no need to be rude. And the food was cold.

Apart from the surly people who work there - (try getting a smile out of any of them) my primary concern during these uncertain times is that BASIC food hygiene demands thatif you handle money then you DO NOT touch foodAlas - feel free to order your take away and watch how potential germs abd bacteria get passed fom person to person to your food!!

Easy ordering, I asked for something not on menu and it turned up with order. Food lovely and early and hot! Delivery guy wore gloves and stood a distance away. Hygiene seems great with whats going on in the world! Gloves were spotted straight away so know botanik take hygiene and cleanliness seriously. Thank you for a great meal.

Food is always fantastic and very well cooked. Delivery has always been earlier than estimate which is great.

Used Botanik quite a lot and always excellent pizza but it was burnt last night and inedible unfortunately. Tried calling but couldn’t get through. Will think twice about using them again

BBQ sauce has changed food In general not up to the quality we are used to from botanik

The chips and onion rings were lovely but unfortunately the wrap was over filled with meat and had hardly any salad in it. I asked for chocolate fudge cake but strawberry cheesecake was delivered instead. I phoned them and I was told they didn't have any chocolate fudge cake but I could have a refund on the cheesecake!

Ordered Lamb Shish at 5.45, was told delivery would be at 6.45... chicken kebab arrived at 7pm with cold chips. Phoned at 19.05 was told replacement Lamb kebab would be sent in 45 mins. It’s now 20.40 and still have no food. Don’t order from here unless you’re not very hungry and you don’t care what turns up. Shocking service

Food was just warm, dry, restaurant uses a Indian call center abroad so don't bother calling them

Didn't follow the notes resulting in me not being able to eat the food delivered. Just eat were no help at all. No answer from the restaurant. Will end up doing a chargeback on my card via the bank. Useless.

Kebab was ok - no salad and garlic mayo tasted horrible and cheap.

Decent enough burger. Large chips was quite small. Food arrived with 1.5litre Tango missing. Delivery guy told me he would go back and get a bottle then bring it back. This didn't happen. First time I've used Botanik. Unlikely to use again.

Normally love the food from here. Just got a delivery.. my burger bun was black! Kebab was cold and so was the chips! Really disappointing. Waste of £17!!

No complaints about the food. Service is terrible. Guy behind the counter was so rude. I simply asked if the chicken could be well done for which he refused. Unfortunately I had already paid. I asked again for meat to be well done the guy must have been having a bad day as I ended up having my wrapped kebab thrown at me. Will never set foot in this place again.

Visited shop. And chap was smoking outside, spitting went back in and did not wash hands . Disgusting. You never see them wash hands. Handling money . Serving food .

Worst kebab I've ever had. Lamb shish was 5 small cubes with no taste. The chilli sauce was again tasteless and the salad was so watery there was loads of water sloshing around the carton. Will not be going back. A shame as I had been told it was a good kebab. Definitely not true.

Hands down the best kebab I’ve had in England! I had the chicken donner - delicious! Generous portions and the added rice is just genius. We had to try the lamb ribs cooked over coals too and we were not disappointed! We live over half an hour away and will not hesitate to make the trip, totally worth it!

Ordered two small kebabs was told it would be around 45 mins delivery time. Almost two hours later it still hadn’t arrived so cancelled it and asked for a refund. Was constantly told it would arrive any minute. Ended up going and getting some food from another fast food restaurant when we arrived home the food had finally arrived 2 and a half hours later! Will never order from here again!

Order via just eat for 8:30pm, this time was adjusted to 9pm so not happy from the start. The meals arrived late and items where missing, although my food was alright it didn't blow me away. The other meal was awful chips over cocked and meat really bad. To say I will never ever be buying from this place again is an understatement.

What's happened to Botanik!? Ordered delivery tonight it arrived 20 mins early which initially you might think is good. Portion size poor, food warmish and not what it used to be. Won't be going there again

Used to order from this takeaway regularly. Lately things have been missing and staff have been very rude and confrontational about it, borderline aggressive. They seem to be taking much longer to deliver and more often than not the food isn't hot but just warm. They missed a whole dish from the order and wasn't even going to do anything about it. They reluctantly accepted liability and delivered the dish, but it was cold. Won't be using these again, very disappointing.

Top kebab as always. Easy no hassle same every time. Always my number one place to go I love the fresh bread not your typical kebab much more flavor.

Working away in Weston popped in here a couple of times. Pizzas cheap and cheerful, large chicken shish nice, not your usual kebab a bit different with rice but nice still.

Try the lamb ribs they are amazing ! Fresh bread salad homous on the side, gurt lush it is. I get mine collection after work as its quicker.

Ordered food at 7pm, 2 kebabs and chips. The worst food I have ever seen I wouldn’t give it to my dog! Cold, tasted horrible and don’t get me on the portion sizes - needed a magnifying glass to locate my kebab meat!!! Phoned up 6/7 times - said they would call me back (never did), refused refund and told if I wanted a refund that I had to drive to the restaurant and drop the food off. WTF?? We didn’t eat the food and said they could pick it up when ever they wanted too. Worst part is the manager wouldn’t even speak to me. Just eat we’re pretty useless as well to be honest. At least I got a massive £7 voucher for my troubles! The food was £15 and I ordered more food from somewhere else! Please please avoid like the plague!!!

The food was faultless other then the fact I ordered cheesy chips and there was no cheese on my chips. The delivery man didn't read the receipt and just stood at my door and said call it £20! I normally tip the delivery guy but it was just cheeky the fact he had decided he was going to have a tip how many others has he done this to?!
