Nice shop but a majority of the items aren't made in Scotland which is what I was looking for and assumed was the concept, based off the name.

Nice little shop to get bits in

This was a fantastic store to go shopping at, featuring a Christmas theme and bright lighting all around! The items are well-arranged on their shelves, one of which I bought shortbread biscuits as a present from at a good price and the staff were lovely.

Visité Born In The Borders al día siguiente de que se reabrieron debido al bloqueo del virus Corona.Ya no nació en las fronteras, pero ahora se llama Born In Scotland.Impresionado por la nueva "obra de arte" Al parecer, la empresa tuvo un artista durante 4 semanas para crear "imágenes de Escocia"Algunas de las imágenes, es decir. ¡Los personajes de la película Train Spotting están totalmente fuera de lugar! ¡La imagen de Billy Connoly, que es la primera imagen que se ve al entrar en la cafetería, es suficiente para dar pesadillas a los niños! !Una imagen es de uno de los Kelpies bebiendo una lata de Iron Bru.¿Por qué, oh, por qué han gastado tanto dinero en algo que en mi opinión ha estropeado el lugar?La empresa ha estado cerrada por un tiempo considerable después de que muchas otras cafeterías abrieran para realizar "trabajos adicionales" y se sintieron decepcionados al descubrir que se trataba de esta obra de arte.Aparentemente, a algunos clientes les gusta, a otros como yo no.Sin embargo, al decir esto, el personal es excelente y volveremos. Tomé un té encantador por la tarde aquí el domingo 6. El personal fue muy amable, nos sirvieron sándwiches de tomate y albahaca, scones con crema y mermelada y pasteles pequeños, estaba en un bono de itison, muy buena relación calidad-precio y estábamos ansiosos por volver a usar otro bono. Sin embargo, el lunes por la mañana el 7 de octubre recibí una llamada telefónica que me decía que desde el cierre del negocio el domingo habían cerradoEs una pena que fuera una maravilla

Mi amigo y yo tomamos el té de la tarde aquí con un cóctel de ginebra. La comida y la bebida eran absolutamente deliciosas. Claudia fue muy amable y cordial, y no pudo hacer más por nosotros. Gama muy extensa con el té de la tarde. Lo recomiendo totalmente. Definitivamente vamos a estar de vuelta.

I purchased an itison voucher fro 2 cream teas .we made our way down to Edinburgh for the day from Perth . I have to say how disappointed I was when told o could not use my voucher because we did not book there was 4 people in the cafe and they would not serve us . We have visited cafe many times before and will not be visiting again very bad show guys 👎

Have had afternoon tea in quite a few places but this was the first time it included a cup of soup. Lovely spread with finger sandwiches, mini scones and cakes. A pot of tea each with a refill if you wanted it.Manager was very friendly and helpful. Will be visiting again soon.

With time to kill waiting on a train I popped in here as it looked so inviting....good choice....a latte and a beautiful lemon cake.... £3.50 IN EDINBURGH!!!!!!! Lovely lad served me. Will always pop in here now when passing through.

He tenido un café realmente bueno aquí un par de veces y me quedé a almorzar recientemente y me encantó. Trabajo localmente y ahora me reúno regularmente con clientes ya que es un menú central, interesante y de ambiente local, aunque se encuentra en el corazón de la Princess Street de Edimburgo.

No sabíamos que este lugar existía hasta que encontramos un cupón para allí. Cócteles y aperitivos, o un vuelo de cerveza y aperitivos en oferta.Barman fue excelente, nos hizo un cóctel para nuestro gusto (no ofrece un menú y no necesita), dile lo que te gusta y pronto encontrarás una hermosa bebida frente a ti.Las cervezas estaban bien, preferían algo más fuerte, así que nos habló a través de algunas de las otras disponibles y terminamos comprando algunas para llevar a casa.¡Felizmente volvería!

Hemos estado aquí varias veces desde que abrió sus puertas y siempre me ha impresionado, pero no el viernes pasado.Fuimos a tomar café y lo peor que hemos probado en mi vida. Mencionamos esto cuando pagamos la factura y nos dijeron que había habido un problema con los granos de café y nos dieron una reducción del 10% en nuestra factura. No nos quejamos de obtener una reducción, sino de expresar su decepción por la calidad del café. Siempre hemos disfrutado de nuestras visitas en el pasado, pero ciertamente no esta vez ni la duda de si alguna vez volveremos.

Buon cappuccino all'interno del centro commerciale, bar carinissimo e ragazza super gentile. Abbiamo comprato anche dei biscotti all'avena da portare via davvero molto buoni!
