simran & omari are simply the best workers I’ve met , since it’s our first time at the boom battle bar they really made our experience one we shouldn’t forget, very caring and catered to anything we needed. Highly recommend, If you go to the 02 branch ask for simran & omari !

Considering an event was on, bar was sparse and not busy. Met for a drink before show. Wouldn't go back. Friends had eaten there, overcooked cheap food. No.. not one for me....

Loved the food, the atmosphere was amazing and vibrant. The service was also good but very questionable, the person that was serving me kept insisting for me to leave a 5 star review throughout my time there. I feel like it’s best for your staff to just focus on the satisfaction of your customers, and if you feel like the restaurant is not being advertised enough, its best to get a social media team x

We were in the O2 last night to see Take That we just had a coke before the concert. While we were in there my friend had a funny turn and nearly passed out. The staff was amazing and one lady who I think was in charge came over to make sure she was ok and got her a water and also a lemonade free so she could have some sugar. She was fine after this but just wanted to say how lovely the staff are here. Will be coming again and next time not driving so I can try some of the cocktails.

We did axe throwing which was so much fun. We had Daniel with us helping us and looking after us, he was amazing! The drinks were really good as well. Overall an amazing time would definitely come again!!!

We had such a good laugh. It was the first time for everyone at axe throwing and some took longer than others to get the hang of it. Some never managed!! The staff were super friendly and helpful

We booked for Axe throwing, but unfortunately came very late and had about 15mins left of the session! Thankfully the staff were very patient, considerate and made sure we had a good time! I still really enjoyed the experience, the staff were lovely. Thanks!!

Micah was great. Her customer service was great.

Been here previously and it was great. Second visit not so much. The staff are unprofessional particularly those who walk around with the tablets and approach you to take orders. When we were booking our activity one of them thought it would be funny to annoy the girl on reception with a cue stick and almost hit me. Then at the bar one of them approached us to take our order even though we were already at the bar ordering our drinks and got annoyed and stormed off when we didn't respond to her.

OK experience. Games were good fun and general atmosphere was good. Staff helping with the games at reception were good. Bar/Food staff were not bothered and food was overpriced and average.

Brilliant entertainment bar complete with golf, axe throwing and more - will absolutely be visiting again. Expensive but worth it, great for a day out.

Our host Josh at Boom Battle Bar O2 was very welcoming and friendly, and went the extra mile to ensure that myself and my friends had a great time. He was very informative as I booked an hour for axe-throwing and instead, he suggested that we can do 30 minutes, and offered us other games like pool, golf and shuffleboard. Thank you for making it a lovely experience!

The music was too loud, I couldn`t hear my own voice. We booked for pool and minigolf. The pool was ok, however the minigolf was turn based and people were waiting behind us for their turn. It was a bit distractive and not fun at all. At some point our drinks disappeared, apparently a very eager staff member cleaned them up before we finished.

Did the axe throwing Josh was great thanks it was appreciated Amber on the bar was great too efficient with serving drinks with a smile. Only bad thing was music was a tad too loud for my liking but great overall.

Courtney was fab and looked after us during our brunch - she made sure that the drinks were flowing! Fab service - would highly recommed. Shoutout to Keith too.

Claudie was great. I manage a hotel in Cambridge and would love a front of house member like her. Attentive, friendly and personable. Bottomless brunch is worth the money if you can drink quick enough. The service allows for you to drink through the budget set.

I had my leaving party there with my mum friends, we had so much fun! Axe throwing was the best experience and Josh (I think that was the name of fhe guy with longish blonde hair) was very helpful and friendly! It was friday night, quite busy and loud, DJ downstairs and lots of other games.

The mini golf is literally falling apart. The clubs are mostly bent. Don't bother going if you're looking to play mini golf.

Returned here last night for our team social. Group of 20+. Another fantastic evening hosted by the wonderful Chloe. A great variety of activities and the team were super flexible with our timings and were very accommodating. The karaoke was an absolute winner! Thanks and I'm sure we'll be back soon!

I went in during the Country 2 Country music festival and I requested a Strawberry Collins and they didn't disappoint! It was the best one I've had since I had one in Jamaica! I never got the ladies name but she did a great job! Thanks! Anita :)

Amazing place! Me and my family went here to try out the indoor golf. It was so much fun and the Staff was really nice. Will definitely go back to try the other activities.
