Boojum in Belfast

Recientemente he sido crítico de este restaurante por la reducción de porciones sin embargo visitamos ayer y las cosas estaban de vuelta a las buenas porciones normales. La comida siempre ha sido deliciosa y esto fue lo mismo ayer. Buen personal como de costumbre. Sigue así.

En primer lugar puedo decir que la comida es genial y el personal es muy eficiente. Sin embargo, las porciones se han reducido drásticamente. Muy poca carne reemplazada por demasiado arroz y ensalada. Solía ser que apenas podía terminar un burrito ahora probablemente podría comer dos. Muy triste ya que este era nuestro ir al lugar en la ciudad para la comida picante. Sé que los tiempos son difíciles pero si no se rompe no lo arregles. El aumento de precio es amplio sin afectar el tamaño de la porción. No puedes tenerlo de ambas maneras 😢

Visited during a weekday evening, was very quiet. Once I had got to grips with the menu options, I went to the counter to place my order. Service was quick and friendly. For me, food was tasty and it tasted fresh. Plenty of seating - my only complaint seating inside was music was very loud......but I am getting old! The food was very good value in my opinion. If I wanted a quick meal and something tasty, I would visit again.

I had a very good Burrito here. It was busy but despite this, the staff were friendly and efficient. The food was well presented and delicious and I would recommend it for pit stop dining to future travellers.

Most people should know of Boojum by now and know what you're getting … quick, tasty, and high quality fast food burritos that are unrivalled anywhere else in the UK or Ireland. excellent stuff. Not sure why this particular restaurant in the chain has received more mixed reviews - I think its great and just as good as any other.

Went here at around 5:30 pm. Place was not very busy but the music was too loud that you and the staff couldn’t hear each other while placing an order. The noise gave me headache. Chaotic. Rude staff. No courtesy. Food was okay. 4/10. Wee bit cold. Low quality food but i think overpriced.

Food is typically fantastic but the use of deliveroo is abysmal. Just had a rider lie and say our food was delivered because he couldnt find our address. Like a taxi driver leaving you 4 miles from home because he doesnt know the area. The use of deliveroo will do the reputation of Boojum no good at all. Family of 4 sat waiting for food for 2 hours and charged 24 pound with no food receieved. Pathetic.

I went to boojum for lunch, and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were very nice, and the burritos were very quick to come. Absolutely delicious, lovely place to place to have a quick lunch, 100% would come here again.

Usually a big fan of boojum so we were so excited when we could get it delivered, unfortunately our order was completely wrong. We paid extra for queso, guacamole and meat in both bowels and didn’t receive any. We paid £28 for two bowls plus £4.95 delivery. What I actually received was a bowel of rice, the wrong salsa and a tonne of sour cream (I ordered just cheese- no sour cream) and I’m still searching for the chilli?! I would strongly recommend not getting boojum delivered if you would like to receive what you ordered and paid for. Very disappointing as boojum had always been great in store.

To set things straight. If I could give a 0 star review I would. As soon as I set foot in the shop It was spat in my face that it would be card only, then when going to sit down, a red haired woman screamed across the store that the seats were closed, and if I sat there I would be told to leave. A slender tattooed man then ordered us to fill out the track and trace form as we would be “law breakers” if we didn’t. Overall, I was left with a very sour taste in my mouth by the attitude of the staff in the establishment and it is safe to say I will never be back

Food was the same as usual so happy with it. I know the staff can’t control the weather so not their fault that we were there on a day it had rained. However the rain had stopped probably at least 2 hours before we ate and there was no sign of any further rain. In my opinion the staff member who was outside directing people to the sitting area could have quickly dried the rain of the seats. He didn’t and wouldn’t allow people to move the metal chairs that were dry beside each other apparently this was due to social distancing. Therefore every group had to dry their own seats not a massive deal but still given that a staff member was standing about with little to do, it would have been better and more convenient for customers that seats were already dry.

Been going to Boojum for years, 4 tshirts later and most recently I've got lazy with remembering my stamp card. But just shows you don't care about the stamps because the food is just amazing. I go for the bowl because I like to bring some home and eat later. The ONLY problem I ever have is when you ask for double meat and depending on the server, You only get a half serving for the 2nd meat, when it should be a full serving.

Visited tonight for a burrito bowl. Served by a blonde girl who was more interested in chatting to her colleagues than serving me. Everything was slapped into the container, no info provided on what was on offer just everything would be extra. yes no problem happy to pay. Given enuf rice to feed 4 people but very small portions of everything else. Counter looked dirty with no labels on items and trails of toppings lying across the top. poor customer service, had to bag my container myself, disinterested staff and rice similar to uncle bens.

No longer living in Belfast,I haven't been to Boojum since they were on chichester St. Poped in for some lunch at the Victoria centre branch and although the food was good, it didn't quiet hit the spot that I remember. The staff were all Friendly enough too but seemed to be living on a different planet. I food the presentation of the food abit slap dash. There wasn't the same level of care that I remember from the old days. So while I enjoyed my meal,it felt abit of an empty experience.

I have been going to Boojum for years. Anytime I am in Belfast I will make sure I get one. I have had burritos from all over the world and nothing has come close to this one yet.

Clean, friendly and well-priced. The food bar has fresh food and helpful staff. You can choose to do a traditional burrito with a wrap or go with a bowl. Everything we ordered was great. I suggest the bowl - less messy.

Ever since Glasgow's finest (Pinto) burrito bar was bought over and made into a chain I've lacked a burrito that could match up to expectations and please my taste buds. This was of course until our visit to Belfast last week. I had walked past a few of these restaurants across the city during our stay then on Saturday we popped into this one for lunch. It was fantastic. The chicken burrito with coriander rice, beans, mild salsa, sour cream, lettuce and cheese. Just wow. Full of flavour and a very satisfying burrito. Plus a Corona and lime for good measure. Recommended 10/10.

we grabbed a burrito here a couple of times as we were on the go- you can eat in of course. Good selection , fast , friendly service and the food is really tasty and good value . Standard burrito is about £6 plus you can add on of course too - recommended if you are after a quick , tasty bite on Belfast centre

As good as any of the others. If you typically get a wrap/burrito, try a bowl next time. More food & less heavy. Find what you like-after trying as much as possible- and perfect it! Super food, quick and a good price!

missing Mexican food in Belfast...go to Boojum...Chipotle style assembly line for your Mexican burritos, tacos, bowls etc. Fresh, spicy, adequate variety and quite tasty..no complaints... ariiba arriba... njoy :)

Really impressed with the place overall.The food is very tasty and filling, prices are also quite reasonable. Lot of choice on the menu so you could enjoy so many different configurations to keep things interesting. All 3 stores I visited during my weekend in Belfast...

Fast efficient service. I had a chickenburrito bowl which was tasty and filling. Would love to go back and try a few more sauces as I played it a bit safe!

Amazing food ,fresh , cheap and filling! If you like Mexican fare you can’t beat their burritos- serious value for money

Delicious burrito. I said I was vegan and they immediately changed their gloves,, obviously trained and used to vegetarians and vegans. Great service and fantastic tasty food. Will definitely be back.

People who don't eat meat can visit this restaurant. Also I satisfied with the taste and more quantity that I expected. Cause of these strong points, there were many teenagers and so crowded at the dinner time. 육류를 섭취하지 않는 이들도 부담없이 방문할 수 있습니다....

Me and my boyfriend are both vegan and we couldn’t have had more delicious options, the burrito bowl is amazing and is a ‘make your own style’ with lots to choose from! Absolutely beautiful food and customer service was fab, very quick, easy to order...

It's nowhere anything like Chipotle at all I promise you. Today Sunday. 3 members of staff at 2.00 pm and 3 customers. It felt as though there were 200 customer ahead of us . One girl talking about her holidays and helping herself to swigs...

Literally the best burrito I have ever eaten. Can't be beaten on taste and you always get plenty of food for your money!

Went here for lunch after work one day, I have been to other Boojums before but this one is new and was close to work. It is lovely inside, with great decor and a friendly atmosphere. The staff are all very talkative and very patient...
