Amazing puddings, I would highly recommend the Nutella cookie dough and sticky toffee pudding with custard. Good value for money. Staff always polite and friendly. We've tried a few dessert places and this one has been the best by far.

The delivery service was poor, took much longer than the estimated timeframe & had to ring them twice before it eventually arrived(told different info each time I rang) That being said, the waffles were delicious & still warm, so a solid 5 for that, really let down by the delivery which was a shame

EDIT: Came back in to order a milkshake and it tasted like blood. Like straight up metallic when it was meant to be kinder Beuno. The worker made me another one and it tastes exactly the same. I will definitely not be coming back here again. Complete waste of money. Don’t come here. When we first walked in and picked a menu up they didn’t have any prices which I found incredibly strange and unhelpful. There seemed to be a meeting of managers in the middle of the shop which was so weird. I had to pick up a large in store menu which was absolutely filthy, (see in picture). They Didn’t have ANY tapioca, didn’t even have ANY hot drinks either. I’d at least expect for them to have a kettle and some tea bags which they didn’t have. The chairs were very dirty and stained and one of the waiters smelt heavily of bio. This was to the point where myself and my partner had to move to the seating near the door. I ordered the Ferrero crepe and the kinder bueno milkshake whilst my partner ordered a kinder bueno crepe and an aero milkshake. The food was actually decent, however there was a lack of toppings in between the layers of the crepe. (But that’s me being picky.) The milkshakes actually were pretty nice. Overall the ambience and mood of dining in was not a nice experience. If you want to pick up a dessert and eat it elsewhere that’s probably the better option if you’re not put off by the overall hygiene.

Recently visited Booboo Desserts and was greeted by friendly staff who made us feel right at home. Me and my partner visited boo-boo deserts last Saturday and it was such a lovely and pleasant place. The staff were so friendly and welcoming (he even moved the air fan closer to us as it was a hot day). But more importantly the food was amazing, massive portions and all fresh and delicious. - I definitely recommend the cookie dough, 10 out of 10!!! We was very happy with our visit and will definitely come again :)

Amazing staff. So helpful, kind and patient. I wanted something that wasn't on the menu, they kindly agreed to make it, they made it a bit wrong but offered to remake, they remade a bubble tea for my daughter as she didn't like the 1 she ordered and they so kindly made another for her which she loved. All the deserts were amazing, delicious and just a great experience all round. Thank you

Disappointing We used to be very happy with our orders from Booboo until the last couple of months. The delivery has taken over an hour every time for 2 person orders. We kept on ordering as the pancakes and crepes are really good but this time around there was a piece of plastic in the pancakes and the boba was awfully flavourless. Will not be ordering anymore. Really don’t like to complain but third times the charm.

Me and 5 of my friends went to BooBoo's for dessert, and we have a lovely time. The staff were so nice and even gave us complimentary ice cream after our delicious desserts.

This is a very good dessert shop which you can find in alfreton. They have some nice bubble tea as well where you can’t anywhere else in alfreton.this is the only store.definitely recommend place.friendly staff

waited 2 hours and 15 minutes for the delivery last night took deliveroo its self to sort it out as you can’t get threw to the restaurant offered a complimentary order for today to arrive at 6 o’clock “guaranteed” aparently not arrived was kind enough to delete my other review unfortunately won’t be this time.

Edit: following my one star review the manager got in touch and explained that the missing items was due to a lack of stock and that we should have been contacted about this (which we were not). He offered to send us the items we were missing which we were very grateful for but he ended up sending us our whole order again. And it was absolutely amazing. If it wasn’t for the terrible staff I wouldn’t think twice about ordering again. I will definitely visit again as the food was some of the best desserts I’ve had but I will not order delivery again and especially not at a weekend as they are not currently able to handle it. The donuts and cookie dough are honestly 11/10. The crepe is lovely but perhaps not the best for delivery as it starts to get chewy but I would recommend trying it if you go there! It was a shame about the previous experience but it’s clear that was the fault of certain staff members (who the manager made clear he was aware of) so hopefully that will be sorted soon Old review: Absolutely dreadful. Waited 2 hours to come and called numerous times with no one answering. When they eventually picked up a man answered and he was snappy and rude. The order eventually came but it was missing items and when I tried numerous times to call again until their closing time I got no answer again. I’ve ordered from them once before and had the same issues last time (with them also not telling us when they swapped an item to something we didn’t like) but I thought it was a one off because they got busy. Turns out it is a continuous issue. I’m sure if you go and sit in it would be lovely but do not get it delivered!

Had some nice tasty waffles from here biscoff waffle and their signature waffle is the best....and they have bubble tea as well..I have tried their brown sugar bubble tea with topicoa perals....which is amazing...and the ambience is 10/10 ....I will definitely recommend this place for my friends and family. Thank you team for the best service.will visit again.

Ice cream taste like bleach so we’re all probably going to die later tonight in our sleep. Also got third degree burns from the boiled milk I got handed to go with my tea? Waste of time and waste of money.

Phone order to collect, was ready when arrived hot cookie dough and waffles ice cream still a solid when got home 😂 absolutely gorgeous not the cheapest puddings but definitely worth it for a treat day!! Staff friendly and knowledgeable had my first bubble tea loved it, will 100% be back for more!
