Bonobo in Cheshire West and Chester

In a party of 12 that had a table booked for 2.15. We had to wait 20 minutes until we could be seated. We had booked the unlimited brunch. This would be great if we actually got any food. Some of us had no food and it was 3.45. We only had an hour and half slot. The food consists of burgers ,pizzas and fries. No excuses for being so long with the food. I made 2 orders of food 1 was for a burger. 1 was for fries. I never ever received the fries. I left still feeling hungry. Although the staff where very nice there was no apologise. Just took full payment. The atmosphere was pretty good and the whole experience would have been good if they could have delivered what they where offering unfortunately they failed miserably

Been for a few 'Botomless Brunches' at different places, some better than others, but. Bonobo beats the lot! We had booked for 2pm and arrived just before. We were greeted promptly and seated. It has a really good vibe, a DJ who added to the atmosphere, without being too much. Excellent range of food (it's not a slice of pizza!!) and cocktails. There is an option to upgrade (£6) to include loaded fries and some extra drinks. Service was absolutely amazing, our server, Rio, was really attentive without being overbearing. Will most definitely be visiting again, they've a lot to live up to!

Our food and drinks were flowing the whole time and we were never left with an empty glass. The music was on point too. We had a great time !

Amy was a very happy friendly server and made sure we were happy all evening. Offered us shots which was lovely and gave us great company. Thank you for a great experience!

Last minute bottomless brunch- came to Bonobo for a last minute brunch for my birthday- given the time of year it was quiet but we received a warm welcome by the staff who were both on point. The drinks were flowing for the whole 90 minutes and we made good use of the bottomless food too. 10/10

Would not recommend the bottomless brunch here, the service was very slow we only got 4 drinks in 90 minutes. The glasses the drinks were served in started off average size and then got smaller and smaller. They advertise as bottomless pizza but when it’s taking 45 mins for a slice to be served it’s hardly bottomless. Only seemed to be one woman taking drinks order for the whole bar. We add to ask for the bill twice and we’re waiting 45 mins after our session finished for it to arrive. Not worth the money and wouldn’t return.

Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to host a 21st or private party, we had the best of nights! Will and Cam were so helpful with setting up from guest list, drinks on arrival, balloons, buffet, streaming photos on screens around the room. We had 70 people there and room just right, some seating areas, its own bar and toilets and a great dance area in from of the DJ booth. We hired room from 7.30 through till 2am. We also hired a Photo Booth which went down a storm. Everyone had a fantastic night. Thank you Bonobos.

We asked for a vegetarian meal and none was not on the menu whenJesper called the chef in and understood our requirement.

Absolutely brilliant!! We had an amazing bottomless brunch and carried on afterwards. We were there for two of my friends birthdays and they were lovely with us. The service was very good. Robyn our waitress was extremely attentive and helpful. Very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Very professional and a very good representative of the company. Cameron the owner was very welcoming and generous with us all. The football was on and my son and his friend wanted to come in to watch and Robyn said and bring them in and fed them and made them mocktails that they asked for. We will definitely be back! Thank you guys for a great day!! 😃😃

This place is super great, super quirky and the food is super tasty! With video games tables as well as non-video games tables. There is a bar on each floor. Its open, rustic, different and great to talk about. The staff are super duper too!

This urban restaurant's food is so good! I've been there twice now and have absolutely nothing bad to say about the food. There are 2 menus, a good menu and a naughty menu, so all are catered for! The place is a great chill out area. There are even tv's at some tables so you can play computer games! Alcohol served. Staff are fantastic, so friendly and helpful, (especially the young scouse lad doing MH at uni). The only downside I've found is the single toilet upstairs that smells a bit off, so maybe that can be dealt with? Apart from that I would say its one of my favourite places to eat in Chester.
