BOnA Sourdough Pizza in Lewisham

I ordered a pizza and it came burnt. It tasted bad, and we could not eat it. I understand that can happen, but I contacted them 3 times about it and did not get any response, which I find not acceptable.

I decided to give Bona another chance as I wasn’t impressed the first time. A great selection of pizza options. However let down by poor cooking of the pizza. Undercooked again so had a soggy middle. Toppings just slid off. Not what you want from a sourdough pizza. Such a shame because they use good quality ingredients and pizza had flavour. Also pizza comes uncut so a really messy eat. Never again. Go to Mamma Dough further down in Sydenham for a far better pizza.

We always pop in for the great pizzas and the best dips to accompany them when visiting London. Highly recommend the honey nduja dip.We had an amazing waitress called Safia who was not only attentive but bubbly and friendly which is a rarity these days. Super value for money and they offer takeaways.

Really enjoyed our meal here, we had meatballs, aubergine parmigiana and burrata to start, followed by some good sized well cooked Pizzas. We all tried some different toppings and everyone said it was very tasty and well cook. Will definitely be back :)

we ordered from bona many times. always good. im sure that previously they cut the slices but not today. had to carve it with scissors ! i shall no longer order from them unless they will cut slices before delivering

We stumbled by chance upon this unassuming place closed to Forest Hill Station in South East London. Very welcoming staff, a clear and concise menu and a few minutes after ordering two very delicious pizzas were delivered to our table. Classic neapolitan sourdough topped with very tasty ingredients. The homemade tiramisù advertised on the menu was very tempting but on this occasion there was no room for it, just an excuse to go back.

This was by far the most delicious gluten free pizza ever-ie real pizza. Great service, so friendly, lovely people , and (lovely drinks too)

I went two week ago for the first time in this restaurant. I was really satisfied the pizza. It was a really Neapolitan Pizza, It was very light, I could eat another one. The buffalo mozzarella and the sausage were amazing. I fully recommend it.

This is a hidden gem of a pizzeria. The service is excellent, the food is excellent, everything is excellent in this restaurant. It is a lot cheaper and a lot nicer then any of its rivals. I thoroughly recommend this restaurant to anyone that enjoys good, traditional food in a restaurant with a homely feel to it. YOU NEED TO GO!

I just wanted to give a shout out to the two staff at Bona who were helpful and attempted to entertain my toddler who had a meltdown and was screaming in the restaurant last week!
