Very nice place to come for a buffet with such a good variety of food for a reasonable price, the staff are friendly and welcoming

It's what you'd expect fron a good buffet but here you're not limited to 1 style of food, there's many types, Chinese, Indian, Greek, and even a Japanese grill but there's also a boat load of options for kids too so there's enough choice please anyone and the drinks are reasonably priced too, not what you'd expect from a buffet

This was my first time eating a Pan-Asian buffet and to be honest I found the range of food offered overwhelming and unable to be appreciated in a single visit. There’s spacious seating, a vibrant atmosphere, and when all is said and done, Bon proves to be a value-for-money restaurant providing a dining experience to be repeated on the right occasion.

The Q to get in was massive like stupid long, no table service and as i am disabled it was very difficult to carry drinks from bar to table had to make 3 trips. £10 for 4 Pepsi’s which isn’t bad. However, family of 5 = £102 on food and drinks when in a pub it’s around £50-60 for proper grub.. all in all it was ok but way over priced. Ps they take your near empty plates away quicker than lightening so you hang on……

First visit, Very great place, came for my birthday with 4 more people. Lovely experience. Only wish the tables had more space/gap between others. Otherwise fantastic. Will come here again!

I'm bipolar I attended your restaurant on my own yesterday around 5ish. I felt Alot of people where sharing at me. I had one plate of nice curry and felt the atmosphere was to much. So I politely asked the lady who I speak to. She directed me to the front desk. I queued up and asked for half my money back as id only been there 20 minutes at most. The man started serving the next customers and said I don't remember you coming in. I was highly embarrassed as he did it infront of customers thank you for that experience.

Was booked as a big group celebrating an 18th birthday from 7:30 - 9:30pm. They stopped serving food and drinks at 8:30.

Huge variety of dishes and plenty of options. Taste is average and can be improved overall.. its a busy busy place.. so make sure you have reserved a table or ready to wait 45min-1 hour

What a great experience! We reserved for a group of 20 last Friday, and Bon Pan welcomed us wonderfully. We were fasting for Ramadan, and the food was varied and delicious. The cozy atmosphere made the evening even more special. Definitely a recommended place to enjoy with a group. Thank you for the excellent service!

Absolutely disgusting service ! If you have autistic children, don't waste your time taking them or any children ! Myself and another couple went today and were told it was £11 just for entry even if our children weren't eating ,and children have to pay adult prices if they're a certain height. My 10 year old was cms over the line, and they said she was classed as an adult . Myself and the other couple refused to pay for a 4 year old just to sit on a chair. Absolute piss take .

Good food and professional staff however people are packed in like sardines and it gives a real rough and ready atmosphere. I do not blame the staff or establishment as a whole but the fact that so many people are allowed in brings the place down as people are greedy and load up their plates with more food than they can eat and are generally so untidy at their tables and food is flung across the tables and on the floor to the point you have to watch where you step sometimes. It's really off putting to be eating your meal and the table next to you has food all over it where parents haven't bothered to clean up after the children and even themselves! I think the number of tables needs to be reduced and have less people in at a given time and a booking system introduced as it is each man and woman for themselves once your through the doors and heading to the buffet....food runs out quickly and it can just become like a madhouse.....been twice now and sadly don't think I'll be visiting again due to the above. Again, don't blame the staff but it's just not a pleasant place to have a nice meal.

The food is good big selection only problem is tje plates don't seem that clean you got to root through a stack to find one without food on it

One of my favourite places to eat! Food is always amazing and constantly on rotation. Lots to choose from, the staff always greet you with a smile and are always happy to assist in any way they can. Clean and tidy as always. Great atmosphere every time I've been (which is a lot!)

Would be a solid 5 star but as time has gone on the tables are too tight together and there’s no room to breathe or move around and we went around a busy period so it was just not delightful and loud although the food was lovely.

Bang average. We were first in and the food was still cold. If you want no frills no taste but lots of options, its perfect. If you prefer good food with flavour and quality ingredients, go elsewhere

Been here twice Once at teatime, once at lunch. Teatime, better choice of food, mile long queue for drinks. They should do table service. Once at lunch on a Saturday. Forget it. Chocker, children running everywhere, hardly any desserts on, loads of food trays empty, cold and noone refilling. Staff barely speak english, and were shouting to one another loudly, rather than checking trays. Very stressful, ended up wasting so much time just chasing them to fill up the food trays and actually understand why there were no desserts. Even though lunch finishes at 4, trays were empty at 3.30 and was told its basically tough. Loads of the plates were dirty too.

Nice place and full of varieties, enjoyed a real meal time there. Enjoyed the sea food and meat items. Great atmosphere and lovely decorations

I found a pube in my chicken korma. Chicken nuggets were pink. The staff are rude, I found a full pizza on the toilet even tho I just came to the toilet to have wee. Hygiene is very poor.

We queued up on Saturday and it was busy just in the queue just before 1700 hrs opening time. So we gave it a miss. We did come back Monday lunch time having booked a table, booking was not required as now plenty of space Entry was easy pay your set money, discounts NHS etc accepted. Go next person get allocated a table. There is a bar you buy your drinks from, jugs of water were given out but only saw one. Go get food, the food was plentiful but not always that hot. It was nice but not wow. Go in hungry. I like the style of please eat as much ass you can but do not waste which most people seemed to respect. There is also a chef sect up n where meals are made up for you. I thought it was worth the money in the afternoon and drink was reasonable too. Just thought could be hotter. It is what I expected. I would not want to come during busy periods.

Overall Good Atmosphere and variety of food/buffet selection, varying price points depending on what time of the week you visit, Bon Liverpool is great if you want to go on a group meal without the fuss of organising things. Very simple and the stay for the most part are helpful and welcoming! Good location in Liverpool that’s central and within a stones throw of your next destination, whether that be the cinema, arcades or bars.

Worst food ever to be served in any place I have ever encountered. Being a vegetarian the taste of all the vegetarian foods was below average and ever who ate non veg said the food was worst. When you can’t even make a goof food please don’t be in business.

I love Asian food lol , haven't been to an Asian buffet for many years . I prefer restaurants. Staff are great , smiling and do an excellent Job . The Food was of a good quality , but everything was so bland , nothing tasty , nothing spicy , I tried most things on offer and the quality of the meats , prawns , vegetables ect was good , but nothing hit the taste buds like Asian food should . Then it was so busy , everyone was bumping into each other. Queues , tables and chairs so close together. I won't be going back sorry. Price point about correct for the amount of food people where putting on their plates lol

First visit and will definitely return as the value for money is amazing. So much choice so it's suitable for the whole family especially if you all like different things. Food was really nice, the only I didn't like was the separate bar for drinks, like you pay on entrance for the food but then have to go to the bar once seated. If this is the case then drinks orders should be placed at the table and it be a wait on service as it is a pain to have to go queue at the bar, especially when it's busy, whenever you need a refill, even just for water.

This buffet exceeded our expectations! A huge area with all kinds of food. Every thing you tried was delicious and you only wanted more. I highly recommend it!

It's a lot of "okay" dishes. Our local Chinese takeaway is amazing but you pick like 2 things that are incredible. Bon pan is lower quality than our local. But there is a lot to choose from. I recommend the pork in black bean

We’ve been plenty of times and it’s always been really nice, but we went last night and the food was very subpar, and I’ve had cramps since eating and the 3 of us have been feeling sick which is not good. Unfortunately we won’t be going back.

Great Buffet restaurant in the centre of Liverpool. £20.99 for all you can eat is a very honest price. It was busy but staff were very attentive in cleaning plates and tables. Good was piping hot and delicious, a great selection of hot dishes, salads, fruit and dessert!

Food only luke warm, although it was tasty. Didn't like the idea that you had to either get your drink yourself and then leave it on the table unattended while you chose your food/vice versa. Lots of food to choose from, not much of an atmosphere.

Came today. Safe to say I will not attend again within a hour of eating here I was aggressively throwing up aswell as my partner throwing up

Every time I visit Liverpool I have to come to Bon. I love the food here. So worth it. Been a handful of times, wish we had the same in Leeds.

Food for all, whatever you want. A huge restaurant, something for everyone, whether you are alone or with children. The staff is always helpful and willing to help, and that's what counts. The decor and atmosphere are perfect - you go with a plate and put whatever you want. Remember that when you leave the restaurant you will be rolling and moving slowly, so don't get up while running 😁

Saturday evening visit, so you pay a premium to get in. To begin with, the queue is very poorly managed - it's supposed to be a line for general entry and one for those who've prebooked with prebooked diners being seated first. This wasn't the case and it was a free-for-all to get in the minute the doors opened, with queue jumping rife. The food choice was poor. With basically 3 of most dishes, apart from the really popular dishes of which were always empty to the point I never had chips once. Example, some dishes were; breaded mushrooms, stir fried mushrooms, garlic mushrooms. Thai noodles, Singapore noodles, stir fried noodles, chicken in black pepper sauce, chicken in satay sauce, chicken in sweet and sour sauce etc etc. 1 dish of regular chips (always empty) and there weren't even any salt and pepper chips. My wife said the battered chicken tasted stale so she didn't eat what was on her plate... The soft drinks tasted very watered down even without ice, and only come as large. And it was far too hot in the restaurant, for some reason the A/C units were blowing warm air? We've visited many times before but think this will be our last unfortunately. When paying premium prices, you expect the offering to be better than this. On a positive, the tables were cleared quickly and it seemed clean throughout.

Celebrated our 6th wedding anniversary here! Beautiful restaurant, great food, there is something for everyone and excellent customer service. Great value for money. Trust me on this!

An ideal place for lunch or dinner, if you are in Liverpool, number of dishes to choose from, varied and quite good desserts, and at a quite acceptable price, a spacious and very clean place, it has high chairs for small children

Not first time jump in and having great meals every time! Great service always checking cleaning tables fast ! Fresh salats every time ! Great price and great food! The only thing upsets me that shrimps cooked with shells...

Bon Pan is the best place to be in Liverpool. They serve continental dishes. Trust me, visit Bon Pan and you have delicacy of your best meal 😋

On Monday, we had a nice dinner at the Bon Pan buffet, with a great variety of fresh dishes and a pleasant atmosphere. However, in the dessert area, there was no supervision, and several kids were touching the candies with their hands, and no one said anything, which felt unhygienic. Still, it’s a recommended place for family dinners with a wide selection of food.

The food was not that great but there was a lot.

The first time we visited this restaurant, the food and decor appeared satisfactory, and the taste of the food was acceptable. However, the following morning, I experienced severe discomfort and frequent trips to the restroom. Initially, I hesitated to attribute this to the restaurant, so we decided to visit again a month later. This time, I brought my daughter along, and unfortunately, we both became ill the next day, experiencing vomiting for two days. Given these consistent negative experiences, it is highly unlikely that this is a mere coincidence. Therefore, I regret to inform you that I will not be returning to this establishment.

Mainly Asian food, Chinese, Indian, Southeast Asian flavors, but also Western food, such as pizza, chips, sauces. Great value for money. Worth recommending.

Called in to enquire about gluten free options, wasn't expecting there to be much choice but there were a lot of GF option, everything was labelled for GF and other allergies. They allowed us to pop in and take a look before paying and ordering. The range of food is amazing, something for everyone. We were visiting Liverpool for a few days. We went back the following day, very impressed, excellent value for money. Staff very vigilant about cleaning the tables and clearing away. Never felt rushed or under pressure to hurry or leave. Will definitely return when we are back in Liverpool

We arrived to our hotel in Liverpool around 5pm. After a long day travelling we decided to eat at this restaurant close by. So pleased we did, as it was a wonderful experience. Beautifully decorated. Excellent choice of dishes to try, friendly helpful staff. Highly recommended. Pity we cannot visit again as we live in Spain

Me and my friend visited Bon pan for tea yesterday. The woman on the desk spoke to my friend and asked ‘are you paying for 2’ my friend said ‘no just 1 please’ after he payed she didn’t speak a word to me just presented me the card reader. She was very rude she was speaking to another member of staff. The food was barely warm and the salt and pepper chicken was still pink in the middle. This has resulted in my friend having food poisoning. Staff behind the bar didn’t know how to make drinks properly and the overall experience was terrible. I won’t be returning. I will be reporting this to food standards as this is unacceptable.

Every food you can think of, BUT NOT restaurant quality. Great if you can like a pig.

Food was absolutely awful everthing I put on my plate was freezing and hard won’t be coming here again!

Friendly staff, nice food considering the amount they have to prepare, very accommodating. It's a little cramped, not recommended for wheelchair users, and drinks are not fairly priced. Well worth a visit, though, with a great variety of food options. Toilets are up lots of hard steps, appalling, smelly and no toilet tissue with toilets full of **** and overflowing. 8 of us went for an evening meal, and for the first time, one of us got food poisoning, and it was the fussy eater.

Very poor hygiene problems, a piece of steel and hair appeared in the food.

The food was lovely in this restaurant, it is a bit pricey but as an all you can eat it is worth it. My only issue was they had ran out of Apple Crumble.

Visited many times and never fails to disappoint

If you are hungry and you are in Liverpool, it is a perfect place to fill yourself up at a good price. With a more careful decoration and aesthetics than normal buffets, it offers a wide variety of food from different Asian countries. India, China, Thailand, Japan, but also some English and American food. The flavors in some of the dishes are not very successful, however others, like the Indian ones, were delicious.

Saturday night is chaos. Avoid.

I tried the onion rings, which were cold and soggy. As well as the fried mushrooms which were greasy. The fried noodles were good but the egg fried rice hasn't been fried for long enough, no soy sauce to add the golden colour and basically no egg. Luckily I didn't pay for my meal as it was provided through university but for an Asian restaurant you need to put more time effort and love into food

If yea want a Belly Full at a decent price head this way. But make sure you book. It's packed out !!!!

The food was OK, and there was plenty to choose from. The only thing was the food wasn't very hot.

I usually enjoy my visit but on this occasion I did not feel well omed from the Reception, the staff all looked glum...no ambience 🤷 and for 12.10 the food was lukewarm.

I had the pleasure of dining at Bon pan liverpool, and I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish, will back again very soon.
