Stunning food and clearly - as they advertise - using their family recipe. Amazing flavours, light and delicious schwarma wrap and super service from the lady managing. Stumbled upon this place, but it looked fantastic and delivered! I’ll be back for sure!

We love this little takeaway, and we always visit on our breaks away to London. Perfectly situated just up the road from our hotel and favourite pub 😁. The lady that takes the orders is so lovely and helpful and always makes you feel welcome. The food is excellent and so are the portion sizes, always more than enough food making it great value for money too. Thank you 🥰 can't wait to come back in August.

I got a take away but you can eat in. The reviews of the food I read online were matched by my experience IRL (in real life). I eat everything but my cuisine choice is rarely Lebanese. I rode past a place that sold Shawarma earlier in the day so the seed was planted for later. After a short online search I found Bon Appetite and I'm so happy I did,. great food made from mothers recipe.... 5* takeaway experience :-)

As always the food here is delicious and the service is great too. We haven't found anything we haven't loved on the menu. Plenty of veggie choices too. They'll always make room for you and make you feel welcome. We are sad we don't live nearer!

Customer service was exceptional and food was amazing would highly recommend , very efficient and fast service.

Delicious food at excellent value. Perfect place for a pre-theatre meal. Don't be put off by the unappetising decor because the food more than makes up for that. We shared a chicken shawarma plate with garnish salad & chips, 1 portion of Kibbeh which were perfection and a Fatoush salad, which had a little too much pomegranate sauce for our liking.

Randomly walked in after a long hungry day. The food came out hot, fresh and clean. Tables, walls and ambience was very neat. Welcoming service.

It has taken me a little while to come up with exactly what I should write about Bon Appetit. It's difficult to be sure what one's focus should be when you visit a restaurant, and as such, whether it's worth shining a light on specific aspects of the experience. Usually, my focus is very much on taste, but on this occasion, it was actually the service that forms the body of my review. Firstly, I'd like to make it very clear. At no point during dinner was the one member of staff we dealt with anything other than friendly. However, unless there were extenuating circumstances of which we were unaware, I can only assume that ignorance is bliss, as the services was incredibly cheerful, yet utterly hopeless. To begin with, the owners of the establishment stated that the restaurant was accessible. An accessible restaurant should not require me to get out of my chair to step up into the restaurant, nor for tables to be moved, to get me into the back part of it. Additionally, when told to sit where I'd be most comfortable, to only once settled make a suggestion of how it would better suit, is also unhelpful, even if potentially well-intentioned. Once seated, it took an age for us to have our orders taken. Drinks orders were taken WITH food orders, both of which must have taken at least 20 minutes, and that's an estimate that is generous towards them. After that, we waited. And we waited. And then we did some more waiting. Eventually, a couple of people's drinks arrived. As did some complimentary bread. About ten minutes later, a couple of other people's drinks arrived. Another ten minutes afterwards, after we'd all demolished the bread, some hummus arrived... which meant we now had hummus, but nothing to put into it. This seemed particularly bizarre, but perhaps I thought, they'd expected us to know that it would be coming, and thus to save some for its arrival. One of our tables at this point seemed to receive most of its main courses. This seemed bizarre as several of us had ordered starters, which made it seem rather out of sync. Slowly, more dishes would trickle out. One here. Two there. People's drinks were still arriving sporadically too, which was baffling. How do you manage to get some people's main courses out before drinks?! One of our number seemed to be expressing particular confusion because their main had arrived BEFORE their starter. Starters and main courses began appearing in a mixed blur, with the waiter giving us the names off the menu, when most people had ordered using numbers, so he was having to describe the dishes when trying to find their home, which was farcical. By the time some people had had most, if not all of their food, one of our number still had no drink, no starter and no main. He chased the drink specifically as he'd become thirsty, and they only then asked him for a size. Which they promptly ignored anyway. By the time all the food came out, some people had eaten both of their courses, finished their drinks and were ready to go, but couldn't exactly just leave when some of us had barely gotten the chance to touch starters. In the end, one of our number received their main, followed by their starter, followed by their drink. This was a clusterfunk of the highest order, I've been to places where they serve food "as and when" before, but those are usually in places with a higher volume, where dish selections will overlap - and it's always done with some manner of logic. Furthermore, you're warned - to allow you to pace your eating better.offfeds\f The food itself was OK. Somewhat underseasoned, but as salt was on the table, this was round was preferable. That said, those of us who had a side salad recieved a conceringly limp one which had been cut so unevenly that it was akin to licking an oil slick. I have wondered whether they would work better to focus on the takeaway side of their business, as considering how few eat-in customers they had, the restaurant can surely not be keep open should this continue to happen. Ultimately, if you average everything out, the experience was... well average. Some people enjoyed their food more than others, or didn't have the situation of their food being AWOL. Ultimately Trip Advisor is a personal feeling rather than on behalf of a group, so I've tried to only reflect others thoughts where they squarely affect me, such as time waiting, and mood of company due to service. As such, I'm going to mark it in what I still believe to be quite a generous score, boosted by the pricing, which was incredibly reasonable for London.

I order from here all the time and have never been disappointed. It really is up there with the very best take aways London has to offer. Cannot recommend highly enough. A lamb wrap, moutabal dip, and an apple juice is a perfect meal

the food was late and by the time it got delivered all the food were cold and the large fries ordered was meant to be plain but instead had zaatar spice on it. really not happy

I have ordered from this restaurant twice before and really enjoyed the meals. This time however, the restaurant has accepted the order despite not being able to fulfil the original order and having to replace some of the items. That wouldn't be to bad if it wasn't for the rest of the service. The food was 40 minutes late, on top of already long delivery time. Food arrived lukewarm/cold. The food containers were covered in sauce, as one of the sauce containers was fully opened. As a replacement for one the items, I got two containers of fruits, but they werern't fresh or appetizing. If the meal was delivered it timely fashion, warm, with fresh fruits and not covered in curry sauce, it would have been a pretty decent meal.

Lovely salad, so fresh and full of flavour I really enjoyed the chicken and halloumi addition. The pastries were crispy and tasty. My only disappointment was with the chicken wrap. Although fresh and generous with both salad and meat I missed a sauce. I knew it wasn't an option and ordered it anyway thinking it would not make such a difference, but unfortunately it did. Please consider adding the option to add a sauce on the wrap. We are ordering again tonight the salad and pastries, and that is the only reason we didn't get a wrap.. it just needed something. Driver was polite and friendly. Food arrived hot. Id recommend this place for sure :)

Best takeaway experience I’ve had in ages. Food tasted amazing, great size portions, on time, order correct, food still warm on arrival! It’s still possible after all! Will definitely be ordering again!

The food was good, but completely cold...I would not order through just eat as the delivery takes extra long because it's free, 50 min and the place is very close to me.I specifically said in my notes for the driver to please knock as my doorbell wasn't working. Somehow that was disregarded and the driver called me mumbling in his own language so I ran outside quickly and he was in the street being very rude shouting random things I couldn't understand pointing at the receipt.... I am still confused and will not order again. I will probably try the place someday in person as food was OK cold so warm it's probably amazing. Proceed at own risk.

Really good food. It is probably the best Lebanese cuisine in this part of town.

No offence but that's not Lebanese.. it's masala spices in chicken wings and lots of cinnamon in the chicken and lamb shawerma, lamb shish and the chicken shish as well, all the food was dry and it was heavily spiced that it burnt while cooking, kebba should be crispy and a juicy filling with pine nuts instead it was soggy from the outside and very dry from the inside with no pine nuts, rice was well excecuted and the Lebanese sausages were good but we finish it with pomegranate molasses, unfortunately I have ordered lots of food and my Lebanese guests were very disappointed, it's either you hire an authentic chef or don't call it Lebanese food.

It took an hour and 40mins for us to get our food after we ordered online. Called the restaurant twice and they kept saying the driver was on route and left ten mins ago, we called 15mins later and again we got told the driver left 10mins ago. The food finally came and everything was soggy and cold, the fries were completely inedible, not pleasant. Shame as the restaurant had great reviews but we definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

Great tasting food and an amazing delivery courier who was very polite and helpful- and the order was entirely accurate. I recommend this place for its service and quality of food. We had mixed grill but most times I have the lentil soup and hummus.

There was a sharp shard of clear plastic in our wrap... What's more, I caught the delivery guy as he was coming in the door, but without any communication, they had extended the delivery time and then exceeded it. Food was good though..

We like the taste of the food and imagine orderong again. However, We ordered a spicy salad and a fattoush salad. Our salads did not contain mint amd onion as in the description. Moreover the spicy salad had chopped cheap paprika instead of green chili. We made the order especially for mint and green chili. Thus we are not entirely satisfied due to the replacement ingredients or the lack of ingredients. We are likely to try another Lebanese to compare. Babaganoush tasted really good btw.

One of the best middle eastern take away in London. Service is 10/10. Always delivery on time (sometimes early, much better for me). Never had any problem with portions or taste. I ordered twice in a week and definitely will order again.

Chose because of good reviews. Bit chips were cold and soggy, lamb chops barely warm and over salted. Salad had lost crispness in dressing. Mango juice seemed watered down. Still quite edible though. There was a nice complimentary dessert. Will stick with Adiya going forward.

I got the Shish Tawouk wrap (delicious!), kallaj (super delicious!) & chicken wings (supremely delicious!). Fantastic quality food (huge improvement) and as always very friendly and professional customer service. I will definitely order again. Highly recommend this restaurant.
