Scammers, do not order - will steal your money! Placed my order and was given a delivery time of 00:05-00:20. Food never arrived. Was marked as delivered at 00:20 but no food ever arrived. Vile company. Do NOT order from them. They will steal your money!!

Omg do NOT order a delivery from here,a complete shambles.I tried to order through Just Eat (useless) and I could not complete my order online ("technical ptoblems") so I rang up to complete my order.They said it would take 45mins max.No sign of a delivery so I rang up: "shortage of drivers".Over an hour later,received my order minus rice and chips.Told the delivery driver and rang up for my rice and chips but no response and they closed.The onion bakes I did receive were over cooked and barely edible.Avoid like the plague.

Ordered from Deliveroo, no sign of food, called them to chase my order and they said the driver had tried to contact me and had left my food by the door. Checked my cameras and there was no sign of delivery driver, checked call logs and no sign of any calls. Raised this issue with them and they weren’t interested. Still waiting for my money back, would not recommend these at all.

Ordered food online with these. They said they tried to deliver even though I have 3 cameras around my property and none of them show them delivering. So I never got my food yet they still wanted to charge me. Disgusting company no respect whatsoever just out there to rip you off

The masala chips were just chips with a small sprinkle of curry powder over 3 of the chips, order was very late and cold on arrival.

I had a terrible experience today at the hotel. There was a Bangladeshi waiter whose behavior was extremely indifferent and disrespectful. He acted as if he didn't care about customers, and his mannerisms were so bad that we was forced to leave without placing an order. Consider carefully before deciding to go there in order to have a pleasant experience.

To be fair, the food was great after the 50% off spending £60 we got a lot of food for £30. The curries themselves were full of flavour and the rice was great. Chips were very soggy but was to be expected because the restaurant is 45 minutes away from us, but once it arrived everything was hot. Also, the mixed grill was lovely.

I’m sorry but this was disappointing as a home deliver meal. Chicken tikka masala was thin and watery and had only 6 pieces of chicken. . Rice ok but the madras was super hot with lots of chillis floating within. Chips not good and small take away container portions. 50% off for a good reason I guess. Not good compared to our usual local Indian.

Tasty food - naans were slightly burnt but other than that food was delicious, had the correct temperature and well cooked.

Great 1/2 price deal on collection with very quick turnaround! I am especially impressed because we ordered a mix of vegan and vegetarian dishes and they phoned us to just check whether we understood that some of the dishes may include dairy products. I felt very confident eating out at a takeaway or restaurant that is so understanding and takes great care over dietary requirements!

Ordered food from this restaurant as it has really good reviews. The food was absolutely terrible. Chicken in korma tasted like it was defrosted and chucked in the sauce, it was very hard and tasteless. Korma was no better, very grainy, tasteless and watery..my rice was drained in water that was separating from korma. It was THE WORST korma I have had in my life. Garlic naan bread ended up in the bin as it was impossible.to chew, bits of it were hard as a piece of wood. Very disappointed with the food. No refund gained as apparently different restaurants cook in a different way 🤣🤣 If we were eating in that food would have been sent back without blinking. They are lucky that delivery cannot be sent back. Do not order from them!

They would not let you eat what you want to, as they think that small portions will ruin their restaurant's floor and will create mess on the table and then they have to clear all of that. So I was forced to choose 3 course of meal or minimum of £18.00 of food which will consist of 2 course at least and that to also per person. Why?

We have eaten here a lot over the years - food is always hot, lovely and the service is always amazing. We highly recommend! Currently have a new deal on too which is a bonus!

Had a really great experience, We were working away from home and was really happy to find this place, We were impressed with Hussein who served our food, he was very attentive! We had poppadoms, chicken chat starters And chicken Jalfrazie main, also the naga chilly potato side dish! Everything was really delicious Will definitely be returning next time we are in the area!

Ordered a scheduled timed takeaway yesterday for delivery. Came 30 mins early. Luckily we were home, so didn't mind. Ordered lamb chops main but instead got ribs that had no meat on it and were so burnt and unedible as it was so tough. The ends of the ribs were so charred it broke in two! We then got salad that looked like it had been in their fridge for a week with the most smallest portion, that they really shouldn't have bothered giving it. The chicken and lamb biryani was average. The only decent thing about the order was the biryani sauce as it had some edible vegetable peices to make up for the rest of the meal. You should have pride in what you serve out and this was not good enough. It was our first time ordering from here, will not be ordering again.

We had a meal here on Friday 24th Feb having had a good meal a couple of weeks before, it was absolutly terrible - chicken was like it was pre-cooked and dry and almost inedible, the curry was tasteless and the 3 lads next to us returned their food. After paying (which was my mistake) I realised I did not get 50% off my meals - we would not recomend this resturant - the Wetherspoons next door would have given you better value for the money.

I have just come from this Indian restaurant and we all are full to the brim! Onion bhajees were the crispiest I’ve ever tasted. Spotlessly clean throughout and excellent service. I would highly recommend to anyone who loves fine dining.

Most RACIST staff with the worst food possible. Even after being polite and being as understanding as possible it was even hard to have a discussion about the complaints we had. I can compromise on the taste of the food as everyone has a different palette and preference, however it was hard to cope with the racist behaviour. Go for a Tesco meal deal over this. Check out kebab shops down the street.

Ordered, and a few minutes later I had a notification to say the order was cancelled because I’d called to cancel it…which I absolutely had not. Thought it was probably just accidentally cancelled by the restaurant, so reordered, and it went through, we got an estimated delivery time - all good. At the end of the estimated delivery time (over an hour after ordering), I called the restaurant to ask when it would be delivered. The guy was nice, and asked for my post code. As soon as I gave it, he bluntly told me he’d be cancelling it, and they “had no drivers”. Then he hung up on me. We checked the Uber Eats app, and Just Eat, and they were still offering delivery. So they were delivering, just not to us apparently. As if they wouldn’t have drivers on a Saturday night. To top it off, I got an email from Uber this morning to say because they had started my order (which they hadn’t, and had zero intention of doing) I’d been charged. Now I’ve got to fight my way through Uber customer services to get my money back. Proceed with extreme caution, if you’re determined to order from here.

So, so rude when I called to ask about my order. Ordered and waited over an hour from Uber Eats. I stayed up until now (1:47am) as I re-ordered again as there was no reason given as to why my order was cancelled so I thought it was a mistake on their end. Called them and their exact words were “why are you calling, why did you order again. Don’t order again we cancelled your order.” To which I tried to explain I ordered a while ago and he hung up on me. Now I understand that it might be busy but I ordered at 11pm, waited up until 12:45 and you cancelled my first order suddenly. At least let me know in advance. Especially since the closing time is at 3am, surely you could have offered alternatives that were already cooked for me. It was a very small order so I didn’t think it would be much hassle. Will not be ordering from again, extremely rude and very bad customer service!

Worst staff and poor service, very impolite, food not recommended at all. Two rice dishes ordered got prepared in less than two minutes. The food had no taste and after telling this they asked us to bin the food. They don't value their own food. Not recommended at all if you are trying this, stay away....

Delivery on time. Food piping hot and stunning. Had lamb curry and the lamb fell apart. The curry is one of the best I have ever had. The garlic nan OMG beautiful and the meat samosas were delicious. The family had chicken curries and all agreed that it was one of the nicest meals we have had. We will all be ordering again. Highly recommend. Had a delivery tonight and wasn't up to usual standard. Curries were watery and tasteless, garlic nans were stale with no garlic at all. Chips were stale, meat samosas were beautiful. Food was cold. They forgot the poppadoms. Second time this has happened and feel the quality is slipping. Such a shame as usually beautiful food. Will not be ordering again.
