Best Indian takeaway I’ve had in a very long time! Highly recommend for vegan options.

curry was tasted of nothing but salt naan was cardboard chips were nasty also use to get from here alot but never again avoid

Awfully, ordered 19.54, now 21.31 and still no food!!!

Absolutely dreadful. Working hard all day and thought I’d treat myself. All I ate was keema nam, poppadoms and onion bargee. Mushrooms went down the toilet and the chicken tikka sauce was dreadful. Never again 😩 sauce will be going down the sink. Salad ok 😀

Missing items and order an hour later than we expected, no tracking available for the driver so unable to get any updates. Called the restaurant and they tried to help but still got no where and we never received our full order.

Ordered a delivery tonight and its our first time trying this place. We are about 20mins drive away but the food arrived quickly and was packaged great all wrapped to keep it warm. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. Lovely flavours (Bombay potatoes were some of the nicest we've had) will be returning!

Took over an hour and a half to arrive, ice cream had turned to liquid.

It was all good bit cold, and I thought I ordered Tikka Masala, but I had tikka mains bit dissapointed with that but I must have ticked wrong thing so my bad. Otherwise service was good delivered on time driver friendly.

Don’t ever serve a tarka dal like that again. If you have run out, so be it! Don’t swill your pan dregs. I used to like your food. But that’s an insult

Ordered for the 1st time & My word it’s top notch. I ordred A chicken jhalfrezi , Saag paneer,Chicken Kolapuri with some rice and Naan bread. Chicken jhalfrezi is up to the mark and what i say about the saag paneer ,I feel like i have it in back home. Moreover chicken kolapuri is absolutely Mouth watering. Naan breads are so soft and nice, Rices are Excellent. Finally about the delivery time ,Its outstanding. Driver is there in time and delivered the fresh hot food to me. I am really Impressed

marked my order as delivered early when it was delivered at 19:15 not 18:15 food was bad I used to order from here it was good not today 0 stars if I could manager challenged me as I said I was a business owner and told him it's not right and he continued to say we delivered on time rude manager never order from this place if you live more than 2 miles away not good. on the other hand driver was nice and polite.

Excellent Food and Quality is Up to the Mark

Last night I was very tired from a busy week so I treated myself to my usual butter chicken special rice pishwari nan and poppadoms and had home delivery it was fantastic we ate like kings the food was delicious as always.

The lamb masala was watered and there was bone in my lamb chicken chat too salty

brilliant food, came on time and tasted absolutely superb. 10/10 wil deffo be ordering again

Top Quality Food. I ordered Chicken tikka jhalfrezi, Chicken Kolapuri and lamb shank with rice and Naan breads. They delivered the food on time and food is Hot and Fresh. Shank,kolapuri,jhalfrezi all of the foods are Top Notch. I personally Highly recommand Bombay Grill Indian Restaurant for Bangladeshi and Indian Food.

We were missing one naan from the order but aside from that the food was incredible. Will definitely be ordering from here again

Ordered at 7.23 , didn’t arrive till 8.50. Obviously it has an estimated delivery time of 45 mins but to be waiting nearly an hour and a half whilst all my friends ate was disappointing . My first time using the app and an awful experience to start

Waited 1.5 hours, the store refused to take my call saying the food was on its way. Cancelled thru Deliveroo. Poor quality curry and absolutely terrible Naan bread .

My order was delivered late and when I called the restaurant to ask what was happening they just said: "yeah yeah it's coming" and hung up the phone. The food was cold and on top of that, my salad and samosas where just thrown in the plastic bag.

Im still waiting order and can not order from anywhere else as you have frozen payment for order not received yet

The delivery was about 20 mins later than suggested, but the driver was lovely. Good portions were a bit smaller than previously, but still very tasty.

I caught a glimpse of a rat in the kitchen, and the food tastes repugnant absolutely the most sickening stuff I ever tasted in my life, I DO NOT recommend anyone take their chances here, literally go anywhere else and you'll find better food, even in the bins on the street, that's how dreadful their food is.

Food didnt arrive granted through error of our own noticed our phone number was wrong when we called the store then guy said dont worry he will find you after calling the 2nd time he said hes on his way 3rd time same hes on his way went to store which looks like its no longer there which is a worry as it now called spice village guy on the phone was rude and dismissive driver 10/10 eventually got a phone call from the driver just under an hour after expected delivery time and he aranged to bring us the food all would have been avoided if the 1st phone call the guy would have listened

VERY RUDE staff. Worst experience I’ve ever had in the UK. We were asked to leave because we didn’t order enough to cover their table costs! With a smile on my face I said we plan to eat starters and have drinks first before getting main course. The waiter very angrily pointed towards the napkins saying it costs money and they won’t serve us unless our initial order is over £15 per person. Get help bro, you have anger issues. Probably racist towards Indians.

I've ordered from here many times as has my family. I ordered beef/lamb dhansak with is supposed to be medium hot and sour but sauce was so sweet it ruined the dish it was more like a dessert sauce. My daughter said she'd had same problem with previous order, it really puts me off ordering again. I have no problem with quality of the ingredients

Absolutely delicious, I had there biggest platter and it was lacking rice and missing half a chicken and I think it should come separate not under the meat the rice. Chips were good but small aswell. Salad had 1 cucumber slice and 1 quarter tomato the platter was for 5 of us and there were fights over the cucumber. Please fulfill the order properly next time as food was fantastic though.

Always been good but on this occasion very poor over powered with salt and don’t look right and very awful.

Disgusting! I previously left a 5 star review but have come back to change it after finding a huge amount of hair mixed into my aloo paratha. This amount of hair is no accident. Bombay grill have changed their name to spice village since the incident but it is still the same. Avoid! Bill, previous review and hairy bread attached as proof! I emailed them after hair gate and they didn’t even bother replying. I have never been so disgusted.

Craving some delicious food this week, I decided to order on Just eat. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire delivery experience! The ordering process on the app was smooth and user-friendly. The menu offered a great variety of Indian dishes, with clear descriptions and the option to customize spice levels. Thanks to Bombay grill

I'm absolutely disgusted by my order this evening. £3.95 for chips that were so dry and tasted like they'd been reheated from the day before. Also, the portion size for the price is shocking! I could hold all the chips in my one hand, that's how little amount was given. I also ordered mint sauce, and again the portion size for £1 each is just unbelievable! I dipped bread into it just three times and it was gone. Will not be ordering from here again!

Been buying from here for years but in the last month (May) the price has gone up again by about 20% on most items, the amount of meat in curry has reduced, so it's just not worth the value anymore. Dissapointed.

The Lamb biriyani and the Chicken Tikka biriyani was spoit..I do not want to buy spoiled food for my family. I need a refund for this.

Onion badgies were disgusting Looked like they had been refried over and over again, they were Burnt,hard ,bitter,fit for the Bin only

Food was reasonably decent. Warm enough but not hot. Taste good enough but not amazing. Naan bread tough. Delivery took 1hr 15mins(25 mins late) on a weekday.

Delivery was bang on during the initial time slot! Restaurant listened to instructions where many do not. Ordered from here consistently now and always bang on every time! (Could make the vindaloo hotter if I’m being picky) brilliant job, lovely food! Order and you won’t be dissappinted!

Food was floursome & deliverd hot. Couple of little issues, the nan bread was more like an unleavened flat bread and therefore dry & hard. Chip portion was small given price and the curry & curry sauce had both separated a little and were therfore oily.

Shockingly still trading months later on Deliveroo despite other people having the same issue. NO FOOD DELIVERED!!! They don’t answer the phone, they don’t provide tracking. Deliveroo fob you off despite blatantly being a scammer!!!
