Bombay Grill in East Ayrshire

Charlie, I love your food but this is the worst lamb bhoona and peshwhiri nan I've ever had from you. The lamb is as tough as old boots, normally so tender and the nan was likes a crisp bread, no bread like bits at all. SORRY. Wasn't your usual standard xx

The Pizza was not only tasteless (North Indian Chilli Chicken) but the stuffed crust had absolutely zero stuffing inside and most of the Pizza base itself was fused to the Pizza box meaning most went out in the bin...utter waste of money.

Absolutely brilliant food I had a slight issue with one of my items and they sent out a replacement straight away 5 stars this place is too notch brilliant service and always on time

Bombay grill foods are amazing like Charile make me my favourite food for Bombay like cheeseburger with spring onion fries and doner meat and the services is amazing and also the wait time is 5 min Bombay grill is amazing

Absolutely appalling service.. I found a strange object in my chips n cheese, called the takeaway to speak to someone to discuss this and his attitude was appalling, told me it was cheese.. they apparently put mozzarella cheese in the fryer when making chips n cheese??? He was going to send a driver up to confirm this!!! Told him not to bother as how can a delivery driver verify this.

Charlie does the best food in town, great portions at competitive prices. Fantastic customer service, you can see he puts the customers first, always cheery and pleasant, well worth a visit .

Purchase chicken korma delivered didn't even open to taste like a baby's 1st poop rang them pure attitude as cost more money to have dinner delivered Said was 1st complaint in 20yr Yr Aye right don't think SOOOOO

Food tonight was disgusting, had 12”pizza kids ate 1 slice, munchy box either overcooked food or cold. Won’t be back sorry.

Just picked up a collection absolutely disappointed pizza was bland tasted off. Phoned up to the owner saying hmmmm and awwww rather than im sorry do you want to bring it back up or any other solution. Waste of money place has went down hill. Wish i could add a picture

16 inch pizza was actually 14 inch and it was luke warm , not good enough , won't be ordering again

Totally disappointed tonight ordered a large Donner kebab it's tiny not a lot of meat , portion size is terrible

Placed an order last Monday night was very disappointed,firstly thought the portion size of the mains was poor (hardly any meat in all dishes.)also was told over the phone £50 but on arrival was told amount wrong, wanted another £6 pounds.Sorry won't be back...

Thee best Indian takeaway in ayrshire. Charlie's food is amazing. Especially the pizzas and his donner meat. Never had a bad meal.

Banging food, good variety on menu

Igot a lamb tikka masala, lamb was very very chewy and sauce was disgusting, nothing like what i have had before, i woke up this morning with a bad stomach, very unusual for me, this was honestly the worst I had ever had

(NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL!) Waited 80 mins for our food on a Monday (we stay 1 mile from the place) So was absolutely starving when It arrived.. To then open my curry to find 6 pieces of hard chewy little chucks of lamb floating about a tasteless watery curry (tasted like tomato puree and chilli powder) no depth of flavour what's so ever..(it's now in the bin) My partner got a burger munch box.. Burger was below average with rubbery cheese, dry chicken pakora and reheated chips. This isn't the first time this has happened.. Thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt as it was a busy Saturday last order but to our disappointment it wasn't any better intact it was worse 😓 I don't know how yous aren't ashamed of the food yous fling out its absolutely disgusting.. (I'm a chef so I know what it's like in a busy kitchen but no way should yous be getting away with taking peoples hard earned money for this in return) (WONT BE ORDERING AGAIN!)

Still waiting over an hour and a half for delivery won’t be re-ordering. And I am 2 miles away had to phone and they said it’s still not ready!! Really poor service with no apology 😕

I asked Bombay Grill to cater for my Husbands birthday party yesterday and they excelled. The food was top quality as to was the delivery. Everyone raved about how much they enjoyed it. Some of our friends are ordering food for tonight they enjoyed it so much. So thank you very much for a top class service. Also thanks for the advice on how much I was ordering or I could probably have fed about 200 people 😂 A+******
