Food was cold and chips tasted like cardboard

wasn't impressed, even with 25% off, wont rush back.

best chicken I've had in age's... never tried pepe's before but definitely be ordering again

Food always arrives fresh and delicious. Drivers always friendly and smiling. Meals are good portions and the sauces (in particular the garlic mayo) is a really nice side to the meal. Definitely one of my favourite places to get food from.

Ordered a single rice box and called an hour after i placed my order since it still hadnt arrived. Got told it had been ready and put out by someone a while ago and it was just about to leave the shop. It shouldnt take an hour and a half for a one item order to be delivered 10 minutes away from the shop.

Ordered the 18 chicken wings platter. It was the smallest chicken slices I’ve seen. Taste was a little bland.

Food was cold. Forgot sauce and mozzarella dippers and chicken also looked pink not happy at all

Food was alright, and it was hot. Delivery time was terrible despite pre-ordering. If you don’t have the drivers available, don’t accept the orders

Food was slightly warm and food took over 2 hours to arrive. Didn't get any form of compensation and only got an updated time of arrival when we complained that we hadn't had our food.

Every single time I have came in to this shop they have short changed me. For example right there chicken and rice box 7.99 and the cheek of people have gave £2 instead of £2.01 , it’s only a penny of course but it’s the cheek of them just deciding to keep it on their own decision! Wont be back for a fact

Good value and great food. I come here way too often. Chicken is always cooked perfectly and the portion is great. Highly recommend. Good staff as well.

we've been coming here for months, the loaded menu item is new to us but there was nothing to say what comes with that and it came quite mushy, we couldn't see a go large option for our peri peri fries we tried to order and the burrito was missing the beans and had a split down the middle.

The chips and chilli cheese bites were cold on arrival, garlic mayo had been spilt all over the food also, rice box was fine, I usually enjoy every order but this was disappointing and may be a while before I order again

Order from here atleast 2/3 times a week. 10 out of 10 every single time. Always have chicken wings on my order and every time they put in a couple extra. Will never order food from anywhere else but here.

Good portions, filling but feels you're eating more healthy than a take away which is great.

First time ordering from here and will be the last, I ordered a nice looking fried chicken burger and what did I get? cheap chicken burger patties that are like £1 for a box of 6 from any supermarket, not fried either. the chips are bland but the lettuce was nice and fresh though.

Best place to eat in kilmarnock

Myself and my husband are big lovers of spicy food and this restaurant doesn't disappointment the quality for the price for what we get (tasca meal/quesadillas and paneer rice box) is always top notch. The service is also very quick and the staff are always so friendly. We love this place so much that it has become our weekly treat and we travel from Prestwick to Kilmarnock (20min drive) to get it but always worth the travel. There are other options for heat and our friends who we introduce Pepe's to also are big fans if the bon spicy options so plenty of choice for what you need. As everything is flame grilled it also does not feel too guilty a pleasure!

chicken rice box was so good, would fill recommend. Service was excellent from all staff.

Food is lovely but the customer service and time it takes to get orders is bizzare. Do not order if you are starving or pressed for time. It’s not the first time I have had issues with ordering times, and sadly last night phoned in and asked for food to be ready at a specific time for pick up only to get there and be told not ready. They kept adding time to when the order would be ready, no apology but excuses and honestly felt like they can’t be bothered with customer’s concerns or delivering more than just great food. An apology came after I prompted for it. Like I said not the first time I have had issues with times & disappointing customer service and had hoped something has changed.

only reason we ordered pepes was because of the delivery time being quoted as 40-55mins meaning at the latest it should have been with us at 5.10pm. once ordered, this time then changed and we didn't receive food until 6.10pm. absolutely ridiculous. how can your delivery time on the main page stage 40-55minutes? then update to a completely different time, and be even later than the third time given? very poor. won't be getting a delivery again.

Cheese is meant to go on the top of nachos, not the bottom, resulting in blocks of cheese. Soggy (not very many) nachos , half soggy chips. Very poor from normally a good shop. Clearly poor staff tonight

Delicious fast food ! Had the Solo platter , garlic & Herb , was delicious , the bread was a bit dry , dips were extremely tasty as well . Very nice overall, definitely recommend.

Although food was on time, the delivery driver had left 2 tissues and a cup of coffee lying at the side of my driveway alongside a few cigarettes. Seen them dump their rubbish however didn’t have time to say anything before they had left.

As always portion size and quality was excellent. Pepes is a firm favourite in our house. Spice levels are excellent and so is flavour. Thanks pepes for excellent food once again.

Food was warm as usual and so yummy! Shop forgot to give the delivery driver the drink so he went to the shop for me and bought me a can of juice. That is so sweet! The quality of the food is amazing, that’s how I justify the price getting it delivered and buying it. The mango and lime wings are everything and I crave them constantly! If I could give you ten stars I would!

This was something different for us & it was nice food, nice flavours & plenty of choice, the portion sizes were decent, we would definitely return to try something different.
