Best Chinese take away meal I’ve had in years! All 4 of us had different dishes and they were all sooo good!

Food is good, but the delivery times over the last 3 months (review updated 02/06/24)has increased to over an hour. We thought perhaps we were calling when it was busy and have tried a number of different times. We now don't order as often from this takeaway because of this, 1-2 hours when it used to be 40m-1h. Not sure what happened, its a shame :(

Smoke shredded chicken was pink inside

Lovely Chinese best around here in my opinion.

It's a Chinese restraint, can be a hit or a miss with food. Strongly recommend salt and pepper chicken fried rice.

Why do Chinese Take Aways employ teenagers who are more interested in having a chat to their mates instead of actually listening to what you want to order? How can sweet & sour chicken balls be translated to curry sauce? Then had to wait god knows how long for the sweet & sour sauce to arrive ,by which time the rest was cold. Told the delivery driver to take it back & I'd be in to see the owner the following Day.

Over 2 hour wait and I live barley a 10 minute drive away

Lack of customer service at the front counter. One girl just took the money, returned the change and didn't even say how long it would be after I placed the order exactly an hour ago. She was more interested in the conversation with the other girl and her phone with her apple pods in. Just pure rude as im stood there, not knowing how long it will take.

The order was incorrect, the chow mien was basically just noodle onion and chicken, no bean sprouts at all, oh and a random mushroom in it 🤷🏻‍♀️ Delivery was fairly quick but who cares how fast something is if the foods wrong? don’t think we will use them again Sorry

Have used this a lot more frequently during lockdown. Lovely food and I feel they are more flexible for collection than some of their counterparts in the area.

Got omelette and chips chips were warm omelette was not very warm

Not very good meat was cold chips dry very poor quality had a coke was flat their has had run.out so I said she took my glass never replaced it with another drink so no would not go back.x

Waited over 2 hours for a delivery and they didn't even say it would be long. Try phoning up and not even ringing. They will be told at the door if it comes am it paying it stupid amount of time to wait

Just called this place to ask if they had an online menu. The idiot on the other end of the phone asked "what menu!!" So I tried my best to mince it down for him...his reply was "no we don't need it!!!!???" So we won't bother😠

Ordered a chicken fried rice & portion of gravy with some other things too.... Clearly wasn't gravy we were sent as when opening the tub it smelled strong like sweet & sour, we were clearly sent Peking. Phoned and was a girl who answered and said they would send a gravy right up. Over 15 minutes later no gravy and dinner was cold. Phoned again. Asked if we wanted a refund for the gravy next time we ordered. Expressed we would NOT be ordering again & wanted a refund for the rice which was now cold and gravy. Woman said two minutes & then on came a guy. He then asked what the problem was? Are you kidding? So went through the whole thing again & he said he would refund. Guy comes to the door and says he wasn't refunding as we had eaten it? We hasn't eaten a bloody thing and presented him with the so called "gravy", to which he said was gravy then contradicted himself by saying he would get a proper gravy up! We further expressed we just wanted a refund and was told no. Absolutely appauling service & rude attitude by both members we spoke with. No way to run a business!! & Will not be seeing our business again!!

Best Chinese in Cumnock. Smoke shredded chicken is the best
