Bodrum Turkish Kebab & Pizza House in Carrickfergus

Massive portions with lovely steak and doner kebabs.

Not sure if I got them on a bad night this time and last time but the food is horrible now. Will not be back and used to order from here loads.

Good taste and very large portions.

Food has changed completely from it has changed owners dont think I'll be ordering again and the customer service is awful now !!

No where near as nice now that its changed hands. Used to be the best khababs about, gutted it's not the same anymore

Kebab tasted really nice and fresh, not like half the other places in the area. Chicken nuggets were bang on too. Great stuff 👌👌

Quick Saturday night dinner - very nice indeed. Chicken kebab and steak kebab and both very tasty. My husband also had chips with house sauce which he gave the thumbs up to. The naan for the kebabs was completely fresh. This is the 3rd time I’ve eaten from here and so far so good

Received order, burnt pizza, kids order dropped, sauce completely ruined food. Tin of fanta shows it was dropped...... why deliver like this, so mad won't be ordering again, we have been a regular customer too for years. 10/01/20. Wont be back...

House sauce is tasteless...chips frozen...meat was nice if bland and salad was 3 bits of lettuce and tomato

We ordered chicken kebab on naan, very tasty but stone cold when delivered 😞 would order again but maybe collect rather than opt for delivery.

First time ordering last night...food was amazing, piping hot, reasonable price and didnt have to wait too long for delivery. Will definitely be ordering again....edit....have ordered again 🙂

Ordered a 14 inch chicken and onion pizza....this is what I got! Paid for a large. Got A small ham and pineapple pizza. Not happy!

Amazing food and fast delivery, chicken nuggets look very appetizing. Chicken in kebab is very tender, amazing job.

I drove around looking for something to eat and could only find this place open at 10.30,pm in Carrick.I plumped for chicken Pakoras. I asked for salad which usually comes with it and you are asked if you want it.He handed me my food without asking which sauce I wanted. So I asked for the house sauce which in any other kebab place comes free.He asked me for £0.80 for the sauce. I protested that every other place I know gives the sauce free. I gave you the salad free he said.When I got round to eating it I found a wee bit of raw onion and lettuce was all the small salad consisted of. The house sauce was ok and the large chunks of chicken Pakoras were ok but too large.All in all its average and considering you must pay for sauce it's expensive. Poor salad.The workers are Turkish and friendly enough.I would not rush back.

Meat feast pizza is the best pizza in carrick hands down! Beats dominoes and 4star all the way. Kebabs after a night out also hits the spot! Open late at weekends also.

Late night pizza...it was nice but a few more minutes in the oven to add some crispness and it would have been perfect.

Went late in the night, only place that was open and I was clearly lit. The lads working there had a bit of craic with me and the grub was spot on.

I am disgusted at the fact you pay for delivery and they expect you to go down and collect it from carpark when your not well bad service never buy from yous again

Good delivery time and usually love here but ordered pizza, paid extra for pineapple and got a total of 4 pieces on it. Kings envelope '5 meats' was kebab lamb meat and chicken, that's it. Drink not delivered. Disappointed.

Ordered online and paid for delivery food arrived cold and delivery driver had asked for money for delivery which was already paid for. Dick Turpin was at the door won't be ordering again food was bogging and driver should have had a mask on ...

Probably the worst food I have eaten in Carrickfergus. Mixed meat on chips. Didn't taste of anything and the chilli sauce was bland and not spicy at all. Will not be back any time soon.

We usually love the pizza from Bodrum but tonight was disappointing. The base of both pizzas were burned....completely black.

Chill sauce was half empty, garlic sauce was watered down. & chips weren't cooked thoroughly. This is the second time this has happened to us, won't be ordering from Bodrum again.

This is the second time I have ordered from Bodrum and it was amazing, just like the first time. The steak kebab was beautiful, proper steak pieces. The delivery was super fast, even on a Saturday night and the delivery guys are lovely. Fantastic prices! Will order again!

Good food if you collect but have the oven preheated if you get it delivered!!

Food was freezing again!! The only thing that was slightly warm were the wedges!! I had to reheat the pizza and the garlic pizza bread was more like a papadum than a pizza. Let the restaurant know the next time I was ordering and they basically said that because I didn't ring them straight away that they couldn't do anything about it. Not the best customer service I've encountered.

Food was delivered within 30mins on a Saturday night.....went down a treat!

My food was lukewarm at best when it arrived. Simply not good enough and will seriously be considering never ordering from the bodrum again.

I ordered for 9pm to be sure the children would be in bed and I'd have time to enjoy my last meal before starting my diet. It came an hour early, while they were in the shower. By the time I got them out and dried, it was lukewarm. Then I had to share, so they picked out all the chicken and chips; I had salad and sauce. It was lovely, but would have been lovelier had it arrived at the agreed time.

A large tub of ordinary mayo or 2 small tubs

Ordered a tub of garlic sauce and got a tub of mayonnaise instead so would advise to check food before leaving premises

chicken burger was so dry and chewy chicken pakora was so dry I couldn't eat it

Smallest mushrooms I've ever seen. And so thinly sliced they may as well not have been there.

My kebab was dripping with grease I had to bin it

The bodrum special pizza is always my go too it get a 5 star all the time with the exception of this time it just wasn't the same as usual the base was different and the onions where massive chunks it wasn't the same :( as normal

I was charged £16.70 by the driver, not £15.70 as quoted

Ordered two kebabs and they were both stone cold by the time they arrived. Absolute disgrace.

Food was cold on arrival and there was salad and juice missing. They gave me and my daughter recieved another order for same food order this time we recieved was hot and I got my 1.25L fanta and salad in my donar kebab

Piazza was delivered late it was cold and the dough based was not even cooked also ordered a can of coke which was not delivered

Left a note for my order and it was ignored bit pointless that option if they don't read it!

Pizza tasted nice, unfortunately it wasn't warm by time it got to my house. If they could improve this then I'd choose to order from here rather than dominos.

Never have any complaints about the food my daughter and I get from Bodrum.

Was over an hour late and was cold. The app said it was 8.20 but the delivery guy took 9 pounds was not happy, will not be ordering from them again.

I pre-ordered for delivery at half 6 as this is when my partner was due home. My order arrived at 5.45 therefore his dinner was freezing.

Delivered very quickly. Still warm and generous portions.

I clicked on the option for my food to be delivered at 01:45 and it arrived at 12:30. This caused me to have difficulties in my work place and I am not happy. Also my can of coca cola didn't arrive with it. Complete joke for service. Terrible.

Not very impressed that after entering my postcode and paying the stated delivery charge plus a charge for paying by debit card I was then asked for more money from the delivery driver and told the app should have told me there was an additional charge for my area :/ none the less the food was gorgeous and portions were great

Piece of glass in the food and Raw chicken, Disgusting

Ordered the mixed meat kebab meal, Third bite in i heard a crunch and spat the food out to find small pieces of glass i had crushed with my teeth, The chicken tikka was under cooked aswell, The entire meal had to be thrown out.Disgusted.

Absolutely Ridiculous service saw on website that latest deliver time is 2.45 so I picked that option only to receive a text suggesting it was on its way 10 mins after the order was placed now obviously I rang them to ask why and they basically told me it wasn't their problem and if I didn't want it now then I wouldn't get it. As I went to complain the phone hung up and I rang back to get very rude replies. Defo won't be ordering again as customer service is awful and food was cold on arrival delivery guy was nice but that was the only thing I can compliment about an horrendous experience

Was 45 minutes later than expected, cold and i had ordered a 1.25ltr bottle of coke and wasnt provided. Disappointed.

Wouldnt order from here again.. the chips were frozen stuck in a deepfat fryer and tasted like they were microwavable, chicken burger tasted terrible only good thing about the order was that my drink was cold.

Terrible terrible terrible terrible!!!!! Kebab arrived over a hour late..the bread was all stuck to the paper it was freezing cold and the separate chilli sauce was all over the bag..will not be ordering again from here as the Mogul is so much nicer.

Conseguimos un Kebab de pollo de aquí y pagamos 50 p por el queso, llegamos a la casa y no había queso, el kebab en sí era asqueroso. Su clasificación de higiene alimentaria en resultados en las puertas es 2/5 que está clasificado como 'pobre' si hubiera sabido esto no se poner los pies en la puerta.

Ordered it online and the it said it would arrive at 22.25 and it was delivered at 22.00, it was also not delivered in a thermos bag so it was just Luke warm

The food was lovely but the chicken goujons where to crispy , I think they where kept to long in the fryer but would definitely order again .

Had a ham and pineapple pizza and got mushrooms added on to it there is more mushroom on it than ham or pineapple took a bite of it and gotthat fusty taste spat it out and put the rest of the pizza in the bin arrived 10 mins after it was suppose to which I didnt mind because I know places can be busy but when it arrived it was cold not very nice and deffo wont be ordering from it again
