Really expensive for what you get compared to other places around

Ordered two cheesy chips which took an hour to be delivered and turned up cold and stale

clean place but slow service. took 30 mins and was OK. bread nice. salad average. meat was cheap and crispy. they need to sort these things out even though the other kebabs are not great round the corner. Will not go back in a hurry I'm afraid!

This is now our “go-to” kebab!! The food is unreal and portions sizes are perfect. I can highly recommend the special mixed kebab and the chicken donner wrap.

Veggie burger was cold. Kebab was not bad. Portion size was good.

Really really disappointed- we have ordered many many times before. Not for a while since we last ordered .. the portions have halved, the chilli sauce is nothing special anymore. Salad now looks more up market but again half as much. Chicken burger used to be in bread and do much yummy salad but now!!! Charred chicken in a bun with so much spice I couldn’t eat it!! What a shame! Not ordering again 😢

have only used this company twice now and I must say both times so pleasantly surprised the care they take in detail how everything comes the company stickers. and the portion size , quality of food is outstanding. would definitely recommend. they always have a good deal on as well.

The food was warm, salad small and shish kebabs were over seasoned, making it a bit salty. However, it was delivered on time and the bread was separate, as we requested. It just wasn't as good as it used to be.

I’m going to start with the positives I cannot fault the lamb wrap I brought, the meat was delicious and the size of it was well worth the money!! Definitely good for value. When I wanted to know where my order was the man on the phone was very polite and understanding. On the other hand my partner had a pain cheeseburger… unfortunately the burger was burnt to a crisp! The bun was also burnt and unfortunately it was just inedible and ended up going to our dogs…

The chips were overcooked, as if they'd been warmed up by re frying them, so about 25% of them were discarded for this reason. Everything else was very nice. A pity as I might not use them again for this reason as chips really should be the easiest item to get right.

Food is mostly good. Service is the opposite, especially on Fridays. Ordered an extra large kofta kebab and got a large (with no salad). When I called to say the order was wrong, instead of apologising, the lady started arguing with me...

The food was more than 10 minutes late and then the meat contained clingfilm which I nearly choked on! I will not be eating here again. Terrible first experience.

Really gone down hill. Have ordered from Bodrum many times over the years, but this last order was very disappointing. Ordered the big mixed kebab, which has gone up quite a lot in price and also gotten smaller, kofte was falling apart, meat tasted quite bland, and they no longer give you real chilli sauce, just the rubbish that comes out of a bottle.

We used to use bodrum grill but the food is now awful! It's all bitty meat donar and and you get very little meat. This is now the second time we have ordered (hoping first time this year was just a hicup) and will not order any more.... shocking!!!

None of the website tells you what's meant to be in the burger, we don't like hot spicy food got our food and it was spicy! Which resulted in this food being wasted! Meant to just be a burger and come with all sorts in it! Not happy

really tasty, the only thing is we ordered a large and it was a very small portion for a large, the bread was tiny and we only had one each which is more like a small-medium. we would order again if the bread was bigger for the ordered size

Very smart eat in area. Helpful staff. Really nice menu. Ordered 4 meals with drinks and 2 side,s. Meal sizes Very generous. The 6oz burger was really quite big and was flame grilled. The German style chicken kebab was really tasty and large. Very impressed.

Order completely wrong, and portion sizes very poor. This used to be a good place, but won’t be ordering from here again.

Missed things off 90% of the order. Only one item was correct. Everything else was missing parts to it. Salad On the wrap was just cabbage and onion, its usually packed with tomato, cucumber and jalapenos and worth the money. I had no sauce or salad at all on my lamb shish and only one drink delivered, which was the wrong drink, despite me ordering two. Just poor!

Food was cold when it arrived, hardly any salad for the kebab, meat was really dry and had a lot of gristle.

Not enough portion as you paid for Paid £8.50 for chicken doner but was full filled of salad and extra onions absolutely not satisfied Just felt like kebab with salad and bread only Won’t recommend these place never going back again 🙄😒

Since the take over this place has only gone down hill.

Kebab was nice, chicken balls were abit dry slightly, garlic mushrooms were nice maybe abit pricey.

It's saddens me to write this review .... I can't justify the new bodrums grill I mean the food is ok but it's lacks the old bodrum grill authenticity the home made chilli sauce is gone feels more like a franchise opposed to the old family run business bodrums has been a family favourite for years it feels as though it's lost all it's character no chilli peppers their sauce does not even come close to the old sauce this review isn't a reflection on their food it's a reflection on a old Aldershot favourite BODRUM GRILL although their food is still good quick service it just isn't bodrum grill anymore ..

Such a shame that I need to leave a bad review. It is evident how understaffed this place was today. Chicken doner was very fatty and full of grissle. Like a load of scraps. Hardly any salad Lamb doner was mushy and inedible. Shame as we would have been regulars if it wasn't so awful. Atleast the staff are friendly

Have ordered from Bodrum Grill countless times in the last 6 years and never had an issue however this was first time it was bad: - smaller portions - inferior quality - chilli sauce no longer fresh, just bottled - 35% more expensive Very disappointing!!

Kofte is over cooked very dry not eatable wraps was absolutely awful as well have couple of bites than just left it try the eat just the meat but so blend I mean I’ve get kebab over in kebab vans and they are more tasty and worth the money but not this place avoid there is way better kebabs out there

Food was cold and half the portion size as it used to be, no where near worth the money now! Also forgot my drink. Won’t be ordering again such a shame as they used to be great!

First time ordering from Bodrum, and unfortunately likely to be my last. Initially I was impressed by the large portion size, but was quickly disappointed as the food arrived lukewarm to the touch & had to be reheated. The chips were very oily (you could taste the oil oozing out as you ate), and both chicken and chips left much to be desired as they lacked in flavour and any seasonings. Gutted as was so hungry and craving a decent meal!

So happy this German doner placed opened up near us. I love getting the chicken wrap and my husband loves the doner, the meat is delicious and juicy and the sauces are incredible. Been here twice already and never had a bad experience. One of the best food spots in the area

After trying again I will no longer be ordering from here. They’ve completely changed and not for the better. The chicken donner used to be delicious with chuckier piece of chicken not as big as the shish but bigger so at least you can put your fork in it. Now you need a spoon. The portion sizes are dramatically smaller too and the large can no longer feed two people. Bring the old bodrum back!

Lovely welcome from the main guy. Best kebab shop I have ever been. Beautiful decor. You can easily eat there as it is like a small restaurant. I have tried the 100% lamb doner meat in a wrap. The manager made me try some meat before I ordered my meal. The food is very fresh. Even the fries are lovely. Pleasantly impressed. I will definetely go back. 100% recommended.

Food was cold. Chips were not cooked properly. Never used to have any issues but this is second order that was not up to usual standards. Will be going elsewhere for our next kebab!

Much smaller portions. Ordered a medium kofte - got one long piece. Rest of it was lukewarm and chips were not cooked/ lukewarm too. It is a shame as we always used to love kebabs from here

Refurbished and brilliant! First time trying the food here today as we were not disappointed, premium lamb kebab on freshly baked bread was super tasty, sauces delicious and service was so friendly. Also try the home made cake it’s sweet, zesty and fresh! We will be back, Thankyou

Unfortunately not good value for money anymore. I've continued to order since the reopening in hopes it'll improve but tonight I spent £27 and we struggled to feed 3 people. Perhaps it's time to try somewhere else. Such a shame as we have loved Bodrum for years but I can't afford to be spending the best part of £50 on a kebab takeaway. Can't complain about the quality, food was lovely and delivery was fast. Just not enough food for the money. Left 5 stars as this place served us well for years

Had the large kofte which was really good, loved the new chilli sauce. The only disappointment was the salad, one slice of tomato and one slice of cucumber? The other salad ingredients were fine portion wise. You need to be more generous with the tomatoes and cucumber.

It wasn't worth the £25, something tasted off about it.

Since reopening there have been negative reviews and people saying they won't be ordering again. I say give them a break. They tried to upgrade everything to better themselves but it didn't go down so well. Tonight's order was just like the old Bodrum. Massive portion, 2 of the new garlic dips but still the new salad box but contained onions. The owner of this place clearly listens to his customers and is trying to get it right so please bare with him. Still the best Kebab shop in Aldershot 100%

We used to love Bodrums but this is different. I’m wondering if owner or premises has been changed. We asked for salad with our kebab and got a mixed one which we specifically asked not for. We only wanted cabbage as we don’t like the rest. Also asked for a garlic sauce, didn’t get that either. Also when it arrived it was stone cold so it needed to be heated before consuming. Very disappointed in this.

Clearly have changed,still tasted nice, but far less value now.

Not sure if it now has different owners but seems they are more focused on the marketing/packaging than the food itself which is such a shame! Sauce pots half the size, tiny pot of salad (with no onions included) chips dry and cold, pitta bread uneditable and very limited chicken in the mixed kebab! Time to go elsewhere.

I don't usually do this but I feel I have to say it. Went in over the weekend just gone. Placed an order which was wrong and got over charged. Guy on the counter was trying to pull a fast one trying to rip people off if he thought they were too drunk to notice. Real shame.

Oh, Bodrum. We were so exited for your return. The donner was just scraps, and I paid £12 for an extra large; we used to share the meat but there was nowhere near enough meat to do so. The cheesy chips had plenty of cheese, but were half the portion you used to supply. So disappointed, I hope this is just a restart glitch. :(

Why have you changed your chilli sauce? Last night the chilli sauce was awful - thin and vinegary. We always come to you and always have good food but last nights order was not so good. ☹️

Receipt stated delivery by 8:15 app 8:30 they arrived 8:30. Order was placed at 7:15 Chips and onion rings look like they have been squashed , packet broken maybe squashed by another order? Also cold by the time it arrived

Lovely mixed lamb and chicken shish for my husband - I had a medium chicken shish. Chicken was cooked perfectly - lovely fresh salad with it and pitta and tasty chilli sauce. The salad and pitta come separately so no soggy bread!
