Bodrum Dundee Takeaway in Dundee City

Got a kebab and chips last night its cost 15pound it took ages to come then it was cold i asked for garilic sauce that i never phoned up got nothing but cheek i will never go back such rude people .

So, I feel bad giving this review bc they did deliver. However, my partner ordered from just eat on his phone. He got 4 missed calls from an unknown mobile. I answer the door to one of Bodrum’s employees giving my earache about having to deliver our food. Don’t take our order and money. Get a landline for your business. Sort it out with JUSTEAT. Not our problem. The food was alright would of enjoyed it better if I wasn’t fuming

We ordered food from bodrum as we have used them before and never really had to much to complain about. My wife had a chicken tikka kebab and found mould on the pitta bread. I rang up and started by saying what I've found and got told it's not mould it's flour and basically I was lying. So I admit I lost my temper and said are you taking the p**s to a reply of bring it back if you have a problem and you're are taking the p**s. So I took it down and showed him and his colleague and instead of admitting I was right he had ago at me for the way I spoke to him. Which shocked me as he was very hostile. Then I got told I had to go through foodhub as he didn't own the website. In the end he gave me the cash for it. I will not use this take away again due to the customer service being absolutely shocking.

Was about to go in for a kebab and seen the guy through the window standing carving the kebab meat then casually picking his trousers out his bottom so didnt even give it a go and so opted for a chipper instead

Seen a ad on Instagram so typed in2 ma maps only 5mile away so fired up got the bodrum special calzone 8.50 well worth the price an so was the menu cheapest kebab/piza/burgers av seen in years like so definitely b going bk they do delivery like it's a must for every1 that luvs this kind o food

Never had a DIY Kebab before, never will again. How is a large kebab having all the topping dumped in one tray & seperate pita bread a kebab? May aswell have ordered a munchy box... Salad in the shop didnt look the freshest either. Both the Bodrum in Aberdeen & the one here is subpar, so would totally recommend a different kebab shop

Quick service but chips were well over cooked kebab meat wasn't very hot, had to heat it in the microwave but chicken wings were very good, would i order again, on my experience probably not

I am a great great fan of bodrum. The service is really quick. Ali is really good at his work. His pizzas are never undercooked or overcooked, always same consistency. The taste is also great. For all the students from University of Dundee or Abertay, if you want to have cheap yet great meal, bodrum is the place to go.

ordered the meal deal with them, normally it's spot on from there but this time they sent wrong pizza, ive called them never got a call back, sent a couple of inboxes they read it and didn't reply, the pizza was horrible aswel I did try it but had stuff on it I never even ordered. their customer service is awful, won't be ordering from there again if that's how they treat customers

Great food. Fresh pizza dough was incredible and the service was lovely. I would definitely go back for my dinner anytime. The prices were so low I expected much less. I was pleasantly surprised. Five star experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
