Me and my partner come here very often and love it friendly staff and beautiful decor

I love this place for Thursday ‘date night’ with my beloved. Cocktails are fantastic, although I prefer one of their red wines (Vendemmie 75) and an amazing taglieri, which is generous and as good, or better, than we’ve had in Italy. The staff are really friendly, service is speedy and always with a smile. Spotless everywhere 👏 The live music is spot on for the venue and if we are lucky we get to see Sophia Gigantelli - sultry young jazz singer. @sophiagigantellisings

I came here about 2 years ago and had a not nice experience, and left a review, but I have now deleted it, as it’s thankfully under new management and they are WONDERFUL! The staff are lovely, welcoming and friendly, so thankful this team seem to know how to run a lovely bar. Live music, great wines, and lovely cocktails. We didn’t have food as we had already eaten, but it looked very good and the place had a great atmosphere. Phew! At last. Thanks for a great Sunday afternoon .

Thank you very much for this wonderful evening! All the flavor of Sicily was released in our mouths (right at "Bocca")! The meat platter was excellent and generous, with aubergines parmesan, arancine, sausage, cold cuts, cheeses and typical Sicilian delicacies... all cooked and served with care. A wonderful experience to be able to taste fresh and excellent products accompanied by excellent drinks. I especially thank Giuseppe who, with his kindness and hospitality, made us feel at home. You are what was missing to give warmth and flavor to the English summer... Congratulations and see you next time!

Popped in (as we have done multiple times) for a cheeky cocktail or 2 whilst out in Leigh. Bocca’s never disappoints! Lovely cocktails and people watching 😍😍

Delicious cocktails and nibbles

Had lovely cocktails here sitting outside in the sun! Staff were really friendly and welcoming. We already had dinner booked elsewhere otherwise we would have stayed but will definitely be back for food soon!

Real italian (& sicilian) taste We have been here for a Little brunch. We take a tagliere, that Is a mixed plate meant to be shared. Food Is delicious including some sicilian specialities likes arancine, polpette, panelle and parmigiana. Also cheese and ham was great, as we were in Italy. The crew is very friendly and the guys has take care of our children. They also have a great choice of wine and cocktails, but also beer. A very good experience

Best place, they just listen to you and they are the kindest people ever. The food is more than amazing and homemade. I can’t never get enough. Thank you for the amazing service and for the best food ❤️

First time visiting. Really nice bar. Cocktails were great but staff seemed miserable. Abrupt and looked like they did not want it be there. Accept we all may have things going on in our lives but in the service industry if you can’t greet your customers with a smile and a friendly welcome, then what’s the point…. Afraid I won’t be going back.

Today we were wondering where could we go and enjoy a good cocktails and relaxing atmosphere🤔 As I'm celebrating my 40...WHAT..!!! anyway doesn't matter😊 🎈🥂🍾🍹🍹🍹🍹🍹🍹🍹🍹🍹🍹🍹🎈 We had a amazing time at the BOCCA enjoying delightful cocktails and nice relaxing JAZZ. There are great variety of prosecco, wines, conhac and champagnes🍾. What surprise me also is that they serve a little apperitive (popcorn or olive's) including with the drink!!!! Service 10 at 10. Clean spot on! The place is beautifully decorated, I love the bougainvillea flowers. Definitely we will coming back!!

Walk in for six people for lunch as it looked quite. We are so glad we did! Excellent service and explanation that as it was Italian tapas and dishes would come to share made the whole experience. Food was great with the batter on the calamari possibly the best I've had!

Just had the most marvelous lunch at Bocca. The service was friendly, professional and prompt. The food fresh and delicious as were the drinks. Only rating it 4 not 5 due to the possible need for them to review the acrylic chairs, a little unstable. Otherwise, a thoroughly jolly lunch.

After dinner with a friend, we decided to pop to Bocca for a few cocktails. Initially it was too full so we agreed to sit outside but they swiftly moved us in as a table became available. We placed our order which never materialized but it was picked up by a guy who seemed to be the manager and he quickly rectified this. My friend ordered an Amaretto Sour and I a Gin Sour. Hers was nice enough but mine tasted like pure Gin on the rocks. When I called a member of staff over to explain this as I just couldn’t drink it, he was sarcastic and behaved as if it couldn’t be anything other than what it should be. When I persisted, he flicked his head towards a female member of staff and said, she made it so you should ask her. I was deeply unimpressed by this. He made the whole thing very uncomfortable - really, who would complain if they didn’t have to! Eventually he asked me what I wanted done about it and I said I would just like a new drink that actually tasted like a cocktail so he rushed off and shortly I was presented with an Amaretto Sour. The Amaretto Sour was nice enough but there are multiple venues nearby where you can get really delicious cocktails and better service on the Broadway. The other odd thing was that just before 11pm, some children dressed in Halloween costumes entered the bar with buckets and shouting trick or treat but asking for money. After a few minutes, they were asked to leave but it wasn’t what you would expect in a nice bar. Overall, I’m not sure I’ll be returning in a hurry.

Stopped off at end of evening with a friend for a drink as it was raining heavily. Ambiance was convivial despite the jazz background music we disliked but that of course is a personal choice. The cocktails were very good , the bar was quiet so service was swift. Shouldn't say this maybe but..waitress was attractive and attentive. However we had one cocktail each and after I checked my account the following day was shocked to discover I was charged £43. I understand that I should have checked the bill before tapping (and indeed should have given the waitress a tip). I called the bar to question the bill but was told I would have to talk to the manager who was not available. I managed to speak with the manager the following day and asked him to check my bill for time and date in question. He said he cannot follow this up and said I should have been more attentive whilst paying. I thought with my doubt and for good customer service he should have followed up and checked payment details. There was no "give and take" just a flat refusal to check payment. I will not be returning on principle.

Decided to pop into Bocca tonight after walking the dog and so glad we did. Great cocktails and impressive wine list will ensure this is a great addition to the Broadway. One word of warning is that Boccas licence stipulates you need to be eating to be served alcohol but with so many Italian snacks and small plates on offer this isn’t a hardship. We had the cheese board which was superb. We can’t wait to go back for a longer visit and the opportunity to sample more of the menu.
