Blush Cafe in Hillingdon

An absolutely awful experience. The man who owns the place was very rude- talked down to waiting staff in front of us and asked a couple of customers to move table when we got there for no reason… which was just awkward and uncalled for. Food was mediocre but service was appalling. 12.5% service charge is completely ridiculous because 1. It was terrible service and 2. It’s compulsory? Ever heard of service with a smile? Confused at why you’d go into hospitality if you actually don’t like people…

Had been to Blush Northwood today for a bite.. the man managing the place was extremely rude to an elderly lady coz she went ahead to use the loo before being given a place to sit.. he almost yelled at her for having dashed upstairs.. also when she was down for food, he asked her to choose a place to sit to order and when she picked the one next to window, he was extremely rude to her and made a big fuss about how it’s a policy not to give a four seater to a single person.. there were literally only 3 tables occupied in the whole place!! it was quite a sad sight as she must be atleast 70 plus years old and was totally embarrassed… I now remember why I stopped going there.. coz he used to be rude to kids too.. seems like this is not the first time they have been so bad with their customer service going by their reviews.. am just amazed on how this place is even surviving with such nasty attitude towards their customers! This is the last time I am going there for sure..

Well, just arrived for waffles and coffee. Come here lots of times in the past. Even though its open until 10pm, it was 9.42pm and told we are closed. I won't be back in a hurry. If you don't want to stay open that late. Don't advertise it on the door.

Specifically asked for decaf coffee but myself and my mother were served caffeine coffee which meant we couldn't sleep..will not be going back again

My son and his friend (both 12 years old) went to Blush Cafe in Northwood today afternoon because my son wanted to eat a dessert, and his friend was just giving him company. However, the person at the cafe apparently told my son’s friend that unless and until he buys something too, he can’t sit inside the cafe and he will have to wait for his friend outside even though he was with someone who was ordering a full fledged dessert anyway and the cafe was not full. He was then forced to buy an ice cream just so he could sit with his friend. These are 12 year old boys, and they were not happy that they were treated this way and forced to buy something they didn’t want. I hope Blush and other cafes are a bit more accommodating and kinder in the future.

Absolutely appalling service, the owner is the rudest I have ever experienced. He made us move twice and even began mumbling under his breathe at us. The food was mediocre at best and a service charge added that can't be reversed, apparently it's in the terms and conditions. Trust me, there are 2 other lovley cafes in Northwood and even a Costa, use them rather!
