Blue Sky Cafe in Sheffield

Had a takeaway. Menu looked so promising. The order was late food cold and nothing like the menu described. The Greek salad consisted of tomatoes sliced red onion barely any cucumber no olives and the tiniest amount of feta. Lacking in taste presentation and as far from removed from any greek food I’ve ever eaten. Expensive non authentic and disappointing. The worst takeaway I’ve had in. Long time

As from 11th January 2016 the cafe is now under new ownership. OLD SCHOOL CAFE ~ we are a traditional cafe serving breakfast, lunch and cakes. All food is homemade. Old school favourites including Cheese Flan, Cornflake Tart, to name but a few. Cakes, fresh brewed barista coffee (Cafeology) . Very competitive prices and a very warm welcome. Lots of space for large groups. Special group meals on request. Outside catering. So much to choose from, come and give us a try.

Has to be best Italian style espresso in Sheffield and with such delicious Spanish food this place is a great find! Really good prices so if you are in the area (or even if not) and fancy a tasty lunch with great coffee, get yourself down here. They cater for vegetarians really well too and portions are generous. Brilliant lunch or coffee spot.

Milton can turn the simplest ingredients into an amazing experience. The only downside is if you later have the same meal elsewhere, other chefs may well struggle to compare. Great food at Milton's cafe - a chef I highly recommend

We've been twice and had delicious food both times. Nice relaxing atmosphere with excellent service from great chefs, Milton and Adriana. We'll be back soon!

I've visited the café a few times now and been impressed by the friendly service, great coffee and interesting menu. The Spanish evenings are good fun with authentic food and music. There is a community feel with everyone welcome. The unfussy décor is lifted by the art work on the walls. Just what the community around Sharrow needs.

I've been twice now , once to an evening do with Spanish themed food and another time during the day for a sandwich. Both were great experiences. Watch out for the themed evening events and book early! The food is the real deal. I went to a Spanish night and it was far better than a lot of meals that I've had in Spain. There was a fixed menu and it was done to a budget to reflect the low price but I came away really happy and full. If you pop in for a snack during the day and ask for an egg sandwich expect to be asked how you would like your eggs, fried scrambled poached or benedict! It's a new venture and is In a community centre in the old sharrow school so it's a bit lacking in atmosphere but nothing is too Much trouble and you will get a genuinely friendly reception and will not be rushed. Give it a try, I'm glad I did.

This is a new venture by Milton and Adriana who have vast catering experience. We went for lunch and were spoilt for choice with an exciting menu of sandwiches, salads, hot meals and delicious cakes, all homemade and served with panache! It's a simple venue in a converted Victorian junior school which also serves as a community space for a number of local groups. Oh and did I mention the fantastic coffee?!
