Ordered through just eat Paid over £18 for chicken burger which was just a roll with a soggy piece of limp lettuce , dry tough chicken , portion of 10 sweet potato chips limp and cold and very tiny wings which actually tasted ok but were so small and cold Waited over an hour food was cold and dry chicken . Horrible food small portion not worth the wait ... needless to say Won’t order again or visit the restaurant It was a Saturday early evening but they shouldn’t take orders if they can’t cope Anybody know how I get a refunded from justeat it the restaurant ? I’ve never had cause for complaint for any other orders from any other restaurants

Honestly worst ever KFC and we have been to most England Wales and Scotland, customer service none existent, chicken must have been from day before never had any this dry before, shockingly had no straws, salt or folks which they only told us after we got food and asked, meal is brown bags so must not have boxes either, no wonder it was empty and only 4 star EHO review, avoid if you can!! All our food ended up in bin!

3 Red Bank RoadTook half an hour for two sausage and chips and it was freezing. Even mushy peas that came separately were freezing. More staff than customers. Could see one person in the back cooking all the food one plate at a time, not changing gloves for preparing different things into a fryer. Need some basic training, if 10 people have ordered chips, make enough chips for 10 people so that you don't leave the rest going cold. Tiny portions and overpriced.
