Kinga and the team are so friendly, and the flat whites are perfect!! It's a great spot for a meeting, or even just to catch up with friends.

I was there with my brother and ordered two coffes (first time being there). It was AMAZING! Rahma helped me choosing the right coffe and delivered perfect service. Only ended up paying 4 pounds for the perfect cup of coffee. Recommend the playce, easy 10/10. -Noah Hilt

I was there with my 2 kids, quite fussy eaters. Everything was really good- drinks, toasties, waffles. I rwally appreciate the atmosphere and self service screens.

The coffee tasted amazing and the staff were incredibly helpful. The mini doughnuts were amazing too!

On one of the coldest days of this month, I decided to escape the freeze and find refuge in a coffee place and in this case, it was Black Sheep. I have seen them around, but I have never ventured into one. The atmosphere was rather sombre and dark which I didn’t mind as it felt quite cosy. The décor was on the urban chic side. I had a small cappuccino and that was very good. it did taste like coffee without nuances of toffee, cherries, avocado, anyway you get the drift. There comes a time when you just want something that taste like…coffee! The cappuccino had the froth so dense that the metal teaspoon could have stood up by itself in the middle of the cup without falling. It is always a good sign and the dense froth was still right there at the bottom of the cup once the cappuccino was consumed and as a matter of fact it was not the usual watery foam that you get from the main chains!

I've been in this branch of Black Sheep Coffee a few times as I work nearby and the coffee and service are always very good. This is quite a large branch with plenty of seating so nice for informal meetings, though it can get a bit noisy. They have a funky interior and serve cocktails later in the day. Very convenient for Great Portland Street and Warren Street stations.

I went here for coffee with a friend. Whilst the drinks are slightly on the pricey side the quality definitely warrants it. As it’s central but slightly off the beaten track there’s plenty of space to sit at the weekend (a rarity for a good quality coffee place in central london).

Stopped here for a snack and drink before a meeting nearby. Plenty of seating available which is nice. Price was okay and decent value. Had a croissant but wasn’t given an option to warm it up etc. Decent place to stop for a drink

I often take clients here or go for meetings here and whilst the coffee is good, the service can be a little slow and it’s super pricey for a cup of coffee. The cakes are good, especially the brownies! But again, you’re pushing £6-7 for a coffee and a cake which is pretty crazy. Nice coffee shop though, generally not too busy and a great place to get your head down and do some work.

Quite a big coffee shop with plenty of seating and power points to charge phones. Excellent coffee and orange polenta cake. I noticed they do cocktails too. They were showing the World Cup so I assume they show other events throughout the year as well.

If this was a double, they must serve singles in a thimble, but actually I think they just brought me the wrong drink. Despite this supposedly being a milder coffee, it was unpleasantly bitter, though that can happen to most coffee shops. Still not a lot of incentive to come back. Free wi-fi doesn’t seem to work. They do have a lot of space though.

This has now become my nearest coffee house and beats Starbucks for style, quirkiness and atmosphere. It’s dark ceilings and exposed vents make it feel like a Manhattan loft inside and the hand basins in the toilet, made out of old tin buckets are very cute. I only visit though after pay day as a large coffee can make a large dent in my wallet. Highly recommend you visit even if it’s just the once

Super friendly staff and great coffee and cocktails. Went here with family for a mix of coffee and later some cocktails expertly made by Jordan. Really welcoming, give it a try

Good place to meet, good range of coffee - whats available and ordering process a bit muddled. Not the cheapest place and probably a bit confused between being a coffee shop and a cocktail bar.

A really lovely coffee shop and nice place to catch up with friends. The coffee is great and has loads of milk alternatives but it is a little expensive.

Had brunch here on a Thursday, they have a small number of tables (6x2persons) but did not have to wait. Decent food and coffee (they serve Monmouth coffee), friendly service

We loved our lunch at Carrots and Daikon yesterday. I had the garlic tofu Banh mi and my husband had the tofu lunch box. The baguette forming my Banh mi was the perfect combination of crunch with a soft centre and the tofu was nicely garlicky. What really made our day were the ice creams! The chrysanthemum and mango ice cream was such a fantastic combination and the matcha and pistachio was delicious too. We then bought one of each of the other flavours and I must admit that the combinations are creative genius! Who would’ve thought that mint choc chip would go with coffee and raspberry and jasmine tea with its floral notes would hit the spot?! I thought that the coconut and lemongrass was super refreshing too. Thank you to the friendly folk at C & D.

Opened last year or early this year..very pleasant and airy bar / cafe, which if you're arriving early for a meeting or finishing early, is a nice place to chew over the errors in your recent ritual meeting! As usual in London all a bit pricey but very convenient after a meeting in the Temples. Very bright and tastefully decorated with the usual good staff.
